The hotel is just like a fairy tale, fulfilled all our expectations! Very unusual, but thought-out to the small house, the green area, the mountain river flows. In the house is very clean, snowy bed linen, a towel with a symbol round door of houses from Shira, capsule coffee machine, teapot and tea bags, soluble coffee, chubret and tea mint. Breakfast is also very large and varied. Perhaps the only non-principal minus is that the hotel is not in the center of Dilizhan, but at the very beginning and to the supermarket it is necessary to go minutes 5-7, but you can order the delivery of food from restaurants, taxi is also very cheap. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Now all our acquaintances want to go to this hotel!

The service attitude is very good. We have set a room. They upgraded to a mother room. The environment is very good. After there is a large garden, all the apple trees are behind it. There is also a stream behind the parking lot garden. The environment is very pleasant. 

Very cool hotel! Like a small Switzerland! All clean, new, delicious breakfast! Classic pool area, smells in the hotel outlet, music at the pool super, service at the height, here you want to come back!

We completely enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Paradise Hotel Dilijan. The stuff was friendly and helpful. When we encountered any problem they found an immediate solution for it. Huge thanks to each of them especially Mrs Hermine who went above and beyond to make us feel part of a big family. We stayed in the family room. The room was clean. We had a beautiful view to the swimming pool. Breakfast was finger licking delicious. Cakes are must to try. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and absolutely loved it. It’s a bit pricy but worth it. Among other leisure activities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and table tennis) water aerobics and yoga are must to do at this hotel! While doing yoga at the open air terrace, you enjoy not only the process of yoga but also the nature. Overall, highly recommended!

Great view , fresh air the hotel located 4km from the town have buses also near to hotel 1hr walking you get great views some local shops , Rooms are great & clean Breakfast also good They have restaurant & sauna also try

The bathroom complex really looks great and attracts attention to its appearance. I believe that inside too everything is organized at the top level, providing comfort and comfort for visitors. It is certainly possible to relax and rest from the daily vain, enjoying a pleasant atmosphere. I want to believe that the bath complex provides its guests with unforgettable impressions and a mass of positive emotions. Overall, this is a place worth visiting for recovery and good time.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel this weekend. First of all, Dilijan is very nice and small, and this hotel overlooks the cityscape from the hill. The way up is not very steep. It took us 10-15 minutes walk from the city center. The rooms are clean and nice, and the windows are lit with natural sunlight. I was especially fond of the bed, which was a massive wooden one, very stylish and comfortable. The bed is fluffy and warm. Everything is ok in the room, and it has a private bathroom, which is super comfortable too. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. They promptly answered all of my questions, and also let me leave my rucksack after checkout until my taxi arrived. I am very happy with my time there. This place is very nice, but I believe it will be nicer in summer because the hotel has a beautiful yard, and it was too cold now to sit there and enjoy the scenery.

It is ok for budget conscious and light travellers. Otherwise one has to carry the luggage through a very narrow lane with concrete wall on both sides and then up a narrow flight of steps. It has a slanting ceiling which is less than 1.5m high in my room. I banged my head on to it several times whenever I walked further from my bed. Only children can sleep on that bed. Amenities are as expected of a guest house- no slipper, basic toiletries , no kettle and tea/coffee making. However, this is provided in the shared kitchen. Breakfast is very much local with coffee bread tomato fruits local biscuits and cheese. Location is off the main road and generally taxi is needed to get to city centre. The host should provide a door bell or intercom and a sign for arriving guest. Not able to communicate in English but the host tried very best to accommodate guest's request and used oral google translate to communicate.
