i had booked suit room with bathtub. room was spacious but lacks ventilation and maintainance. Curtains had a very mouldy smell. it was not at all worth spending on room with bathtub as the tub was unclean. There was no hot water supply. when asked about the same they sent a plumber in to check, after which hot water ran for about 5 minutes and later the tub was filled with cold water. so no one could enjoy a hot tub bath. The spa facility starts late. So any1 wants to use the spa in the morning b4 checkout you cant do that. The breakfast spread had variety but the poha was too dry, misal was saltless, idli were too dry and hard, there was no bread toaster available.
the most shocking part for me was that they charged a single medium sized slice of rava fried king fish 600 rs. Once can get a 1 kg kind fish at d same rate or eat whole king fish thali at a good restaurant at that cos. and the king fish they served was not even fresh.
so overall i would not recommend a suit room booking to anybody. A normal room is worth spending on here and do not order fish from them.From€60

Location of the property is very convenient i. E. Within the market area & close to the ganpati pule temple. Though oj the main road, it is quiet inside the premises. However, needs an improved maintenance. The flush cover was broken due to which it had to lifted to do the job. Also, the mirror in my room was in the darkest corner with no light source near it. Cupboard was not dusted properly. The in-house restaurant seemed sparsely used, hence not cared for. However, their restaurant on the facing the main road had good food and was customer friendly. The staff was trained and helpful. With a little more maintenance, it can become a top rated hotel.From€29

I stayed in center point residency on trip to ganpatipulem on 27th which was booked thr mmt. Hotel is situated away from temple and other city. Rates are very exorbitant compared with quality of room. Tv not working. Ac was good. Hotel lobby is open to road and is unsafe during night that any stranger or stray dogs can enter the lobby only food items are available on order. Limited parking.From€95
