I was deeply disappointed with my stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. For a hotel charging over $200 per night, their refusal to provide a simple bottle of water or make a paper copy was shocking and unacceptable. I went to Dallas a lot a few years ago. When I came back after the epidemic, I found that Dallas is indeed one of the rare cities in the United States that is constantly improving and becoming more modern. The hotel is an apartment hotel owned by Marriott. It has a kitchen and shares the front desk with the courtyard hotel next door. It is next to a Hilton. Although it is a different brand, it seems that the actual owners are the same. The hotel is cleaned at the request of the guests, which is exactly what I want. The gym equipment is a bit old, but there are few people exercising, so it’s enough for your own use😁. The breakfast is just the usual American style. What is a bit surprising is that there is always fresh-cut fruit. The only problem I encountered was that the five washing machines broke down at the same time. The front desk suggested that I go to the Hilton to wash them, but they didn't charge me for the washing powder. Tip: Hilton has complementary freshly ground coffee. Grand Hyatt Hotel has a great location! It is located above the security entrance of Terminal D. After breakfast, you can go downstairs and directly check in your luggage and go through security.
Breakfast is a menu and you can order it. French toast is very good. If you order fruit, there are rich varieties and large quantities.
The Texas Angus steak for dinner is very good.
The gym is on the top floor. Unfortunately, the treadmill is in the middle, and only the bicycle and climbing machine are by the window. The outdoor swimming pool is hot water.
The room is nothing to say. It is much better than the Excelle, which is a little further away from the airport, and Hilton and other hotels in the city. After all, the price is there.
The aunt at the front desk is very enthusiastic. She helped us check in very quickly and gave each person two bottles of water. As well as slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb and other toiletries. It is to understand that people who transfer again are in a hurry and very tired.FromIDR 5,329,170

Had an amazing visit…the king suite with balcony was perfect! So very spacious with the full bathroom off the bedroom and half bath in the living area. Quick check-in process with the friendly staff and the evening reception was really good as well. Breakfast was delicious…the made-to-order eggs (omelets) were the best! Grand Hyatt Hotel has a great location! It is located above the security entrance of Terminal D. After breakfast, you can go downstairs and directly check in your luggage and go through security.
Breakfast is a menu and you can order it. French toast is very good. If you order fruit, there are rich varieties and large quantities.
The Texas Angus steak for dinner is very good.
The gym is on the top floor. Unfortunately, the treadmill is in the middle, and only the bicycle and climbing machine are by the window. The outdoor swimming pool is hot water.
The room is nothing to say. It is much better than the Excelle, which is a little further away from the airport, and Hilton and other hotels in the city. After all, the price is there.

I was deeply disappointed with my stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. For a hotel charging over $200 per night, their refusal to provide a simple bottle of water or make a paper copy was shocking and unacceptable. Front desk aren’t very friendly and helpful! Room air conditioner is like a tractor! It was so noisy (automatic) and everytime it runs you will wake up of the noise.
Overall location was good very close to airport and with mall to walk around! Gladly I stayed only overnight.FromIDR 2,086,454
