A nice and clean hotel. Location is easy to find. The drop off and pick up point outside the lobby is street level so it is very convenient if you bring a large luggage. There is a night market at Temple street across the street. If you like dim sum for breakfast. There are two dim sum cafe near by. Value for money and very satisfied with the experience.

The service was very good, and check-in was fast. The location of the hotel is great—close to the bus and tram stations, and the subway is also nearby. There are six elevators, so even though our room was on a high floor, it was very quick and easy to get there. The staff were friendly and spoke English. The pool is very nice; it’s big enough for swimming, and the view from the pool is also quite good.

We arrived late, maybe 11.30pm, but were greeted warmly and checked in smoothly. The room was small but the bed was comfortable and the environment peaceful. Shower was hot and worked well, all towels and linen were clean, toilet was clean, and the room itself clean enough. It looked like it must have been a child's bedroom once because there were glow-in-the-dark decals of planets stuck on the walls and ceiling. This room is fine if you are traveling on a budget and need somewhere to sleep and keep your things while you explore Hong Kong, location is away from the centre but metro a short walk that will take you straight to Central Station. Was a bit difficult to find down a back street.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and had bright smiles. The location is excellent, right outside Tin Hau MTR station. It's very convenient for dining and shopping nearby. You can walk to Causeway Bay in about 15 minutes. It's also not as bustling as Mong Kok or Tsim Sha Tsui, allowing you to really experience local life. Highly recommended. The room is quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, and comfortable.

Very nice! I really liked the wooden decor, and it wasn't small. The room's layout was well-designed, and there's a restaurant downstairs. It was just a bit far from the subway station. It was windy that night, but the soundproofing was decent.

The hotel's location is excellent!!! It's just a 5-minute walk from the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station (Exit C2), making transportation incredibly convenient. There are many popular restaurants and drugstores nearby. The front desk staff was very kind; they even found us a larger room because we had a big suitcase. The room was very clean overall, and I was extremely satisfied with my stay~ P.S. There's a washing machine, so you can wash and dry newly bought clothes! 😺

The room isn't huge but it's perfectly adequate, with stunning ocean views from three sides – definitely my top choice for a Hong Kong Peak getaway. It even comes with pots and pans, and the service is very attentive. It's a shame that summer is also Hong Kong's rainy season; if it rains, you're pretty much stuck enjoying the solitude.

There's a bar on the top floor with a great selection of complimentary drinks, and they taste pretty good too. The front desk staff were very friendly, and all spoke excellent Mandarin, which made communication very easy. Convenient Location: take MTR to Chai Wan Terminus, exit A, walk through the mall (1 min walk ), once leave the mall door, look at right, you may see Y Loft (4 mins walk), take the elevator to 2/F, then take the lift to 12/F reception to check in. If you come from Airport, take A12 (HK$47) and walk 5 mins. Many restaurants nearby. Security: I feel very safe even though I arrive the Hotel by 01:00am, security staff asks for our name before letting us take the elevator, at 2/F, another security will show us which lift to take to 12/F. Very quiet & clean room: not too close to other residential buildings, so you have good sleep. Laundry: HK$30 to wash your clothes and HK$30 to dry. It is the third time I stay in Y Loft, very happy. The building a bit old, but no complaint for what I paid.

Got a very cheap room. So assumed it would be small, but it was by ChungKing mansions standards huge. Bathroom was probably the biggest I have seen. Bed was a double bed. There is not much view given you are facing towards an internal light well. Also facilities all worked very well, with hot water on tap anytime you wanted and shower was powerful. Only drawbacks were the facilities looked a little old and I made the mistake of not keeping the extractor fan on in the bathroom on the first night and a smallish creep crawley was waiting for me in the sink the next morning...so keep the extractor fan on and I had no issues for the rest of my two week stay. There was a kitchen and hot water and coffee all provided. Staff friendly and helpful. I could not get the microwave to work on all occasions but other guests did not seem to have the same problem with it? So for the money it was excellent value.

Weekend hotel prices in Hong Kong can be quite steep, but this place truly stands out as an excellent option within its price range. It's conveniently located right next to Jordan MTR station. The rooms are fairly clean, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. If you're wondering where to stay in Hong Kong on a weekend or public holiday and have a limited budget, this hotel is definitely worth considering. The two photos below were both taken from my room, which offered a fantastic view.

I'm a solo female traveler. The room is super small, but fantastic for the price and location. The entrance is right next to the metro stairs, so no wandering around searching and getting tired. You just have to take the lift on the right hand. The staff (female) were incredibly helpful — messaging me clear directions, providing all the information from booking onward, and being so accommodating. The room amenities were fully equipped. The only downside was the entrance, which felt a bit scary imp. And the floor/layout is just like the photo.

Pros: 1. **Upgrade**: Upon check-in, they proactively upgraded us to a classic suite. I suspect this was a thoughtful gesture, as their standard rooms are quite small, and the staff probably noticed our family of three had a lot of luggage. 2. **Convenient Location**: The hotel is very well-located for exploring. There are famous restaurants nearby, such as Australia Dairy Company and Mak Man Kee Noodle Shop (Michelin-rated). The hotel provides a food map at check-in. Temple Street Night Market is within walking distance, and there are several seafood stalls nearby selling live mantis shrimp, crabs, and razor clams. We didn't get a chance to try them this time, so I can't comment on the taste. It's also a pleasant walk to Tsim Sha Tsui and Victoria Harbour during the day. 3. **On-site Dining**: The hotel itself has a rich variety of dining options within its food street. 4. **Airport Shuttle**: The A21 airport bus is very convenient. It costs around HKD 30 (half-price for children) and you can get off at Ning Po Street, then it's a five-minute walk to the hotel. Payments can be made via WeChat Pay, Alipay, or credit card. Each person needs to scan their own QR code; you can't use one for multiple people. Make sure to prepare your payment beforehand, or you might get a scolding if you're too slow, and they don't give change. Cons: 1. **Aging Facilities in Suite**: The hotel is older, though it was renovated around 2018. While the room was clean, the facilities felt a bit dated. The most inconvenient part of the suite (room 725, for reference) was having to shower in the bathtub, as there was no separate shower stall. Moreover, the drainage was severely clogged and very slow. It started backing up the moment we turned on the water, not just halfway through the shower. By the end, the water would reach ankle-deep, which was quite exaggerated. I didn't complain because I felt it was due to the old building structure, and I doubted staff could fix it immediately. 2. **Restaurant Experience (Yat Tung Heen)**: One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the convenience of dining at Yat Tung Heen (a Michelin-starred restaurant). However, I personally found the roast meats and dim sum to be rather ordinary. If you consider yourself a connoisseur of roast meats and Hong Kong-style dim sum, you might want to skip it. The dining environment was pleasant, though. Furthermore, we booked for Monday lunch at 11 AM, not during a busy weekend, but by 12 PM, the manager came to ask if we wanted to order anything else because 'there were other guests waiting.' This was very impolite. If a customer declines extra orders, there's no need to add that last part; they might even appreciate the offer more. This incident further solidified my impression that customer service in Hong Kong can be lacking. After his question, I felt rushed and the rest of the meal was very tense.

The service is quite good. One of the workers speaks good English. I was having trouble with my SIM card (I picked up the wrong one,) so she took me across the street to a shop that has them for cheap. The room's small, but, again, it's a guest house, and it's H.K. If you want something bigger, you're going to pay. The only thing that bothers me (and it's not exclusive to this guest house) is the noise from the other guests. A lot of guests are completely clueless and play their music / have loud conversations right outside of the room. Mei Wah should put up some ”Please be quiet” signs in Mandarin and English, but the guests are probably too ignorant or apathetic to care.

          ## Environment: The hotel room was quite spacious and comfortable. It's very close to Victoria Harbour, and walking to Tsim Sha Tsui East and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations is also very convenient. I'm not sure if I got an upgraded room type, but my room even had a walk-in closet. ## Service: The hotel room essentially met all my requirements. I chose a twin room this time because the king-size rooms were smoking rooms. Our room was on a higher floor, close to the elevator yet still quiet, and we could see a partial view of Victoria Harbour from outside. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful; they would proactively offer help whenever they saw us. ## Hygiene and Facilities: The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. All the amenities are quite new and very clean, though the facilities themselves are relatively classic/retro. ## Breakfast: Breakfast was a mix of Western and Cantonese cuisine. The variety of dishes was relatively rich, and the Cantonese dim sum was delicious. They offered freshly cooked pork rib or fish ball noodles/vermicelli, and the most thoughtful part was being able to add as much noodles or vermicelli as you wanted.

The location is also superb; you can directly access Harbour City from the second floor, and the Apple Store is right across from the first floor. It's also just a 5-minute walk to the MTR station, truly super convenient. During checkout, there was a minor issue (related to the cleaning staff, which also points to a slight oversight in management procedures). However, the front desk manager handled it very professionally and attentively. Their excellent service attitude and proactive approach to resolving problems are definitely commendable.

Starry Inn is a walking distance to Ladies Market, restaurants and shops, Sneaker Street, banks, buses, etc. The staffs on WeChat are very responsive, nice and friendly. She allowed us to extend for an hour before check out. The room is fine, but the elevator in the building didn’t work twice or three times our stay. The wifi is sometimes slow or very slow, and you’re disconnected at times. The water in the toilet floor takes times to dry and the water stays longer when you take a shower. The aircon needs to be turned on at all times because it doesn’t work well, or the cooler needs to be repaired. The room is very hot. But overall, we had a peaceful stay. You can stay here if you want to save money for a group of 4.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are sparkling clean, the common areas are cosy, there's everything you need in terms of kitchen utensils, the water pressure in the showers is amazing, the rooftop is a really place to hang out in the evenings, and most of all, the host Patricia makes you feel at home. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient! 📍Room 503, 5/F, Haiphong Mansion, 53-55 Haiphong Road, Tsim Sha Tsui (Take airport bus A21 to stop 14, Cameron Road, takes about 54 minutes). Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is right downstairs, and the A21 airport bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away. I chose this hotel specifically to attend a concert at Kai Tak! It's about a 10-minute walk to Tsim East MTR station (from Tsim East, you can take the Tuen Ma Line directly to Kai Tak Sports Park, which is only 6 stops and very convenient, costing 6.8 HKD one way). However, the room is indeed very small. It's perfectly fine for one person, but for two adults, it might be a bit cramped, especially with luggage! So, I highly recommend it for solo travelers! Within about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, you can reach New Harbour City, K11, Avenue of Stars, and China Ferry Terminal (where you can pick up City Line tickets). For food, I recommend: 1. Genki Sushi on the 2nd floor of Silvercord, a 5-minute walk away (great value for money, the sashimi is really fresh, and the tuna trio is a must-try – the melt-in-your-mouth tuna is absolutely divine). 2. For dim sum breakfast, Kowloon Cafe is just a 3-minute walk downstairs. Their breakfast set includes a Hong Kong-style milk tea for just 3 HKD, and it tastes very authentic.

I booked a double suite here a week ago. It was my first time in Hong Kong, and I assumed Mong Kok would be relatively unsafe. After reading numerous reviews of B&Bs, I felt even more apprehensive. So, I decided to stay for one night and then extend my stay if the environment was good. Arriving in Mong Kok, I was unfamiliar with the area, so I got lost for a while. Once I found my way, I discovered there were two entrances, one closed after 11 PM. There were also two elevators at each entrance, one for odd and one for even numbers. Upon check-in, the host was very welcoming. Perhaps because the double room was full or something else, they gave us a triple room with a window at no extra charge. The door had a combination lock, and the room was spotless, with spotless floors and immaculately white walls. There was no clutter on the bed, and the quilt was neatly folded. The bathroom was also spotless, with no odors or debris. It was a bit cramped, and the toilet had a long, lingering clatter after flushing, which I hope could be improved. There was also a small TV in the room, but the channel selection was a bit limited. The room also provided hangers, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel, but you had to bring your own toothpaste. Seeing this, I decided to renew my lease the next day. To my surprise, the double room seemed to be sold out. The landlord then asked me what I had paid for the room. Before I could find my bill, the landlord had already extended my stay for another night at 350 RMB, which was 2 RMB lower than the price on the platform! Overall, I personally felt the room was better than the promotional photos, exceeding my expectations. The landlord's service attitude also made me sincerely decide to write a positive review for her. 👍 I will definitely choose this B&B again next time.

A hotel with a very good value for money (after all, it is in Hong Kong, where every inch of land is worth a lot of money). It is very close to the Mong Kok subway station. It is not difficult to find it if you follow the navigation. It is inside the Ronghua Building. It is easy to find it by following the instructions. Facilities: The size of the room is very suitable according to my budget and the prices in Hong Kong, and it is almost the same as expected. The equipment is quite complete, with a separate bathroom (for a room of this price, and in Mong Kok, Hong Kong, where every inch of land is worth a lot of money, I can only say that I am very satisfied) Hygiene: Clean and comfortable. Anyway, according to my budget, I personally think it is reasonable Environment: It is quite quiet. In a busy city like Mong Kok, it will not be affected by the streets at all. Service: Polite and careful. When taking me to the booked room, they will carefully tell me some things to pay attention to. In general, when traveling out, according to your own budget and the prices of tourist destinations, etc., the value for money is super high!

A pleasant surprise! There's a lively bar street right downstairs, attracting a fun international crowd. The front desk staff were excellent, explaining everything very clearly. The location is truly central. The bathrooms here are exceptionally spacious. Fantastic value for money! Just a heads-up, they no longer provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, so remember to bring your own.
