What a super hotel and probably one of the best that we have ever stayed in!
Hotel is extremely clean and modern, with all the facilities that you would need.
Breakfast was amazing and staff went out of their way to make sure we felt like royalty!
Our room was super nice and had a beautiful view overlooking the Doha Skyline - incredible.
Staff were all amazing, always polite and helpful.
Rooftop bar is great way to spend an evening with views overlooking Doha.

This is an exquisite hotel with a really nice architecture and design. It's a perfect location, wonderful staff, room is big, bed is super comfortable, and the vibe is very relaxing. The guy who takes care of the fitness area is very nice. There is a jaccuzi and steam room (no sauna) and they have some really nice things like fruit infused water and a chocolate hour at reception. Service at nearly every service point from security to front desk was incredibly unhurried even when there was no one in line.
Also waited 1.5 hours at 5am for housekeeping to install and reinstall again (because the first install covered only 70% the window) blackout curtains that were at every other window panel except the one right next to the bed. Light still ended up shining directly on my face even after the 2nd install because the velcro that was supposed to fix the blackout curtain to the side wall was not installed.
Toilet and tissue paper wasn’t replenished and I was on my period without any paper in the room. When the manager offered to send his compliments as an apology it just meant a bag of toilet rolls was left outside the door.
Lounge access was not quite worth paying for as the food was pretty dismal, unless you’re just wanting beverages at odd times of the day, which was useful for me.FromDKK 1,543

I was advised to book Kempinski based on my friends recommendation due to location and amenities with this hotel. Service was 10/10, exceptional from the minute we walked in right up until the end. There were a few blips but it can be overlooked with how much care the staff had. The security guards behind public house restaurant on the beach were lovely cheerful guys who are a credit to Kempinski. The duty manager helped, also the reception staff helped throughout our stay. I booked the hotel for 3 nights. It was my first time in Qatar. It was very easy to get to the hotel from the airport. I just took a taxi and within 12-15 minutes I was already there. The check-in was super easy. The staff was very friendly and professional. They even upgraded my room which was super nice. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and more spacious than I expected. There are a few restaurants close to the hotel as well as a supermarket. But it's not the city center. When going around you can use Uber. It's very convenient and the drivers usually arrive within 1-4 minutes at the hotel to pick you up. But the best thing for me is the hotel's gym. Usually hotels have bad equipped gyms but Century Hotel is different. They have equipment for every muscle group. It won't replace a real gym over time but it's certainly good enough to stay in shape. Also, the pricing for the room is surprisingly cheap for Qatar. I'm very happy with what I get for the price. We arrived extremely early and found a change room to rest then visit the city directly before check in.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. Staff were wonderful and made us feel welcome. We arrived early, and the receptionist checked us in immediately. The room was complimentary upgraded to Seaview on the 10th floor with amazing views. Breakfast was delicious, with continental buffet and cooked breakfast available to order at the table. Dinner had many choices on offer, including sushi. Chef was aware of my allergies to shellfish and ensured I had specially prepared a platter each evening. The pool and beach area is spacious with plenty of loungers to choose from, ice cooler of bottle water replenished, and cold face towels provided. Disappointed in amenities provided (no vanity kit, towels were old and worn), shower water pressure was low and not heating up properly, shower tiles looked aged and door wouldn't close properly causing wster spillage into the toilet floor.

The room was quite spacious and came with two complimentary bottles of mineral water. The interior was very pleasant and spotlessly clean. Just a small note: the bathroom floor can get quite slippery when wet, so do be careful. The front desk staff downstairs and all the other staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even give you cookies when you check in! Downstairs, they offer complimentary lemonade and dates, which were absolutely delicious and not overly sweet. The hotel is very close to the National Museum, just a few minutes' walk away. Taxi fares here are surprisingly affordable. This hotel is perfect. Excellent views good food classy swimming pool and the icing on the cake is that they have a washer/dryer in each room. I have 15 days of dirty clothes. The bad news is that the washer/dryer takes about 5 hours to do a load. I was there for three nights and I got all of my clothes cleaned. There's a microwave there's a burner the bathroom's nice the fuse perfect the staff is excellent I have no bad things to say about this hotel except that I wish that I lived there. One one negative about this hotel is that they don't sell alcohol. You have to find another hotel if you want a glass of wine. Beautiful location near Old Doha Port. Delicious dinner and breakfast services. We received a lovely welcome message for the children with cookies to decorate. Beach view rooms were stunning. However, deluxe twin room had two small single beds, not really enough for family of three. Mr Rafiq was particularly attentive to our needs and asked after our preferences throughout our stay. Mr Ahmed was extremely helpful and kind towards the children during dinner and breakfast service. All the hotel staff were very welcoming.
The Spa has a ladies only area, but staff did not really explain what facilities and services were available. The ladies changing room was not really well stocked with amenities, although staff kindly provided any items asked for.

Right after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. This return trip was a wonderful experience. All the staff made exceptional efforts to be kind, helpful and generous in offering assistance. Throughout our trip, staff pre-empted our needs as a family and politely offered assistance. The housekeeping staff were especially sweet and kind towards my children, and the golf cart drivers made good friends with us. The ladies' gym is exceptionally outstanding. Powder Room is a fantastic highlight. Everything was arranged with sensitivity to privacy for modest ladies.' Welcome to Qatar message was lovely. We hope to have our next big family reunion here in future.
One thing that did not meet our expectations was a personalised welcome for the children. On our last trip, we did find messages and activities prepared for them in the room upon our arrival. I am not sure the hotel has considered personalised Welcomes for older children or teenagers. I would appreciate seeing this done in future.

the venue of the event where i attended is very hot. the food served is very limited and they did not even prepare at least a coffee or tea. desserts offered in the event is cake and cakes and cakes. i even ordered pizza after the event. nothing special about the food.
the breakfast everyday is the same.

The room was very clean and large. Feras, the front desk staff from Jordan was very friendly. The check-in procedure was smooth and quick. Unfortunately, there was light leakage between the curtain box and the curtain, with a gap of about 15 cm. I can't imagine that the curtains in a five-star hotel room would leak light. I checked in at 3:30 AM, and it was about 4 o'clock after I washed and went to bed. The light woke me up at 7 o'clock in the morning, and I didn't sleep well, which affected my schedule for the day. Okay.
I’ll start with the positives, or rather, positive. The location is close to every food place you can think of, so if you’re a massive foodie, that is a huge advantage. The main worry with location is that the metro is a bit far off so you can’t necessarily walk to it, unless you’re an avid walker, so your best best would be to take a cab to the metro station.
Now, my biggest gripe with this, and it hurts to say, as it is a name brand, but it was dirty.
The first room I was given wasn’t even made, as I had to see the remnants of the previous lodgers.
I was thankfully given another room almost immediately, but yeah. I wouldn’t say it was the cleanest of hotels so that was my biggest complaint.

A lovely stay with a central location within the souq. As I arrived early they allowed me to use their facilities to freshen up. You even get driven around and dropped to the other hotel buildings around the souq.
Ibrahim was very helpful when I checked in and wanted to freshen up and change for Friday prayers.
Our room was very spacious but the only downside was that there wasn’t a window view as such. We didn’t mind as we didn’t spend too much time indoors.FromDKK 1,058

Hotel is located in the West Bay Area of Doha surrounded by many other 5 star hotels. We were only a 10 minute walk to the main mall which had lots of eating places and a huge supermarket attached. The check in was efficient and staff were courteous. We were allocated a room on the 37 floor overlooking the bay.
This is a former Crowne Plaza hotel and is being updated. Our room was huge with large living area and bed. Separate dressing area with wardrobe. Iron board and safe.
Bathroom was clean and had separate shower and bath.

|2.58km from city centerBeautiful location near Old Doha Port. Delicious dinner and breakfast services. We received a lovely welcome message for the children with cookies to decorate. Beach view rooms were stunning. However, deluxe twin room had two small single beds, not really enough for family of three. Mr Rafiq was particularly attentive to our needs and asked after our preferences throughout our stay. Mr Ahmed was extremely helpful and kind towards the children during dinner and breakfast service. All the hotel staff were very welcoming.
The Spa has a ladies only area, but staff did not really explain what facilities and services were available. The ladies changing room was not really well stocked with amenities, although staff kindly provided any items asked for.
Lovely family hotel overall. Worth a visit at least once if staying in Old Doha Port. Watch out for busy traffic in this neighbourhood and not many grocery shops nearby.

I was reading in the yard, and suddenly I looked up and saw a big cruise ship.
It was the first time I lived on an island in my life. Perfect experience. The service was also great. WeChat reminded me that the [direct light] at the head of the bed has no on/off button.
It is pressed. Just press its [light] with your thumb, and the light will go out.
