Service: Enthusiastic and patient. The one-bedroom suite we booked was upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, but it was a pity that one room was wasted. It is very close to the town of Banff, and it is very convenient to drive to the attractions. Facilities: kitchen, dining room, living room, guest bathroom, master bedroom suite, balcony. The hotel is generally great. There is a kitchen where you can go to the supermarket to buy things and cook by yourself. Pots, pans, knives and forks, salt and pepper, dishwasher, washing are all available. There is an outdoor swimming pool. I only stayed there for one bowl. It’s a pity that I didn’t experience it. I will choose this place next time. Highly recommended

The stay was very pleasant, we especially appreciated the comfy bed and great puffed pillows! I am a sensitive sleeper so good pillows mean a lot. The shower pressure is quite strong, like a water massage, which was nice. The room was extremely clean and included all the necessities. The only thing I would be cautious about is the conditioning system, we turned it on and nearly froze. Could have been a user error, so if you’re not sure if you’re using it correctly, ask for help, otherwise you may wake up in a freezer.

LOVE the antique vibe and all the decorations were attention to details xo Spacious, clean, and comfy! Surprisingly quiet despite it was built on top of the pub. Front desk is NOT 24h available so make sure everything you needs are set before they close front desk. I walk from downtown to get there, 25mins walking. It was nice day so I didn’t mind but recommend to drive there.

Great location in Canmore, right on the main street and over the road from the Policeman's Creek Boardwalk. Bed very comfy and clean. Only negative was that the room looked a bit newer in the advertised photos, so in reality it was a bit tired. But it has free parking and the location makes up for it!

It's clean and nice. There are reviews saying it's noisy, but I was tired from traveling so I fell asleep right away and it was quiet. I recommend it. It's the best accommodation.

Convenient location, driving to the restaurant or supermarket is quite close, the room is fully equipped, the bed is quite good to sleep, especially like the atmosphere of the lobby, there are free drinks and fruits, this time the standard double bed room has no mountain view, next time I will want to enter the main mountain view room try

It was a good choice for accommodation to enjoy Banff National Park. The location was good, the accommodation was clean, and the online check-in service was very good for foreigners. It was also good value for money.

Hotel room was clean and staff were kind The temperature of the hot tub was lukewarm and jets barely moved the water, also the shower water pressure was very poor but otherwise a good stay. We didn’t opt into dining for there for breakfast just had other plans.

We try to go to Canmore a few times a year and enjoy staying here. They have large pet friendly rooms available which feel like an amazing deal compared to other hotels. They provided pet beds and bowls for food/water. The kitchen has all you would need. Thank you and we will be back in 2026!!
