The hotel is beautiful, it’s located in the CBD close to all amenities. I think it’s rated a 3 star hotel only because of its location, otherwise it would have been fit for a 5 star if it was in the northern suburbs of Bloem. Our stay was lovely, the room was cosy, the staff very friendly. The only thing that was a turn off was the noisy air-con that took forever to warm up the room. I saw good reviews before coming, so I chose to stay in this place very firmly. After coming, I found that this was a very correct decision, and on the first day of the trip here, I came back because of the taxi company intermediary, I met a very rude man. Then I told the landlord grandmother about this unhappy thing, she comforted me patiently and helped me recover my emotions, and made me tea and made me a delicious sandwich. We had been chatting in the middle, and she kept comforting me and made me feel very warm. Grandpa was very good, from the beginning to recommend shuttle car to me, to every morning on time and delicious breakfast and after I go home, I care about how I have a day, really like my family, I will be happy to share with them I have a day. Not only is this guest house with humanistic care, its facilities and configuration are also very good.
