Only issue was there is no microwave in your hotel room so when you and your family come back from a nice dinner or just have leftovers in general you have to go to the main lobby where there is only one microwave inside a cabinet for everyone in the hotel to use! Now here’s my real issue….inside that cabinet…not microwave just to be clear…. was a dead roach….we immediately alerted the staff and they were shocked just as we were! Staff said they would handle it so with good faith the next morning my kids were hungry went back down to that same microwave and the roach was still there‼️‼️‼️From$127

Got something from alacarte charged 25.00 when it was 5.00 don’t stay unless you like getting nickeled and dimed 160.00 hotel cost 225 plus 100 extra on card for the forseeable future they claim up to 30 days its been over a week now, might not evwn see it enter my account at this point and i wouldnt be surprised.

Also they don’t have room service, water bottles inside the room, and no vending machines for snacks or beverages. Hotel was okay. When we first arrived we were given a room that was dirty but the front receptionist quickly corrected the mistake. House keeping also knocked on our door and said checkout was 10AM when it was really 11AM. A bit of a disconnect we found with the staff.
The bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious, but overall the room/hotel/elevator itself is a bit dated.

Special mention must be made of one outstanding young staff called Mike.
Initially he could not find my reservation despite me having a confirmed reservation number. It was later he decided to allow me to see the list of guests arriving that day. I realised my COLLEAGUES name was in the list of guests and later realised that I made the booking under my colleague's name accidentally without realising it. Thanks to this being resolved we were able to check in without having to make a new booking and incur the loss of the trip.com booking. He also helped me to change the booking name to my name instead. A big kudos to mike for saving our business trip from being a disaster!!From$147

It is located next to the Primary Bedroom on the top floor. High end bathroom is located inside this bedroom and has a full size shower and double vanity with chair.- Third BedroomIt is located in the main floor next to the living room. It has a queen size bed, office desk or vanity with chair and enough closet and drawer space. Modern bathroom with shower / tub combo is located on the same floor next to the laundry room.- Laundry roomIt is located in the main floor. It has large washer and dryer and spacious area to fold clothes. Laundry detergent and cleaning supplies located within the laundry room.- GarageIt can fit 2 regular sized cars and has a driveway the can fit additional 2 regular sized cars. Garage entrance door goes in to the entry way on the first floor.- Front doorIt has a ring doorbell as well as smart door lock. A unique code will be provide to each guest upon check in. Front door opens to the entry way which has access to the garage and the stairs that lead to the main room. There is a closet and a bench at the entry way to leave your coats and shoes.Guest accessEach guests will have full access to the house and backyard. There is one closet in the main room that will be locked and guests will not have access to. All dining and kitchen ware / supplies are all available for use. There is a bluetooth speaker in the living area that can connect to smart phone to play music. The speaker also has AM and FM radio settings available.Other things to noteNo visitors or guests other than those on the reservation are allowed. If there are any violations of this, the reservation will be terminated with no refunds.No shoes inside on the carpet. Any stains will incur a $300 carpet cleaning fee. We encourage all guests to leave their shoes at the entry way to keep the property as clean as possible. The staff I encountered were lovely. From the valet to the front desk, everyone was super nice and helpful! The room was pretty small for a family of 3. It was very clean though. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect for my business trip. The service was outstanding, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The location is very good, next to the bus stop to the airport. The waiter's service is also in place, I want to change a room with a good view and change it immediately. The towels are a bit less, everything else is not bad.

Great stay overall. Booked for a staycation anniversary. The rooftop bar was closed for the rest of the season which was disappointing considering that was the main reason why we chose this hotel. Strangely the shower pressure was downright painful. However, service and staff were great and friendly!

Got something from alacarte charged 25.00 when it was 5.00 don’t stay unless you like getting nickeled and dimed 160.00 hotel cost 225 plus 100 extra on card for the forseeable future they claim up to 30 days its been over a week now, might not evwn see it enter my account at this point and i wouldnt be surprised.

Overall was a good experience! Only issue was there is no microwave in your hotel room so when you and your family come back from a nice dinner or just have leftovers in general you have to go to the main lobby where there is only one microwave inside a cabinet for everyone in the hotel to use! Now here’s my real issue….inside that cabinet…not microwave just to be clear…. was a dead roach….we immediately alerted the staff and they were shocked just as we were! Staff said they would handle it so with good faith the next morning my kids were hungry went back down to that same microwave and the roach was still there‼️‼️‼️
