I had a wonderful stay at Sarina Hotel.The location is ok The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first impression of the hotel truly positive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean,and roomy. The room service was excellent, and I always had my dinner there. The food was really delicious and great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport. The garden, swimming pool, and other outdoor areas are well maintained, making it nice for a walk, and the playground is great for kids—perfect for family travelers. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. However, some of the facilities felt a bit outdated, and there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, but I did see a cockroach in the breakfast area, which was disappointing. The Six Seasons Hotel Dhaka was an average experience overall. While the hotel's location is good, the interior is cramped and the facilities are aging, making it barely up to par. Regarding dining, the lunch was expensive and mediocre, lacking any special features. The breakfast selection was limited and lacked flavor, so much so that even a breakfast lover like me left without even taking a few bites. However, the hotel's safety rating was acceptable. Due to a last-minute, same-day booking, the room rate was a whopping 800 RMB per night. Considering the environment, facilities, and food, it wasn't a good value at all. The price is cheap and the facilities are clean, so I was able to stay comfortably for 4 nights and 5 days. The location is about 10 minutes walk to the Westin Hotel in the center of the new town in the gurujan district. As others have said, there is a river in front of you, and there is a national pattern, so mosquitoes may be unavoidable. Certainly, even if the mosquitoes were closed, there was a hole in the ceiling and they came in from there. I stayed for one night at bengal canary park, and it was a pleasant enough experience. It’s a hotel geared towards professionals (mostly from india) visiting the gulshan area for work, so it might not be the best option for tourists. The room was quite small, and the breakfast buffet was limited (with too many veg. Options. I had one meal at the restaurant, and it was average, considering the great food i generally had in bangladesh. I had also booked at the last minute, so my friend and i ended up getting rooms two floors apart, which kind of affected my experience. Of course, there were several pluses, too. The service was professional and polite. The location is great for trying out eateries in gulshan, and the hotel even allows ordering from outside. I couldn’t get a late check-out as the hotel seemed to be overbooked, but i had a fairly comfortable time at the cafeteria section while waiting to leave for the airport. The best part of my stay was a helpful gesture from the hotel staff. I had seen a bangladesh tourism book at the hotel and had enquired if i could purchase it from a bookstore nearby. While i was checking out, the gentleman at the reception handed me a wrapped copy of the book, which was very thoughtful and unexpected. The location is good. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It cost 1,700 taka by airport taxi from the airport, and 500 taka by Uber from the hotel to the airport. The shower is not warm, just a slight difference in temperature between hot and cold water. But the water is lukewarm so it doesn't bother me ☺️. The restaurant opens at 6:30, but even if you go at 6:30, they just started preparing and you can't eat. Please go at 6:50. The menu is pretty good. They said they'd arrive in the middle of the night, but as soon as we exited customs, we saw hotel staff holding signs to welcome us in the airport terminal. The hotel is located in the embassy district, one of the safest areas in Bangladesh, with uniformed security guards at the entrance. The lobby is spacious and bright. There was a welcome fruit platter upon entry. The rooms were well-equipped, clean, and had a full set of toiletries. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including my family's favorites: congee, fried eggs, roasted naan, fried noodles, fried chicken, stir-fried vegetables, juice, watermelon… We even bumped into the hotel owner in the lobby, and surprisingly, the Bangladeshi man spoke fluent Chinese! The air conditioner remote control has turned yellow, but the air conditioner works fine. Welcome fruit is given upon check-in. Although the hotel is old, there are still many courtesies. I stayed in the hotel for 7 consecutive days. On the last day, I went to the Japanese restaurant on the 5th floor for dinner. It's an apartment hotel. The lobby is very new. The room is a bit old. There are no towels. The environment is so-so. I live on the second floor and it's not very ventilated. I have been staying at this hotel last 2 years when i go to Dhaka, staff are very friendly, professional, very helpful and polite.
Always allow to check in early if the room is available or ready.
The manager he is down to earth, very helpful always ask about the stay and if i needed anything during my stay.
The hotel always give welcome cold fresh juice, also has free luggage storage room, free buffet breakfast..

Достойный отель в престижном районе. Есть все удобства. Косметически - номер вполне нормальный, но есть недочеты (гладильная доска не была прикручена в шкафу, пришлось гладить на кровати. В ванной комнате инсталляция за унитазом была в плачевном состоянии- требует ремонта)
Бассейн был не чищен, увы - не искупался.

Reception was helpful in finding exactly the type of room I wanted. Good mattress and I slept well for the 4 nights I was there. The staff in general are professional and very willing to help and provide advice. Very safe, quiet area with a good Food Court nearby for quick meals and fun to walk the streets at night soaking up the vibe. The restaurant at the Bengal Blueberry is good but variety is limited. Great location for an overnight stay before your flight. It takes 5-7 minutes to get to the airport by taxi, which is very convenient. The bed is soft, the room is clean, there are no problems with hot water. There is an ATM in the neighboring hotel. Location is near airport, dhaka is not a ‘ walkable’ city so you need to get a ride or take a package tour to be able to het around and visit places of interest, hotel was clean and rooms were a good size, came with toiletries, daily housekeeping, staff were super friendly, helpful and hospitable!!! The location was good for business, but dhaka traffic is dhaka traffic, so it was a pain to travel anywhere other than downtown. The staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was clean, and our room was cleaned daily. The only issue I had was that the bed was too hard, and I didn't sleep well the first night. I told the house cleaner, and immediately he brought a softer mattress and 2 quilts. After this, I slept well. I am a westerner and used to soft beds, my travel partner is Bengali and the bed was fine for her. So this will not be a problem if you are used to hard beds. As soon as I told them my problem, they solved it immediately. Such good hospitality. The roof top pool was refreshing and clean. This hotel is great. It’s a little hard to find because the sign for the hotel is not obvious but everything including the buffet breakfast is really nice. The restaurant will try and force you to buy an expensive specialty water by bringing it to your table without asking. Make sure to ask the price of any water before you open it!
