Hotel services are very good ,but Im not satisfied to their refund process because I booked it for 7 night 27 sep 21 to 4 Oct 2021 ,I did pre checkout from hotel on 30/sep/2021 , As per booking rate in euro ,I booked with rate 69/night , for 7 night, according to pre checkout ,I needed refund money of rest 4 nights ( from 1 oct 21 to 4 Oct 2021) ,but I recieved only 59 euro and in Rs 5,021. This make me very disappointed. I totally unhappy to this act of refund ..

Fantastic hotel with so many amazing touches. I loved the staff, the location, and the decor. The breakfast was the best I have ever had with a hotel package. The service was second to none. When we arrived, they had a vintage radio playing in the room. What a cozy touch! The room was comfortable and fantastic. So happy with our stay.

The hotel is located in the city center. The restaurant below the same building is great. The food is also very good. We live in a suite but first the window is on the side of the road. The car is very noisy. In addition, the room is CONNECTING ROOM The door is not soundproof. The small sound of the room next to it is passed, and the door is not soundproof!

The hotel service is very good. I booked a day trip to the Cliffs of Moher and recommended an indoor walking tour route. The hotel rooms are large and comfortable, the location is very good, right in the city center, very convenient for shopping or traveling

The Clayton was conveniently located so we could easily walk into the city center. The parking ramp was very near and, of course, the parking was included. The beds were comfortable and we had a room with 2 singles and a double. It was perfect for our needs. We had a beautiful view of the sunrise over the river in the morning. We had dinner in the restaurant the first night. The food was fine and the servers were friendly.

酒店的專屬停車位是在河邊的一個停車場裏 入住之前完全沒有指示，我們開車繞了很久，才發現酒店的門在步行街上。最終是臨時找了一個路邊停車位，拖着箱子走過去的。 這點非常不好。 但是前台特別特別熱情！給我們講了很多！ 第二天的早餐也很贊。 房間小而精但是乾淨，安靜，該有的都有。英國這個地方，物價還是太高了。

The Absolute Hotel truely lives up to its name. From the welcoming receptionists to our elegant spacious room, it was Absolutely Amazing. Our room on the top floor with a balcony was overlooking the Abbey river, which was breathtaking in the morning foggy dew. The location is just perfect. Walking distance to the city center and all Limericks sight seening highlights. Free parking. Will definally come again.

Great hotel for a group of friends, had triple & twin room, very spacious. Lunch in the bar was very nice. The only negative is the stairwell to bedrooms very poorly signposted, and the lift can be slow

We felt this establishment was poor value for money from the size of room and amenities' point of view compared to other hotels in tourist locations in other cities. The room was nearly entirely taken up by the bed. The lift only went to the first floor, a potential challenge for guests who are elderly or infirm. No guest parking, no spa facilities which we had in other hotels for the same cost. On the plus side, staff were efficient and courteous. We will not be back.

The hotel was in a great location, but the service was poor. We called and asked for early check-in. When we called back on the day to confirm, they didn't answer the phone. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk said the rooms were not ready and to come back at 3 pm. When we came back at 3 p.m., he tried to tell us that the rooms were still not ready and that check-in time was from 3pm it didn't have to be 3 pm. We told him that wasn't correct and complained and he managed to magically find us our rooms.
