The hotel location was very near to Baidyanath Dham, and room was well maintained. All services were except for following two areas. 1. There was no TV channel available on TV, as MAA Laxmi hotel management have not paid subscription to Tata Sky. 2. We had dinner at Hotel Restaurant, but it took one hour for restaurant to bring food on dining table. Too slow service.

Very good hotel , service in all sector are good . I am going to stay only here in my next trip Thanks to make our trip a wonderful one

The hotel is new. as such, its interior looks nice and pleasing. pros Location, amenities, food quality, housekeeping, room service, supportive staff, and front desk. cons Distance from Temple is about 2 km. you need a vehicle to go to parking and walk about 600 m to reach the temple. Corridors are not at the same level; as such, one needs to be careful while walking to avoid falling. Restaurant staff found struggling to manage adequate provisioning of items to guests during Buffet breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at hotel imperial heights. My room was spacious clean and welcoming. The staff were courteous, polite and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel. It is value for money. The food in the restaurant is also good.

I came to know about this hotel from random searching. I saw the photos and booked it. Mr. Pranab kumar helped me there with the guidance.

3 nights, average service, no food, no hot food supply arrangement. For a small town, average stay.

Location of Hotel is best. Clean room and bathroom. Staff behavior is also good. Late night and early morning food is not available in side restaurant. But within 20 step food available at late nand early morning. Nearest Hotel from tower chowk on main road. Definitely I will prefer it always😊😊😊😊😊

When i needed, hotelstaff were asking lift is under repair, light was now and then fluctuating, no r o water was working double bed was shouting like choo, choo they were asked to check out at 11. 00 am ie room was charged for 23 hrs instead of 24. Being pure veg we don't have taken food facility as both veg and nonveg provide by hotel. In each hotel booked some problem remains. I am not satisfied with such a hotel.

Location and service of hotel is good, while food service is not upto the mark due to lack of staff even if a big group or in rush hour services are highly effected due to lack of staff. In morning kitchen starts at 7 am they will not entertain before that even it is a tourist/pilgrimage. In room no facilities for kettle and tea bags which is common in these level of hotels. Otherwise in cleanliness, parking etc. It is a good hotel.
