I went to Dallas a lot a few years ago. When I came back after the epidemic, I found that Dallas is indeed one of the rare cities in the United States that is constantly improving and becoming more modern. The hotel is an apartment hotel owned by Marriott. It has a kitchen and shares the front desk with the courtyard hotel next door. It is next to a Hilton. Although it is a different brand, it seems that the actual owners are the same. The hotel is cleaned at the request of the guests, which is exactly what I want. The gym equipment is a bit old, but there are few people exercising, so it’s enough for your own use😁. The breakfast is just the usual American style. What is a bit surprising is that there is always fresh-cut fruit. The only problem I encountered was that the five washing machines broke down at the same time. The front desk suggested that I go to the Hilton to wash them, but they didn't charge me for the washing powder. Tip: Hilton has complementary freshly ground coffee. Grand Hyatt Hotel has a great location! It is located above the security entrance of Terminal D. After breakfast, you can go downstairs and directly check in your luggage and go through security.
Breakfast is a menu and you can order it. French toast is very good. If you order fruit, there are rich varieties and large quantities.
The Texas Angus steak for dinner is very good.
The gym is on the top floor. Unfortunately, the treadmill is in the middle, and only the bicycle and climbing machine are by the window. The outdoor swimming pool is hot water.
The room is nothing to say. It is much better than the Excelle, which is a little further away from the airport, and Hilton and other hotels in the city. After all, the price is there.
The aunt at the front desk is very enthusiastic. She helped us check in very quickly and gave each person two bottles of water. As well as slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb and other toiletries. It is to understand that people who transfer again are in a hurry and very tired.FromBHD 146

Variety of breakfast is better than surrounding hotels. Need to request late night shuttle service because it ends at 22:30, though DFW works very late in its flight schedule.
My kid, by the way, enjoyed the stay, but he left his toy mascot formed otter. If someone at the hotel catch it me it is very much appreciated. (It isn't a fault of the hotel.)FromBHD 62

The room was large and clean, with a microwave and a small refrigerator. The location is also very good, with a large shopping mall next to it, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel breakfast was quite satisfactory, and hot water was even provided. Front desk aren’t very friendly and helpful! Room air conditioner is like a tractor! It was so noisy (automatic) and everytime it runs you will wake up of the noise.
Overall location was good very close to airport and with mall to walk around! Gladly I stayed only overnight.FromBHD 52

This hotel was a refreshing visit. The staff was friendly and helpful, everyone had a smile on their face. The room Is clean and the bed is super comfortable. The bathroom has an adjustable showerhead with nice power and hot water. This was quite the surprise to stay here.

The customer service from the staff is excellent. The outlet at the back is very good value for Japanese people, especially for outdoor brands, so be sure to check it out.

I went to Dallas a lot a few years ago. When I came back after the epidemic, I found that Dallas is indeed one of the rare cities in the United States that is constantly improving and becoming more modern. The hotel is an apartment hotel owned by Marriott. It has a kitchen and shares the front desk with the courtyard hotel next door. It is next to a Hilton. Although it is a different brand, it seems that the actual owners are the same. The hotel is cleaned at the request of the guests, which is exactly what I want. The gym equipment is a bit old, but there are few people exercising, so it’s enough for your own use😁. The breakfast is just the usual American style. What is a bit surprising is that there is always fresh-cut fruit. The only problem I encountered was that the five washing machines broke down at the same time. The front desk suggested that I go to the Hilton to wash them, but they didn't charge me for the washing powder. Tip: Hilton has complementary freshly ground coffee. Overall, a very satisfying experience. recommend

Proximity to airport, good breakfast and excellent transportation service. Great staff from Manager Rhonda to drivers and cleaning staff, they make you feel they appreciated your patronage. Good restaurants nearby, suggest Saltgrass Grill, Boomer Sports Bar & Olive Garden. All within walking distance. Driver will take you to n from airport, Grapevine Mills and Historic Town for free. Tips for driver to/from airport appreciated but not compulsory. Rooms are spacious. Highly recommended.
