Kitchen and bathroom recently renovated.Renting a car is not necessary due to the central location of Villa Renaissance, however, some visitors like to rent a car in order to explore other areas of the island. The 16 foot sliding glass doors separate the open plan living, dining, and kitchen area from the large balcony. The balcony is equipped with table and chairs and chaise lounges. Enjoy dining outside, read and relax on the chaise lounges or sip a glass of wine while listening to the gentle lap of the waves rolling in. It is the perfect place to relax.The well equipped gourmet kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops with a composite granite sink and custom made cabinets. Everything is in place for you to prepare a snack or a gourmet meal.There are Italian marble tiles throughout, quartz countertops, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and safe.The large master bedroom contains a king sized bed with luxury linens, his and her closets, black out drapes, and overlooks the pool. Drink your coffee and witness the sunrise from the comfort of our teak outdoor furniture.The master bedroom has a king-sized platform bed with en suite bathroom and tub.
