I didn't realize it was a business hotel, but it was better than I expected. It's great because there are good restaurants right around the hotel and the Han River is nearby. Cong Caphe is also close. As for the hotel breakfast, it's a Hilton, so what more can I say? It's delicious. However, since it's a business hotel, there were fewer options compared to the Hilton Phu Quoc I stayed at before. Make sure to try the Vietnamese coffee at breakfast!

Stayed here during a gals trip! View from balcony looks right onto the construction across but if you angle your head you can catch a glimpse of the coastline. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Comes with a decent kitchenette, and a dryer which we couldn’t figure out how to operate. Room felt humid in part due to the constant rain, this we understand cannot be helped due to the recent flooding situation in Hoi An. We are grateful for the stay. I would propose for them to consider providing dehumidifiers in bedrooms if situation persist, so rooms don’t become dank. Overall a comfortable stay and would consider coming back.

The hotel is located close to the sea. The view from the toilet was simply beautiful! The room was a bit dirty and a little dark. It had all the amenities, though. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning wasn't noisy. We couldn't hear our neighbors. There was a pool on the rooftop with a beautiful view of the sea and the city.

The hotel is in an excellent and highly convenient location, just across the road from My Khe Beach, making beach access extremely easy. There is also a convenience store nearby, which adds to the overall convenience for daily needs. The hotel lobby is impressive, grand, well-maintained, and consistently pleasant-smelling. It is also clean and well-managed, with helpful bellboys who provide good service upon arrival and departure. However, some of the hotel facilities and amenities appear slightly dated, likely due to the property’s age. While the room is generally clean, there was a faint unusual smell upon entering, which may be related to the air conditioning system or older furnishings. Breakfast is a strong point, offering a good variety of options with decent quality, making it a satisfying start to the day. One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop swimming pool, which provides a very enjoyable atmosphere and nice views. The massage and spa services are reasonably priced compared to regional standards, but the skill level does not quite match the quality found in destinations like Thailand or Bali. A downside to the experience was that the masseuse repeatedly requested tips, even after we explained we did not have our wallet with us at the time and had already promised to give a tip later. This made the experience less comfortable than expected. Overall, the hotel offers strong value for its location, breakfast, and rooftop facilities, but there is room for improvement in room freshness, facility updates, and service professionalism in the spa area.

I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Tourane Hotel Da Nang. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also a big plus—close to the city center, with plenty of food and drink options nearby, so it’s very convenient for exploring Da Nang. One small thing to note is the shower setup—it’s positioned quite high, so even at around 1.75m, I found it more comfortable to hold the shower head while using it. The breakfast selection is fairly standard—not outstanding, but still decent and perfectly acceptable to start the day. Since the hotel is located along a main road, you may hear some traffic noise, especially from cars and trucks honking early in the morning. Light sleepers might want to keep this in mind. Overall, it’s a great stay with good value, especially considering the comfort of the rooms and the convenient location.

Risemount Premier Resort Da Nang is a genuinely stunning place to stay — beautifully designed throughout and incredibly Instagrammable, with photo-worthy corners everywhere you turn. The resort is impeccably clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. Breakfast was a real highlight, offering a wide and varied spread with plenty of options to keep things interesting each morning. The standout for us, though, was the bar: the cocktails were absolutely delicious and the perfect way to unwind after a day out. As a couple, we couldn’t have asked for a more stylish and relaxing escape — highly recommended, and we’d happily return.

I had a wonderful two-night stay here. Although the hotel's location is a bit secluded, the environment is incredibly comfortable, and it boasts its own private beach and multiple swimming pools. It's perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway or families traveling together. They provide a dedicated butler who communicates with you, and the overall service is very attentive. I also tried a yoga class, and the hotel has its own spa. The Vietnamese restaurant on-site was delicious too. This is definitely a hotel I'd love to stay at again.

Stayed for 5D4N. Both the room and toilet is spacious. Toilet comes with bathtub, and there is bidet. Water pressure is strong, hot water is consistent, aircon is working well. Housekeeping is great, can really feel they clean the floor and pack things nicely. The breakfast everyday is also different so even though we stayed for many days, we did not get bored of the food. And the chefs are constantly doing rounds to ensure the food are well replenished. Staffs are also diligently doing rounds to keep your plates. Front desk staffs are very friendly and very happy to give many recommendations on places to go when we asked them. Bell boy also makes the effort to open the door for us everytime whenever he's available. Location of the hotel is great. There are many shops selling coffee nearby, many eateries (even michelin selected ones) walking to Han Market takes around 10mins, dragon bridge probably 15mins. A ride from the airport cost us 70k dong. A ride to vincom plaza where winmart is located cost us 29k dong. Same price as grabbing to GO! supermarket. Ride to bana hill costed 320k dong while the ride back costed 263k dong (price difference likely due to peak hour?) All in all for the price point, location, staff service, breakfast and spacious room, i will recommend people to choose this hotel. Will also be choosing this hotel again should i be back to Danang. Thank you to all staffs in Fivitel Boutique for the enjoyable stay!

The beach is just a 7-minute walk away, or you can take a shuttle bus that arrives almost immediately when someone is at the waiting area. The hotel itself is very themed and atmospheric. There's a clean rooftop pool. It has its own indoor water park, as well as a large outdoor water park (though guests from all over the city come there). My GF and I recently stayed at Ebisu Onsen Resort and it was an absolute gem! Located conveniently near Da Nang, this resort offers the perfect escape without being too far from the city. The highlight is undoubtedly the authentic onsen experience - the hot spring baths were incredibly relaxing after days of exploring Da Nang's attractions. I appreciated the traditional Japanese bathing culture they've preserved here. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff members were attentive and genuinely friendly and even provided towels after our check-out.  Breakfast had was great and we enjoyed it, but options were limited due to low season.  What I loved most was the serene atmosphere - the resort feels like a peaceful sanctuary, yet you're only a short drive from Da Nang's beaches and city center. The garden areas are beautifully landscaped, perfect for evening strolls. There is also some facilities for children and their parents like a dinosaurs park and an aqua-park. There is also a birds park with peacocks, parrots and other birds. Excellent value for money and a unique experience in the Da Nang area. Highly recommend for anyone seeking relaxation or want to have a family trip.

We stayed in a spacious family room, and overall it was pretty good. The shower was pleasant with decent plumbing, and thankfully, it wasn't directly over the toilet, which is important to us. I had a really great stay at Sala Danang Beach Hotel. It’s important to have realistic expectations — this is a very good 4-star hotel, not a luxury 5-star resort, but the price reflects that perfectly and offers excellent value for money. The highlight for me was definitely the breakfast. There was a huge variety of food, and the quality was surprisingly good. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in this price range. We had a room with a partial sea view, and you could actually see the ocean very well, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also excellent. There are many restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores, and supermarkets within walking distance. Everything you need is nearby. And if you ever need something more specific, it’s very easy to order through Grab from supermarkets and shops in the neighborhood. The gym was also impressive. The equipment was not the newest or most modern, but there were many machines and a good selection of dumbbells, which made it easy to have a proper workout. The rooftop pool was beautiful with an amazing view. It could get a little noisy at times because children were playing there, but overall it was still a great place to relax. The room itself was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and large, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. Overall, for a 4-star hotel experience, this place was excellent and I would happily stay here again.

My stay in DaNang and nearby towns were over 9 days, By the time we checked into Monarque, this would have been our 4th and last hotel before leaving for home. If we can, we will give the hotel 6-stars for the service, near-like butler service; being greeted from our HoiÁn ride to the reception with welcoming titbits and refreshing drinks during check-in (in fact, every time when we were at the lobby area, we are ”served” refreshing dring) till bringing us to our individual rooms, luggage separately delivered by the concierge. My room needed rubber mat in the bathroom/walk-in shower for my elderly father and they provided without fanfare (unlike other hotels we stayed before this). The booking had indicated afternoon tea- what was surprising is that it was English high-tea. And our first night we were even given complimentary Phó for dinner. It was top notch beef broth with Phó - we all loved it. The delicious meal does not stop there, the breakfast spread was plenty - a blend of western and Vietnamese food (including Bahn Mi, Vietnamese coffee, lovely baguettes, soup, variety of egg Benedict). I will write here to thank every staff member whom we have crossed paths with during our stay, every one of them served us (even with other guests) with their utmost best and always with a Smile. Monarque may not be the tallest hotel building on the DaNang strip beach but it has a beautiful swimming pool on the 12th floor that overlooks the sea and the beach with many wonderful seafood restaurants that are just across the street. (perhaps the council of that area could add yellow caution blinker lights at the pedestrian crossing, that will help the crossing feel safer). Without crossing the road, and just behind the hotel you can get many massage parlour and a plethora of Vietnamese food - we dined at a Hanoi cuisine restaurant and the food was delicious! Overall, my trip to DaNang was made memorable by Monarque. I really hope to stay again at the hotel-keep up the great service!

Stayed for three nights, and the overall experience was far from good. Honestly, I rarely leave negative reviews for hotels, but given the price and positioning of this hotel, the service was truly disappointing. I even felt that it was worse than some smaller, less expensive hotels. The front desk staff's attitude was not friendly at all. The biggest letdown was breakfast. It clearly stated that it was served until 10:30 am, but by 9:15 am, they had already started clearing the food. My friend called to rush us downstairs, and when we got there at just 9:30 am, most of the food was already gone. My friend ended up only being able to eat a bowl of noodles. I later found out that the hotel actually has three breakfast locations. If they were going to clear up early at this particular location, the staff should have proactively informed guests that they could continue eating at other restaurants, instead of letting us make a wasted trip. I hope the hotel can improve its service and communication to match the quality expected at this price point.

The hotel looks good at first glance – the view is beautiful, the room is spacious and nicely decorated. On the surface, it feels like a quality stay. But that’s where the positives end. The amenities inside the room are very basic, and honestly feel cheap compared to the standard of the room. Considering the price (which is not cheap at all), the overall impression is underwhelming. Breakfast was a complete disaster – poor quality, lack of variety, and far below the standard expected from a hotel of this level. It left a really bad taste for the rest of the stay. On top of that, the front desk staff were not friendly. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was inconveniencing them every time I approached. Hospitality is supposed to be about warmth and service, but this hotel failed badly in that regard. Verdict: Beautiful view and spacious room cannot make up for the poor service, terrible breakfast, and disappointing amenities. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay here again.

We were looking to get away to play tennis since we are both learning, and to a beachfront resort. Hyatt Regency Da Nang has a wonderful tennis court and beautiful beach, exactly what we need. We have breakfast included and lounge access, so breakfast before tennis and a light dinner to close the day became our routine. Service is a bit slow but friendly, though the English level can be challenging at times. Also, the room's layout means the AC is blowing straight into my head while I'm sleeping, which is bad. I was struggling with the AC and fan while adjusting the room temperature. We will go back, but I would like to know if there is an alternative room with a different layout, as sleep is crucial for me.

Pros: 1. The hotel's natural environment is excellent, offering sightings of incredibly rare protected animals. They also provide a free wildlife tour, which I highly recommend. It's a fantastic experience to simply walk around the hotel and spot monkeys foraging. 2. The service is outstanding. The hotel staff are attentive and very considerate of guests. The welcome drink was delicious. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and I received a room upgrade with a great view and a spacious layout. 3. The slippers were very comfortable. The breakfast tableware was exquisite. Cons for me: 1. The claim of being the 'most beautiful Intercontinental' is an exaggeration. Some areas even felt [as pictured], though I suppose one could call it 'unique.' Personally, I found it gaudy. 2. I strongly recommend including executive lounge access. If you arrive early, since there's no air conditioning in the public areas, the only cool indoor space to relax is the executive lounge. Otherwise, you're stuck waiting in the hotel lobby, and elderly guests and children need to be careful to avoid heatstroke. 3. The breakfast was delicious, and the fruit quality was high. However, it's baffling why the other restaurants were so bad. After reading reviews that even the Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant wasn't great, I booked a package that included dinner. I paid extra to change the dishes, but they were still terrible. It was arguably the worst meal I had in Vietnam. 4. Although the hotel was uncrowded and had a good environment, the beach quality was very average, and the loungers by the sea started closing down every day at 6 PM. In summary, I think this Intercontinental is worth staying at, but don't go in with exceptionally high expectations.

Overall, I liked the hotel! Perhaps the biggest and most critical downside for beach lovers *not* staying in a 'THE LEVEL' room is the limited number of sun loungers, especially on the beach. Because there are so few, they get claimed as early as 5-6 AM, with some guests even using towels to reserve them without returning the towels first. This means your day starts very early; breakfast is busiest right at opening (6:30-7:30 AM), then it gets quieter. If you prefer a later start, there’s a high chance you'll end up lying on a towel on the grass by the sea or pool. 1. **Location:** I was happy with the location. It's important to understand upfront that the hotel is in a resort area outside the city. To get to the city (and its restaurants, spas, and cafes), you'll need a taxi! It's about a 10-minute drive to the An Thuong area with its restaurants and cafes, and about 20 minutes to the Dragon Bridge area. By the way, popular restaurants often require reservations in advance, otherwise you might not get in or face an hour-long wait. Outside the hotel, within walking distance, amenities are minimal. If you don't use taxis, your only dining options are the restaurants at this hotel or neighboring ones. The Marble Mountains are about a 10-minute walk away. 2. **Standard Room:** The standard rooms in the main building are comfortable but lack a balcony. The bathroom is good, with a proper, opaque door, separate bathtub, and separate shower. The wardrobe is very small – essentially an open hanging rail with hangers. 3. **Spa:** I liked the spa. You need to book in advance, and there are special offers for morning appointments. 4. **Reception:** The reception staff are friendly. There can be long check-in queues if a large tour group arrives simultaneously. 5. **Breakfast:** Breakfast is good, with an egg station, various international cuisine corners (Korean, Spanish, etc.), and in our opinion, good coffee and pastries. For lunch, you can eat at the same restaurant or order from the pool bar, though the selection is limited. After 5 PM, the beach restaurant opens, which I preferred over the others. 6. **Beach:** The beach is clean, wide, and the hotel has a good section. You can swim until sunset and a little while after, but then lifeguards will ask you to exit the water. The beach is a short walk from everywhere via palm-lined paths.

This hotel has a great atmosphere. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. All the staff are friendly. There are many swimming pools and a beautiful beach with fine sand. When I booked, I selected 3 people, and they proactively set up an extra bed for us, which was excellent service. The breakfast was also very rich. It's an ideal hotel for a beach and swimming holiday. The only downsides are the limited and expensive food options at the hotel, and its distance from the city center. It takes over 20 minutes by taxi to get to Da Nang city center. Personally, I think Da Nang's beach scenery is nice, but the dining and urban development in the city center are far behind Ho Chi Minh City. If you like relaxing on the beach and swimming, you could stay here for a few more days. For the last two days, we moved to VOCO near My Khe Beach, which was more convenient for city walks. That beach was livelier and more crowded, whereas the Marriott was quieter, less crowded, and a bit remote.

My stay at Sheraton Grand Danang Resort was overall a fantastic experience, with just one notable drawback. The room was excellent—spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. Everything felt modern and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. What really stood out was the staff. They were consistently polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. From check-in to daily interactions, their professionalism and warmth made a big difference. Breakfast was another highlight—absolutely amazing. There was a wide variety of options, all fresh and delicious. It’s one of those breakfasts you actually look forward to every morning. A small but important detail: the water pressure in the bathroom was very strong, which made showers especially enjoyable—something not every hotel gets right. The resort itself is very clean and well-kept. One of its standout features is the incredibly long swimming pool—stretching nearly 250 meters—which is perfect for both relaxation and serious swimming. We specifically chose to stay a bit far from the city to enjoy a calm, peaceful beach. However, this was where the experience fell short. The beach in front of the resort has suffered significant erosion, and the slope is very steep, making it difficult—and essentially impossible—to use comfortably. This was quite disappointing, especially given the beachfront location. Overall, despite the beach issue, the resort still delivers a high-quality experience with great rooms, excellent service, and top-tier amenities. I would still recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Da Nang—just not if a swimmable beach is your priority.

The staff here are all very nice, many even remembered our room number. On our first night, we booked dinner at the Beach House, which was a fine dining experience and offered a kids' menu. The second day, we booked the Father's Day buffet at Man Ho restaurant and were very satisfied! There was unlimited lobster, shrimp, beef, lamb, and fish, and the highlight was the live music! The singer was excellent, performing not only local Vietnamese songs but also very popular English and Chinese songs, and even the World Cup theme song, which was very fitting at the time. We all thoroughly enjoyed the meal! On the third day, we took the kids out for dinner, and comparing it, we felt dining at the hotel was more comfortable! Our trip was meant to be a relaxing one anyway – sleeping in until we naturally woke up, swimming and playing in the sand, then a nap, and more swimming and sand play. So, on the fourth day, we decided to eat at the hotel again. In the afternoon, we had happy hour at the Beach House and ordered pizza, roasted beef, and tacos, which were all delicious! We felt they suited our taste even more than the fine dining options, haha. For dinner, we went to the Great Room because our daughter wanted salmon, and it was perfectly pan-fried. We also ordered fish and chips and a local Vietnamese noodle dish – we finished everything! Oh, and in the afternoon, the hotel also provides a night snack, like some nuts, and there's a turndown service. The buggy service was excellent too! One buggy driver, knowing we were from Hong Kong, played many Chinese songs for us on the way back to our room. We sang along together, and in the end, he even took us on a tour around the entire hotel – a wonderful memory. We will definitely come back!

The whole hotel is a vibe! has a very rustic and cozy vibe to it, and there are also very cute animals in the hotel (dog, bunny & tortoise). the room feels very cozy and spacious too! however, there are abit of dust & mosquitos in the hotel/room :( but we werent too particular about it, overall it was a really good stay at lada’s house!

This hotel left me with mixed feelings. I'll start with the positives: an excellent location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach, a beautiful pool with a sea view, generally clean, and good breakfasts with a decent variety of dishes. Despite many people at breakfast, the food was constantly replenished. Room cleaning was good. I have no complaints about the breakfast and pool staff, but the same can't be said for the front desk. I booked the hotel expecting a 2 PM check-in, which was important to me as I had work scheduled for that time. A few days before arrival, I received an email stating check-in would be at 3 PM. In the end, I was checked in even later, despite how crucial the timing was for me. Every day, there was a tea party by the pool for all guests, but we weren't given a voucher for it. We were told it wasn't allowed, without any explanation. It wasn't that we desperately needed it, but the principle of the matter was unpleasant. Our room wasn't the cheapest, and we stayed for more than one day. I was surprised by the overly strict policy regarding beach towels; to get them, you have to sign your room number and the number of towels in a logbook near reception. Before you even reach the logbook, staff rush over to monitor you, as if we've already stolen a pile of towels and can't be trusted 😂 We travel a lot, but this is the first time we've encountered something like this. In my opinion, the hotel is overrated.

Although I would give this hotel five stars on all the standard measures (if it can even be called a hotel — it's more like a cozy, magical little home, with service that rivaled some of the five-star hotels I've stayed in), I have to admit that what pushed my satisfaction over the top was what happened when I came down to the ”lobby” to ask whether checking out at 3 a.m. would be a problem. The answer, of course, was ”no problem.” But the family who owns the place — a sister, a brother, and their mother and father, all of whom seem to live there — happened to be sitting down together to a simple Vietnamese dinner. They invited me to join them, and the invitation felt completely genuine, so with deep gratitude I sat down. (To be fair, no future guest should expect this — it was a spontaneous kindness, not a service.) The simple food was enjoyable, but the real pleasure was getting to know the four of them. I talked mostly with the 35-year-old son, whose English was the best. His sister was 33, and the father, seated on my left, was 71. They were amazed to learn that I was 82. After a heartwarming dinner and conversation, I returned to my magical little room — really more like a small studio apartment — as befits an early-to-bed man.

I stayed for 4 nights, in two different room types. Here's my feedback: For breakfast, I highly recommend going to the 28th floor. The 3rd floor is too noisy. The complimentary foot bath and afternoon tea are nice if you have time, but you won't miss much if you skip them. When checking in, make sure to request a room facing Son Tra Peninsula, otherwise, you'll be looking directly at the adjacent building. The hotel pool has a great view, but it gets very crowded, and there are only 4 loungers. On our first night, we found there was no hairdryer in the room. Luckily, we called the front desk, and they quickly brought one. This was especially concerning because we saw a book in the room listing prices for all items – loss or damage would be charged accordingly. A hairdryer was 1.2 million dong! Another afternoon, the toilet got clogged. However, the front desk responded fairly quickly. Only the front desk staff had acceptable English proficiency. The restaurant staff didn't even understand 'over hard' or 'hard boiled' for eggs. During this trip, I stayed at two 5-star hotels in Da Nang: Hoiana New World Beach Resort and The Peninsula. If I had to compare the two, overall, The Peninsula's staff, dining, and room amenities (both soft and hard goods) did not meet true 5-star hotel standards. The New World was much better.

Big shoutout to the hotel's breakfast! I stayed for 7 days, and every morning the soup noodles were different – the chef clearly puts a lot of thought into it! The worst part was the bathroom drainage; even after calling for repairs, it never got fixed, leaving the toilet area constantly wet. The hotel seems to host a lot of foreign guests, and it feels like it has a high occupancy rate every day. For the price, it offers great value for money 😊

When booking the room, I left several special requests in the comments, and the staff paid great attention to them. When we arrived, the room was clean, fresh, and well-prepared. The view from the window was incredible — we could see the Dragon Bridge. The only issue was that our room had a round bed. It was very cozy and comfortable, but if you're taller than 170 cm, your feet might hang off the edge... and the bed monster might get you at night! 😄 Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to change rooms on the first night because the hotel was fully booked. However, the staff remained polite and helpful throughout. The next day, we were moved to a room with a regular bed, and from that moment our stay became absolutely wonderful. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of everything. The beach is only about 10 minutes away by taxi. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered plenty of variety. Lunches were also very good, and it was convenient that they could be booked for any time during the day. The portions were huge! 😻 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. During our stay, most of the guests were Asian travelers from various countries. As Europeans, we immediately noticed it, and honestly, we loved it. It felt like we were truly in Asia rather than in an international tourist bubble, which made the experience even more memorable. The only area that didn't fully meet our expectations was the facilities. The pool area looks somewhat different from the promotional photos. However, the beautiful view is still there. The pool is quite deep — around 1.2 meters if I remember correctly. We didn't see any children using it, which might be a bonus for some guests, while families with young children may find it less convenient. There is also a small gym area where you can do most basic workouts. There are plenty of weights available. It can get a little warm in that area, though. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

HKChoice:
The balcony was definitely the best feature of the room, offering fantastic views of the Han River and the Dragon Bridge at night. However, the water pressure was very low, and the shower stream was weak and slow. The water was also a light yellow color, not clear like I've experienced in other hotels. The room layout was a bit odd, with a small bedroom and a large living area, and the shower space in the bathroom was tiny.
