The location was within a walk of downtown, but out of the way so we could get to the highway quickly.

Service: Enthusiastic and patient. The one-bedroom suite we booked was upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, but it was a pity that one room was wasted. It is very close to the town of Banff, and it is very convenient to drive to the attractions. Facilities: kitchen, dining room, living room, guest bathroom, master bedroom suite, balcony. The hotel is generally great. There is a kitchen where you can go to the supermarket to buy things and cook by yourself. Pots, pans, knives and forks, salt and pepper, dishwasher, washing are all available. There is an outdoor swimming pool. I only stayed there for one bowl. It’s a pity that I didn’t experience it. Definitely very happy with our stay. Close to bus station to go to Banff. And 10-15min walk to Canmore downtown. There’s definitely closer locations but for the amount that we paid, we’re very happy with the stay. The comforters are super warm and comfy. But I must say the bathroom flushes are quite weak lol. Another thing is the key card that tend to deactivate on their own (it happened twice), which created an inconvenience to come down to get them to reactivate it. And when I brought it up to the front desk they basically blamed me for putting the card close to my phone which will demagnetize it, instead of educating and apologizing. But otherwise good stay! My wife and I stayed for 6 nights. The apartment was serviced half way through our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. One of the kitchen lights wasn't working. It was fixed as soon as I reported it to reception. The hotel is close to the trans-Canada highway and most guests will have a car. We didn't have a car so it was a decent hike into town. Though the carpet throughout is slightly dated the staff at check in and check out were polite and friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean (the floors, the bathroom and the beds). Very happy with my choice. A recommendation would be during your next renovation to remove the carpet and put in a hard type floor. a bigger go cup with liquid whitener for the to go coffee station would also be amazing. The shower pressure is quite strong, like a water massage, which was nice. The room was extremely clean and included all the necessities. The only thing I would be cautious about is the conditioning system, we turned it on and nearly froze. The amenities were great, and the one bedroom even have two toilets. Because I booked through trip.com, somehow the hotel has issues with my payment/authorisation. But, they have definitely communicated with me very promptly prior to the visit and everything went well. Highly recommend!!!

We are living in a two-bedroom room with a kitchen, fully equipped, and a large washing machine and dryer. It is so convenient for family travelers! Also pay attention to the last departure before the dishes are put in the dishwasher to wash, dirty towels are thrown in the bathtub, otherwise 50 Canadian dollars will be deducted. Generally speaking, it is very in line with our needs.
