Has built even extra morning breakfast buffet completely for us, yet we were the only two guests. Everything in all very warm and recommendable. As we have seen, they will be renovated in the near future.

|0.81km from city centerWhen we wanted to check in at Hotel Wali yesterday, the water damage in the EC immediately irritated us. Our rooms were really in a desolate state. Scrapped furniture, loose cable that hang out of the wall. Shampoo in the shower, polluted heat bodies and defected light switches. It was so bad for us that we went back to the reception right away with our baggage. Your cancellation was immediately accepted and the above problems were put on the cleaning forces, which was absolutely uncomprehensible for us. This kind of hotel should not be offered anymore. There should never be any more!!!!!!

The front desk brother is very polite and enthusiastic, the room is newly renovated, clean and tidy. The underground parking lot located below the hotel is operated by a third party and the parking fee is 12 euros/night, which is a bit unexpected.

|1.12km from city centerOk, the night is really cheap and the hotel is right at the main railway station - there should be the expectation as appropriate. Rooms were OK - small but clean, not superfluous snack, just a night option. The price is really very good for a city centre location. The hotel has a free parking for guests, not very large, but nevertheless. Breakfast I didn't try. You are at the main train station in a few minutes walk and from there you are also fast in the city centre. The check-in machine has not worked. Since the reception is not always occupied at weekend, the hotline has to run. Fortunately, the staff was accessible and arrived after a few minutes and made the check-in in the oldest way. Such a machine is an excellent idea in itself if the reception is not occupied - but it should also work reliably. Unfortunately, a tube had appeared to have dropped in the bathroom, thus it smelled badly in the room. After all the outflows have been washed, it has been done. This could also be done proactively...

|0.64km from city centerI came for business and stayed one night. It is a simple and straight forward hotel, good to have a rest, nothing more nothing less and they do not advertise different. Checkin was quick and easy. The room was small yet functional. There is nothing else but sleeping in this place and that is what they advertise. Other hotels in Bielefeld advertise different but are old and run down; this is quite honestly the best alternative to anything you can find in the city. Staff is ”straight forward”; which in my terms means they are not particularly polite or nice, but also not impolite but rather efficient. That is in my opinion absolutely ok for this level of Hotel and I would not expect more. Breakfast is very good. I would come back.

We had rented 6 rooms (1 x 2 persoons/5 x 1 persons) for a stock exchange visit. We were on the street side where you're unfortunately sounding a little traffic but other rooms on the other side of the building had not this problem. Staff were more than friendly, we felt all at home. The food (both dinner and breakfast) was nice and extensive. Unfortunately we could only stay for one night. next year again!

|1.05km from city centerThe Boardinghouse is near the train station and yet the rooms are quiet. We had a penthouse room in the 4th OG (without a seat). Very clean, with kitchen and a great balcony. A Lidl right in front of the door. Super for self-service! We had a problem with the TV, the boss came immediately and has tried everything to satisfy us. And that on Saturday night!! Thank you. A restaurant is in construction. We can only recommend this accommodation!

Clean and tidy rooms with nice bathrooms. Fast uncomplicated check-in. Let me start with this, I did not want to leave home. 3 weeks is a long time away from home! I had to for work. Business travel. However, Staying at the LÉGÈRE EXPRESS in downtown (mitte) Bielefeld was amazing and really helped make my trip unforgettable. Everything was very clean, the view was so beautiful, and I was pretty happy with the quality of food that was served for breakfast. (Much lighter than the heavy American breakfast I'm used to) Lobby personel kept an eye on everything and made me feel secure, no weirdos or strangers walking around inside and the parking lot is very secure. I would have to say most importantly was the staff. The staff was just so nice I felt as if they went above and beyond the line of duty to help you. Truly to make you feel like at home. I'd like to give a shout out to Henk! Hank helped me improve my German very quickly, taught my co-workers and I about local culture, best places to eat, best beer and just oveall made us feel... not so far from home, (if that makes any sense). All while running a tight ship. A true Hospitality professional! I would also like to bring attention to one of the hostesses, Alialexandra (Im so sorry if I spelled that wrong). She is very perceptive and is very fast to help. I feel as if she also is a true Hospitality professional. Literally, my only complaint about this place is the selection of beer that they keep in the kiosk. Thanks for everything LÉGÈRE EXPRESS! 5 stars!

|0.45km from city centerBooked via booking. Parking is not provided. The nearest underground is 500m. The check-in system via the machine at the entrance didn't work. It spent a lot of time. Then the hotel guests said it was a normal story, and that you should call the hotel representative. Resepshn only until 15.00. After our call we began to give advice how to use the machine, but the machine didn't work. We were promised that the hotel will come in 5 minutes. Waited 15 minutes. Then he opened the machine and took out a card for settlement to the room. After us the same difficulties were with other guests. The room is very compact and hot. The window in the yard/to the wall 20 cm/.There is no air conditioner. Awful noise from the ventilation mechanism of the neighboring building 24 hours a day. The night was sleepless. The request for a change of room was refused.We were forced to stay for the second night, as the room was paid in advance. Well, the small things. There was no toilet paper/taken in the general toilet/, broken lamp in the bed/ after the recepshchn was repaired/, the coffee machine is common, not in the room, the pillows ...... nowhere have met such small.

|3.52km from city centerThe first impression when entering the building is exciting. From an old shell a very nice hotel with restaurant was slept. The rooms are beautifully equipped and even have a small coffee machine. The staff was incredibly fast, which did not disturb me until then. Since the adjacent restaurant left a very nice impression my colleague and I decided to eat here. The first look at the map was high price, so we looked forward to the food. At temperature on this day umblies 34c I chose to make a short shirt and a clean shirt. But I get feeling I'm missing with my outfit on the place. When selecting the court I chose to choose a meat court for € 28 (there is no favourable court) and there was served the disappointment. I have to get up again hungry because the plate was very visible, for a 0.25 beer the bill required 3.€. Our service was also visiblely annoyed and could not produce a smile. A plump answer to the question about food. For breakfast I had a high expectation, but this was unfortunately only met by a beautiful spot. The coffee was cold the cooked egg was unsupplied, and even here the lady in service had not the right desire to serve us, although we were now sitting on the table in business clothes ..... My summary for this stay: Apparently, I was assessed and treated on my own. Eating is certainly good but pricely overpriced, service is deficient. I will be more friendly to host/serve in hostels. I only give the two stars because rooms were really beautiful and well sleeped,but certainly for the last time.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist abends schlecht, man muss auf den angrenzenden Burger-Laden ausweichen. Das Zimmer ist klein, sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Internet ist gut. Die Fenster sind dicht, so dass man von der Strasse nicht viel mitbekommt. Für die Kategorie ist alles soweit OK, eher ein Hotel für Monteure und Handwerker; aussen könnte es etwas sauberer sein. Der Check-Out war problemlos, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke!

Shortage of Fruit Juices. Booked in Combination with a 3 Course Menu. When we wanted to order extra drinks, the Floor Manager rudely told us that it could not be added to the room bill. The Hotel has a Front on the Road side and Rooms at the rear. On the front side it is hardly possible to sleep with an open window. This is due to noise pollution. It regularly looks like a circuit, Germans love noisy cars and motorcycles. For a room at the quieter rear, the hotel dares to charge a significant surcharge,
