The staff are friendly but less enthusiastic. The food which provided in restaurant was expensive but with less variety and quantity. The room is clean but with a lot of flies.

Everything was perfect, the stay was beautiful. It is located just beside dell park, 45 mins from the kalimpong market. Peaceful and far away from noise. The resort is well maintained, though it is rated as 3* but we felt their service is like any of the top rated 4* hotel. Everyone was welcoming, cordial and just a one knock away for any kind of service. The premium balcony view we chose, which was worth of every penny and minute spent in the room. The clouds are coming inside room with a view of kanchenjunga and tees-ta river. Loved it. Only just for a note, local shops are very limited there, if you want any kind of dry foods or snacks, and the hotel restaurant food pricing is bit higher considering the locality. Though the a loo parathas they provided in breakfast and mixed fried rice and chilly chicken was very delicious. Overall our 3nights 4 days stay in summit sherpa was splendid. Highly recommended if you want a peaceful vacation with the raw natural beauty of delo, mountains, delo park and of course kalimpong. We visited darjeeling by taking car one day which was also a pleasant experience and returned back to hotel in the evening. Please note: there are other 2 branches of summit near kalimpong market area, but summit sherpa is the branch which is only located in delo. Wish you a wonderful stay there. Kanchenjunga excellent view from room 104 and cafeteria. Close proximity of mall, central markets, railway station, Mahakaal Temple and Nightingale Park.

There is no parking lot, don’t believe the introduction that there is parking! Halfway up the mountain! Tired of walking! Very old, the only thing that is a little bit better is to look at the snow-capped mountains a bit more convenient, it is recommended to live in Ramada!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Taj Chia Kutir Darjeeling! Nestled in the heart of the hills, the tranquil atmosphere was perfect for unwinding. The tea plantation trek was a highlight, offering breathtaking views and a serene experience. The free yoga classes were a wonderful addition, helping us feel completely rejuvenated. The food was delicious, with a variety of flavorful options to suit every palate. Above all, the staff were exceptional – attentive, warm, and incredibly helpful. It was truly a memorable stay, and we can't wait to return!

In Darjeeling, it can be regarded as one of the best quality hotels. Although the surrounding area is very shabby, it is a small harbor, which is especially suitable for two people (because of the double breakfast). From Darjeeling Railway Station, drag the suitcase to the hotel for about 15 minutes. Young people are fine. It is only 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Peak Plaza. It is very convenient. There is a night market with stalls nearby. There was even a miniso, and I was drunk too, and the holiday brand that lost the Chinese face was flooding everywhere. The video was shot in the room with a time-lapse. In addition, free luggage storage is provided here, you can go for four or five days on foot, leave your luggage here, and pick it up later.

It was great trip to Darjeeling. Our room got upgraded by receptionist. She was very humble and kind. She given us the room with mountains view. All staffs were kind and helpful. It was great and comfortable stay. Views from hotel are amazing. Wish to stay again.

The property is located at a prime location, at Chauk Bazar, almost near to keventer's, glenary's, etc. But the thing which irritated me the most is they were charging for room cleaning and were asking me multiple times whether I would like to opt for room cleaning services or not. Moreover, in my MMT package, 2 water bottles were included free of cost per day. But during our last day, when we asked for 2 bottles, they asked that only if I opt for room cleaning, they would provide me the bottles. Hence, my overall experience was not up to the mark.
