I had a wonderful stay at Sarina Hotel.The location is ok The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first impression of the hotel truly positive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean,and roomy. The room service was excellent, and I always had my dinner there. The food was really delicious and great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. The windows in the guest rooms cannot be opened. What is the point of designing a balcony? The luxury suite has lost its inherent functional conditions. The swimming pool is great, no one is disturbing, the water quality is excellent, and it has depth and length, which fully reflects the freedom given to guests. The location is about 10 minutes walk to the Westin Hotel in the center of the new town in the gurujan district. As others have said, there is a river in front of you, and there is a national pattern, so mosquitoes may be unavoidable. Certainly, even if the mosquitoes were closed, there was a hole in the ceiling and they came in from there. I didn't stay at the Mango Hotel in Dhaka before because I accidentally lost my passport and I felt so miserable in this place where I had no relatives! Later, my friend introduced me to the Mango Hotel and said that he would help us Chinese people. I found the Mango Hotel with a nervous heart. The owner was really good. I picked up the phone and called the embassy and sent someone to take me to complete the procedures. Because I had to wait for a few working days to get the documents, I stayed in the hotel. To be honest, the cleanliness of the hotel was my first impression. The second was that all the meals were authentic Chinese food. The third was that all the staff were warm and the service attitude was super good. It made me feel like home. I want to express a lot, and I am not dragging my feet. The hotel is located near public facilities in the capital, Dhaka, and there are hotels scattered around the area.
The city noise wasn't too bothersome, but I was woken up by the loud singing (or should I say singing?) of Muslims announcing their pre-dawn prayer time. I guess it's the same all over Dhaka. The twin room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. It had AC, and the lukewarm shower was fine. I stayed for three nights.
Breakfast was included, with many spicy dishes, and I asked the staff about each one. The menu was extensive, and I enjoyed the salads, fruit, and desserts.
Small taxis (CNG, autorickshaws) were easy to hail.

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant.
However, I was disappointed that I didn’t receive a room with balcony access, even though I had booked it well in advance and specifically requested it. Aside from that, the hotel staff were accommodating and courteous, which I truly appreciated.
In terms of cleanliness, the room appeared clean at first glance but lacked attention to detail. It seemed like the bedsheets and duvet cover hadn’t been changed, as there were multiple stains on them. The bathroom floor also had several strands of hair, which were only noticeable if you looked closely.
The breakfast was average—not a wide variety, but the food tasted good. One downside was the air conditioning; it was outdated and not so comfortable.

Location is near airport, dhaka is not a ‘ walkable’ city so you need to get a ride or take a package tour to be able to het around and visit places of interest, hotel was clean and rooms were a good size, came with toiletries, daily housekeeping, staff were super friendly, helpful and hospitable!!! Too much mosquito even in higher floor. I booked this hotel for my Parents. They stayed 3nights on 12th floor room number 16. Overall facilities is okay,clean but not really clean.1st night they could not sleep at all because of mosquitoes. They informed reception next morning was was told they will spray but same thing happened 2nd night as well, when called reception said they sprayed which was not true.after requesting 3times they sprayed and finally there was no mosquito.they need to give more attention.

I had a wonderful stay at Sarina Hotel.The location is ok The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first impression of the hotel truly positive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean,and roomy. The room service was excellent, and I always had my dinner there. The food was really delicious and great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return in the future. I highly recommend Sarina Hotel to others.

The breakfast is delicious, some dishes are changed every day, and the quality of desserts and fruits is also good. If you go late, the chef can help to make them, which is the most satisfactory place. The shower water flow is strong and the wind power of the constant temperature hair dryer is also strong.
Disadvantages: The lobby area is small, and there is a machine sound in the room from time to time, similar to a generator? The sound insulation is average, and you can hear it when the door next door is closed.
