We walked for about 5 minutes from the Calbayog bus station. Got room 410 having sea view. Room door, mirror and shower room door are made from good quality materials, not the regular types we see in other hotels of the same price range. There’s an elevator.Their highest floor is 4th floor. The aircon has heater mode. I used cool mode first and the whole floor was wet after a few minutes so I changed to dry mode and the floor became dry. The Reception lady who quickly checked us in is a nice pleasant lady. They can boil water in an electric kettle at the Reception for 10 Peso if you need to make your instant coffee. They provide basic toiletries but no drinking water. Good hot shower.
