Moxy Hotel Matina is located directly at the yacht harbour. The hotel seems to be a new building, everytjing looks modern, stylish, warm and friendly, family like. I have tried contacting the hotel in advance via Bonvoy app (chat) but they did not discover my chat attempt for hours... The room 405 has sea view and a balcony but otherwise very very small and even the queen sized bed is just a standard double bed with 180cm !! Pillows too hard for a good sleep. In the tiny bathroom almost nothing to be found, soap from the wall and towels, but nothing else, no toothbrushes, shaver, body lotion and all the other stuff normally present in Marriott hotels. Simplicity as a design element can look nice, but not when it comes to room amenities. Toilet needs multiple flush attempts. TV is huge and has clear picture, CNN is on channel 2. No furniture to put your luggage into, everything has to be placed on the floor aroud the bed. I could only hang on the wall my jackets, otherwise lies everything else on the floor, therefore no space to walk. Not that good for a multi day stay, which I luckily don't have planned to do. Nice hotel lobby, nice bar on the 6.floor, great desogn. Friendly staff. Covid precautions taken, hotel follows protocols, at least they say to do so. Platinum Member recognition however is weak, and that is the main reason, why I only give 2 points. You get 500 points or a price reduction on the breakfast as welcome gift? Come on, why so poor, every other hotel I have ever stayed in, offers free breakfast at minimum ! Their room upgrade for Platinum is not conform with upgrade rules, they should have given their highest available room standard which was "Family room" type, 30 sqm in size, instead they gave me a tiny room as mentioned. I ckecked online the higher room type was still available, they just didn't want to give it away, in clear breach of the rules. I arrived at midnight and was too tired to put up a fight, but I believe that is not ok from the hotel. If I want, I can book the same room 20 or even 30% cheaper thru other booking channels, Bonvoy members pay always a higher price when booking thru Marriott, but they do that for a reason, they get additional value thru their membership, which was not given here ! I really wanted to give a better remark, but for me, Bonvoy Platinum memebership appreciation comes first, I pay for that, therefore a low score for this place.

This is an oasis of calm situated off the old Athens road, a busy and unattractive strip of highway. The Hotel is currently being extended and the cnstruction works are ongoing. Ninetheless, the hotel continues to operate with a degree of calm professionalism. I was there for a meeteing in the nearby university and did not se the facilities of the breakfast room. Nor is there a dining room on site. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The standard of cleanliness are exceptionally high. The rooms are suitable for self-accommodation, with a small kitchen included. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very well-appointed.Facilities are basic here, but of a good standard. Staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Location is fair - for journeys into Patras, a taxi is required.

We arrived at neArly midnight into port from Venice. A taxi driver tried to charge us €50 for the 3km journey but we showed him the map via google as a way to advise him we knew his game! In the end it only cost us €10 from port to hotel and this was negotiated BEFORE we got into the taxi. This hotel was lovely. Entry is across from the lively bar in the mall. The music is pumping but turns off at midnight (our room directly faced it). Room was nice, tidy and clean. We awoke early the next morning to grab a nice breakfast then headed back to our room. As we approached our door we heard super loud sex noises. Turns out our neighbours had breakfast plans of their own and it was one hell of an event! Five stars from all accounts! Word of warning - walls are very thin!!

The hotel gave us room number 14 very small, feeling that the upstairs would be more comfortable, there is a balcony to see the exquisite outside. Going to the town, there is a similar Chinese restaurant, beef and potato soup, grilled prawns, and fried squid rings are very delicious. Prices are twice as expensive as domestic prices

Impressive small hotel in a renovated classic building. Just resting on the bed observing the wonderful preserved ceiling of the room was a treat. The staff super helpful with Maria the receptionist being caring to every single detail. Excellent mattress strong consistent shower and a feeling of home away from home. Well done

The road from the South going into Patras was very busy. It was only a 2 lane road but everyone was driving it like a 4 lane highway. The City Loft Botique Hotel was on a very narrow street and I had to park on the sidewalk to unload our baggage. The lady at the front desk was very nice and spoke perfect English. She took us up to the very nice modern room and then gave us a map to their enclosed parking lot a few blocks away. She also gave us a city map and told us where to find restaurants. In the morning they served a very nice breakfast on an outside patio.

I spent 10 pleasant days at the establishment. The rooms might look a little dated but the service and food more than make up for it. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and always there to answer any question or the help you with anything you need. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The beach is only a couple of feet away so right after breakfast you can jump into the ocean. I would spend the entire day with the family by the sea and eat all three meals at their establishment. The prices were fantastic and the quality of the food was great. I recommend their xoriatiki salade, their souvlaki, the gyro pita meal, pizza. I also recommend their meal of the day which is made from locally grown produce. I have nothing but good theings to say about my stay at Tzaki and look forward to my return in 2021.

The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, the situation in front of the church was very good, when we arrived, we called us and explained the location of the keys, although because our English is not very good, it cost us a little money, overall All is well, jam, coffee details, sugar... great

The location is good, just by the sea, you can see the sea view, you can walk to the beach in a few steps, but the feeling of this seaside is average. The hotel's parking lot is large and good for self-driving friends. Breakfast is very good, continental, and there are basic ones. There is no kettle for boiling water in the room.

The hotel staff had a good sense of humor and made us feel welcome. We arrived by overnight ferry and stayed a couple of nights. The hotel was clean, had a small lift, room had a great balcony and air conditioning was good. Decor just a bit tired, but it was very nice. Could roll our bags downhill about a block to the bus terminal to Athens. Great restaurant near the train station!

The location is great, the sea view room faces the sea, the balcony view is good, and you can see the cross-sea bridge. The room is slightly smaller, but it is very simple, the price is moderate, and the price is good. Recommended!
