However, basic facilities for toiletries were missing whatsoever were supposed to be available on de***d. On asking for the same, the attendant and receptionist/in-charge says ”guests in all three rooms are from the same family, so you can share available toiletries”. Such unprofessional and ridiculous attitude was surely out of my expectation and very much shocking.
Next morning, waiting time for payment of dinner bill was also as awful as their behaviour. No one was available in the reception desk and no support service to attend guests.FromMXN551

Restaurant coffee machines had some problem on the evening on 13 May and staff said they can’t serve coffee.
On 14 morning I went for breakfast and expected nice espresso coffee at breakfast but staff approached to me and told me that same things as 13 evening that machines still can’t work.
How come you run a hotel and machine is not fixed in 14 hours ?

The amount they charged was not worth it, as the room quality was very average. I have listed a few things which they need to improve. 1. There was a cockroach in the bathroom
2. The fridge provided in the room was very old with a bad odor. 3. Limited toiletry item in the room

I am from Suriname, South America. Had an amazing experience at Ganga Lahiri. We were welcomed in a typical Indian style. And guided by a Pundit for evening Ganga Aarti. The rooms are huge with sufficient storage space & authentic ancient touch. Very clean. Breakfast is included & excellent. Live music during dinner time. Very good vibes. Will definitely recommend it to others.

It is still manageable there is no basic facility for drivers to even bath with hot warm water. Drivers are also humans, but you have below average facilities for them. At-least provide them hot water in winters to bath.
