Reception was very pleasant and accepted early check in. Security staff were very alert and assisted us to park despite the busy time and tight spaces available. On day 1 and arrival, room was of acceptable cleanliness however we were put with a no view room despite booking showing atleast window view. Asked for daily room clean only to notice that bed is made, towel changed but bathroom not cleaned, glasses and water canister not cleaned. Floor was not swept or vacuumed. Breakfast options very limited and had same menu for 2 days in a row , then only 1 new dish changed on 3rd day. No tea/coffee making facility in the rooms and had to get them from the hallway. No complimentary water in the room and had to fetch from hallway water dispenser per floor. Location wise, very close to town and walking distance to Session Rd, SM, Camp John Hay, Cathedral and Pink Sisters. I would like to thank the staff for being so very helpful to my girlfriend and her relatives, for sorting out her triage for her medical to come to australia. There were a few things that she needed to do and the staff were on to this. So many thanks for you kind help. They enjoyed their stay and had a good few days courtesy of my wallet haha. The service was warm and welcoming—special mention to the ever-helpful guards who went above and beyond, assisting us with umbrellas and our bags during the rainy weather. Housekeeping was attentive and made sure all our requests were promptly taken care of, adding to the comfort of our stay.

Given its prime location, just a walking distance from tourist spots (Burnham, Rizal Park, session road) and food crawls, it is one of the ideal places to stay within Baguio City.
If you’re into cafes, I suggest cafe hopping as well since there are a couple of cafes within the vicinity, the most famous being Foam coffee, Legarda branch.

We had a generally good stay at the hotel. The hotel's location is about 8-minute ride or 20-minute walk to Burnham Park. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. It was, however, quite too dim to our liking. The veranda was a bit cramped but the view was amazing especially during the night. The staff were kind, approachable and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Breakfast was delicious and had a decent selection. We just also hoped they had provided us water bottles on the second day (they only provided on the first day). This hotel has some good points:
1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.FromKRW 148,290

Service was good overall, although there are things left to be improved. Room was comfy but for some reason, the fan is slow, which matters since there is no air conditioning. Breakfast is good, too. Location is walkable from SM and Session, which is good. A bit of noise from the construction site nearby and Baguio cathedral bells but nothing disturbing about it. It's a good budget hotel.

The picture of the room I selected showed a double bed. The mention said you could get either one on arrival...a double bed or a single bunk bed.
But that is not true. The price for the room I selected was for a single bunk bed only. This is what we were told after arrving. The double bed was P200 extra a night. We paid but complained at Trip.com. We got P400 credit for the next booking. How to call this practice from the hotel? Not honest. Advertising something that is not true. I will make sure Trip.com
change that.

This is our second stay at the log cabin, with the first one being a delightful experience in Q4 of 2017. This time, we booked the Pine Suite, which impressed us with its amenities and a terrace overlooking the Botanical Garden.
While the log cabin itself seemed a bit older, I appreciate the exclusive parking at the front lobby.
The free breakfast buffet was a bit of a letdown, so we opted out after the first try.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would likely return, but might skip the breakfast buffet again unless there are improvements.SOLD OUT

We returned hoping for improvements after our last critical review, but found significant service failures persist. Management must urgently address these issues before our planned January visit.
* Room Welcome: Cookies appreciated, but a Baguio Rose flower stalk would be a more meaningful gesture.
* Housekeeping: Towels placed on the floor for replacement were simply re-hung; we had to call for clean ones.
* Front Desk: Only one staff member on duty led to three unanswered calls at night. This poses a serious safety risk in an emergency.
* Food (Breakfast): HORRIBLE quality. The buffet lacked creativity, was visually unappetizing, and items like the sausage were inedible. The Chef needs immediate supervision.

Quite a nice place and good for families to stay together in one property with 2 rooms. The living room and kitchen are quite big and can cook you own dinner if you want.
