|2.21km from city centerReally nice place once we found it! Nice room with separate bedroom, giant bathroom, 2 TV's. One could use it for a two week stay. We didn't know that we had to put in ”The Regency Hyatt Barcelona Tower” as a destination on the car GPS, and this place was right next door. The Hesperia Fira sign was not visible from the street but, the building looked correct on Google Satellite view. We had to sign in at the Hyatt next door but that fact was stated on our Booking reservation.

|1.27km from city centerThe employees was very helpful and kind! The hotel room was clean and modern. Close to transportation, the airport and centrum. You can either walk 20-30 minutes to the centrum, or take the metro that goes right next to the hotel(10-15 minutes). I bought a metro-ticket that lasted for 5 days and paid about 10 euros. Option to take taxi 5-10 minutes to the centrum. The beach is about 25 minutes by car and cost between 25 to 35 euros, depends on what time of the day or which day of the week. I had a very pleasant stay, and I recommend this hotel!

|1.45km from city centerCan’t really fault the hotel. Lovely and clean and well located. Unfortunately we got one of our bags stolen out of the boot of the car whilst I was stood right by it. Parked right outside the hotel just to load up. I had 2 children already seated in the car and was stood in between the hotel and the right rear passenger seat. A woman called out to me right outside the hotel front door asking about some cigarettes that were on the floor. I dismissed her but she kept calling out to me and I think as I turned my head towards her someone must have swiped the rucksack from the car. With hindsight I think she had placed a packet of cigarettes on the floor as part of a scam. Not the hotel’s fault but just a warning to others to be vigilant. I knew Barcelona had a reputation for theft but didn’t expect it in this part which is a lot quieter.

|1.58km from city centerStayed here for 6 days with my daughter was not the best , booked twin room and paid extra for balcony we were told they had no twin rooms with balcony terrace left only doubles so complained and had to wait over an hour for room to be sorted no issues with room really lovely room and extremely comfortable and very clean. Not very safe if females alone the balcony is not private and anyone can climb over metal fencing due to only at low height . Picture added to this review of terrace/ balcony Rude staff on reception and did not really understand English which made it very difficult to explain, they were short and rude in their manner. Although the cleaning staff was very good with English and really lovely and always said hello . The pool is lovely although we could not use it has it had been taken over by a group of men play fighting in the pool and playing rap music very loud and smoking cannabis so not a nice place to sit and nobody from the hotel said anything to them. Some times the lift and corridors had really strong smell of cannabis which made you feel sick. We sat away from the pool on our own when a foreign looking male came up to my daughter touched her face and neck and said pretty girls, I was so shocked I couldn’t move and was horrified . I went to reception to ask to speak with the manager the male on reception was not understanding anything I said but managed to tell me no manager was there. So I tried to explain what had happened and he said did I want to speak with the man who did it !!!!! I was hoping the manager might do that but I told him to forget it and dealt with it the next day myself when the male was by the pool. Then after putting him straight about touching my daughter another male from the uk came up to me and said he had done the same to his girlfriend WOW. when is this hotel going to sort themselves out you can not have men in your hotel touching up the guests . If it had not been our last day I would of got the police involved but we were going next morning and could not wait. Worse hotel for service I have ever stayed in and will not stay in one of that brand ever again . Shocking service . Even on checkout no goodbye just blank expressions like you get all the time .

A Carrefour market was nearby so we could cook. The apartment was clean, well-kept, nicely furnished, and had a comfortable bed. It was close to L9 Sud Metro, and thus close to the airport. We practiced social distancing while walking west and north, finding bakeries, coffee, and the wonderful Pita Place still making lunches.

The room is lovely & modern! We got told 2pm was out check in time however they let us check in just before 12pm which was fab! walls are slightly thin however the hotel is a small hotel that only has around 46 rooms so it’s what you need to expect, this personally didn’t effected our experience.

|1.13km from city centerI loved this hotel so much. The rooms were so peaceful and pretty. I really loved that they were very different than any other hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The beautiful cut out lamps which created a beautiful light throughout the room and the gobo type lights in the bathroom and hallway that did the same. The flower shaped windows were very original. I stayed for 6 days and it was a very comfortable space. Nice shower and bath products. Beds were a little hard but linens and sheets were nice. Front desk staff was very friendly. I’d suggest better takeaway items at the lobby coffee bar for breakfast and suggest it opens earlier. I would have also loved if the restaurant opened slightly earlier for dinner. If in the area again of the convention center, will definitely stay again. Gracias!!

Just 1 mins walk from metro 'Fira' station, around €5 one way to city centre. 10mins walk to 'Fira Europa' station where there are frequent overnight buses N17, N18 €2.4 to Barcelona airport. Wifi only in lobby. In room wifi requires extra charge. We opened the room window and got some free wifi, worth a try but no guarantee though. No kettle, hairdryer, tea or coffee. Bathroom is a bit dated. Smoking smell in corridor and inside the room even it's non smoking room. Reception staff is very nice and service is good.

|1.77km from city centerI stayed here for two nights in January 2022 as part of a group tour and overall had a pretty awful experience. I faced the following problems at this hotel- 1- The bathroom is open without any door so basically everyone in the room can see you inside the bathroom. This is not an ideal situation for any travelers except couples. Moreover, it ensures that the water from the shower falls into the room and makes it wet. 2- The bed provides no comforter or blanket. So when you feel cold you have to unwrap a brown paper full length cover that does not give any protection at all from the cold. 3- When you switch on the hand shower, the head shower comes on automatically, that too with ice cold water! 4- There is a large counter behind the bed to place items but when you put something on it, you get a loud metallic shrieking noise. 5- Air conditioning in the corridor outside the rooms is set to freezing temperature. 6- Breakfast timings were supposed to be from 7 am to 10 am, but when we went at 8 30 am most of the food was over and nobody was taking an interest in refilling the food. The coffee machine was not working properly. 7- We could hear everything that occurred in adjacent rooms, because soundproofing was poor. 8- We were given two separate beds in spite of being a couple. 9- Finding out which switches operate which lights was very difficult. Moreover on the first day we requested a wake up call which never came! The few positive points are- 1- Close to Fira Metro Station on the Metro Line 9 (4 minute walk) 2- Close to Gran Vía 2 shopping mall (12 minute walk) 3- Friendly and polite staff Overall I think the hotel needs to make a lot of improvements!
