Nice hotel with full facilities. The washing and drying machine is very easy to use. The shower room is very useful. If you go on a cold day, you can also use the sauna. The kitchen is also very nice and comfortable to live in. There is also a fireplace. The door is made of glass. I think it is an electric stove. The carbon inside is a fake decoration. Service: Enthusiastic and patient. The one-bedroom suite we booked was upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, but it was a pity that one room was wasted. It is very close to the town of Banff, and it is very convenient to drive to the attractions. Facilities: kitchen, dining room, living room, guest bathroom, master bedroom suite, balcony. The hotel is generally great. There is a kitchen where you can go to the supermarket to buy things and cook by yourself. Pots, pans, knives and forks, salt and pepper, dishwasher, washing are all available. There is an outdoor swimming pool. I only stayed there for one bowl. It’s a pity that I didn’t experience it. We stayed for 4 nights. The lodge is perfect from Canmore, 19min stroll. 5 mins walk to the supermarket. We had a good room on the ground, not too noisy, good night's sleep. We had a microwave and fridge, staff loaned us some plates and cutlery, so we made use of the BBQ on 2 nights. They have an excellent laundry room, only $1.5 for each washing machine and dryer. Definitely very happy with our stay. Close to bus station to go to Banff. And 10-15min walk to Canmore downtown. There’s definitely closer locations but for the amount that we paid, we’re very happy with the stay. The comforters are super warm and comfy. But I must say the bathroom flushes are quite weak lol. Another thing is the key card that tend to deactivate on their own (it happened twice), which created an inconvenience to come down to get them to reactivate it. And when I brought it up to the front desk they basically blamed me for putting the card close to my phone which will demagnetize it, instead of educating and apologizing. But otherwise good stay! My wife and I stayed for 6 nights. The apartment was serviced half way through our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. One of the kitchen lights wasn't working. It was fixed as soon as I reported it to reception. The hotel is close to the trans-Canada highway and most guests will have a car. We didn't have a car so it was a decent hike into town. I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positives, a few details left me disappointed. The hotel is new and very clean, which was great to see, but unfortunately, it fell short in some areas.
One glaring issue was the table soccer in the game area – it had no balls, making it completely unusable. This might seem minor, but it’s frustrating when advertised amenities are incomplete. Additionally, many of the amenities felt incompatible or poorly thought out. Whether it was the plugs, chargers, or other facilities, things just didn’t work smoothly or as expected.
Overall, while the cleanliness and newness of the hotel were impressive, the lack of attention to detail with amenities made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been.SOLD OUT

I was a little nervous when I first pulled in but was instantly surprised. This little hidden gem was great for what I was needing. A safe, clean easily accessible place to stay.
Though the carpet throughout is slightly dated the staff at check in and check out were polite and friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean (the floors, the bathroom and the beds). Very happy with my choice. A recommendation would be during your next renovation to remove the carpet and put in a hard type floor. a bigger go cup with liquid whitener for the to go coffee station would also be amazing. Because Banff’s hotels are too expensive, I live in the town of Kenmore. I have a Safeway grocery shopping restaurant. I cook in the hotel and eat too much. I have a room and a room. There is a big bed in the room. There is a sofa bed with an electric stove. Nice hotel with full facilities. The washing and drying machine is very easy to use. The shower room is very useful. If you go on a cold day, you can also use the sauna. The kitchen is also very nice and comfortable to live in. There is also a fireplace. The door is made of glass. I think it is an electric stove. The carbon inside is a fake decoration. Service: Enthusiastic and patient. The one-bedroom suite we booked was upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, but it was a pity that one room was wasted. It is very close to the town of Banff, and it is very convenient to drive to the attractions. Facilities: kitchen, dining room, living room, guest bathroom, master bedroom suite, balcony. The hotel is generally great. There is a kitchen where you can go to the supermarket to buy things and cook by yourself. Pots, pans, knives and forks, salt and pepper, dishwasher, washing are all available. There is an outdoor swimming pool. I only stayed there for one bowl. It’s a pity that I didn’t experience it. The amenities were great, and the one bedroom even have two toilets. Because I booked through trip.com, somehow the hotel has issues with my payment/authorisation. But, they have definitely communicated with me very promptly prior to the visit and everything went well. Highly recommend!!!

We are living in a two-bedroom room with a kitchen, fully equipped, and a large washing machine and dryer. It is so convenient for family travelers! Also pay attention to the last departure before the dishes are put in the dishwasher to wash, dirty towels are thrown in the bathtub, otherwise 50 Canadian dollars will be deducted.
