The location is excellent, very close to Promenade des Anglais, and a 5-6 minute walk to Nice Beach. There's an induction cooker and microwave, and other cookware and tableware are also provided. A bowl of hot noodle soup in the morning is enough to soothe a Chinese stomach after eating white food every day. Remember to bring your own condiments. Check-in and check-out are completely self-service; I didn't see a single staff member during my three nights. There are free umbrellas, beach mats, and beach towels available for rent in the hallway, which is very convenient. There's nothing more authentic than taking your own gear and enjoying Nice Beach.

1. The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. 2. Although it's a bit far from Nice train station, the hotel is very conveniently located. It's about a 15-minute walk to Nice train station. 3. The room was perfect for two people; it was spacious, had a full-length mirror, a large hairdryer, and plenty of kitchen equipment! Very convenient. 4. The hotel was very reasonably priced. Very satisfied and highly recommended! 🤩

Fantastic hotel with great location. Rooms were lovely with a terrace. Lovely touch at night with a turndown service. Chocolate and gold eye masks. Spa and rooftop pool were great especially after a long day sightseeing. Rooms cleaned to perfection and all fresh towels and bedding. Staff were fantastic especially Samantha who checked us in. She was friendly and gave plenty of recommendations for eating and heading out on day trips. She also brought balloons and welcome champagne as it was a special trip with a lovely card from the hotel staff. She was amazing and is a credit to the hotel. Location 7mins to the beach and 7mins to the train station. Perfect for exploring the coast. Will be returning to the hotel in the near future. Thank you for a special stay.

It feels like the hotel is still stuck in the last century. It is very classical and beautiful. The clothes of the staff inside are all very classic. The interior palace-style room was originally prepared for us, but we wanted a sea view, so they changed it for us. It was pretty good.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation that makes getting around a breeze. The breakfast quality is decent, and the dining environment on the sixth floor of the hotel is quite pleasant. Checking in around 10 AM didn't go smoothly; they gave us a substandard room in the afternoon at 3 PM. After repeated negotiations, we paid extra to upgrade. There were quite a few Chinese guests staying there, but the hotel didn't have any Chinese-speaking staff. This is in contrast to international hotels in China, where most front desk staff can provide English service. I suggest that Trip.com encourages them to improve their service. We are paying customers and deserve appropriate service.

Firstly, I'm rating all my recent hotels together, so I've completely lost faith in Ctrip's hotel rankings. I'll mention other hotels later, but this one truly deserves its title as the number one in Nice. After rejecting numerous beachfront hotels, I booked a room with a large arched terrace. Beautiful sunset, a bottle of Grand Cru white wine, a comfortable balcony sofa, chatting with my daughter – it was unbeatable! However, in these room photos, there are actually three suites with sizes around 55-75 sq m or even larger. I think this one is definitely the best, but on the day of check-in, we were given a terrace room with a significantly different view and no sunset. The room itself wasn't particularly special either. Even though it was the off-season, the hotel gave us our dream room at 5 pm on the first day. So, you need to confirm before and after booking. Staying here was perfect for Nice. Picture one is the balcony from the first day; it might be comfortable in summer with the grapevines providing shade, but it's not very useful. Picture two is the one I highly recommend; the balcony is connected to the room. Furthermore, as a hotel enthusiast who appreciates various unique and luxurious hotels, most of the hotel staff were incredibly attentive.

There's no private beach, but there are beach clubs directly opposite, which you should try to book in advance, especially on weekends. The breakfast is good. The promenade is fantastic for walks, and the sea is incredibly beautiful and clear.

The room was pretty basic. They don't clean it daily, and you have to pay extra for cleaning. It's really just a very average budget hotel. There weren't many power outlets, and the room felt a bit damp. The only good thing is the location – it's close to a Carrefour supermarket and the train station, making it convenient for getting around. There's a water dispenser on the first floor, but you have to go downstairs to get water. They also charge for luggage storage after check-out.

Overall, I was satisfied, but I kept hearing a 'ding-dong' knocking sound, which I didn't experience on the 6th floor a few days ago. I'm on the 4th floor now, so maybe they're doing some maintenance. Also, a 100 Euro deposit is required for every stay, even though the full payment has already been made. This seems a bit unreasonable; even the famous Swiss hotels only charge a 1 Euro deposit. Hmm.

The check-in service was excellent. The front desk had lemon water and cucumber water available for guests to quench their thirst, and they even provided sunscreen 🧴 for use when heading out. The breakfast was also good, offering great value for money. This is the first hotel I've stayed at that's offered sunscreen to guests, and Nice is starting to heat up! The azure sea is truly beautiful 😍!

It's within walking distance to Castle Hill, the beach, the old town, the square, the flower market, and the food street. The room size is moderate, and the breakfast is simple but good, featuring smoked salmon. The service attitude is excellent. However, water wasn't provided daily. I was lucky enough to see the drone fireworks show for the World Ocean Conference, and Nice's beaches were packed with people.

Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready. First, they said the air conditioning wasn't working and offered us a room without AC. We declined. Then they suggested we wait 10 minutes for the AC to be fixed. After that, it turned out the room hadn't been cleaned. They offered a bar voucher, and we waited another 30 minutes. Once we finally got into a room, it was half the size of the one we booked. The strangest thing was the woman at the front desk asking why we needed a room for three people if there were only two of us. We are very disappointed with this treatment of guests.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and many of Nice's main attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. The hotel itself was comfortable and well maintained. While it wasn't luxurious, it was clean enough, and the room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in and my overall stay straightforward. I also noticed the hotel has a rooftop bar, which looked like a nice feature, although I didn't get the chance to visit it during my stay. Overall, I had a very good experience and would happily stay here again.
