Big shoutout to our personal concierge, Kelly – she was incredibly attentive and professional throughout our stay. From guiding us through check-in to promptly addressing all our requests, she took care of every little detail, making our trip truly worry-free and heartwarming. The hotel breakfast completely exceeded our expectations. The variety was amazing, with so many options we didn't know what to choose! They had everything from Sichuan specialties and Western dishes to fresh fruit and freshly ground coffee. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted great – we had a incredibly satisfying breakfast every morning. The Executive Lounge also delivered on quality, whether it was the afternoon tea snacks or the evening meals. With a diverse selection of cold cuts, hot dishes, and desserts, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and the ambiance was absolutely fantastic!

Staying at this hotel reminds me that someplaces away from home can become home. The attention and hospitality of Upper House is the kindest and warmest that I have experienced. The staff is always warm and friendly, you have your own concierge to help you with small errands or unique asks, it makes the experience feel truly crafted! Cassidy ” sleepy potato” an intern for this gem of a hotel absolutely deserves a position and a promotion for her knowledge and warmth. Her joy and kindness alone makes we want to return soon, just to feel that Upper House warmth once more. From a hot bath to a cool shower I was adorned in the indulgence of relaxation and pure tranquility earned after long walks and sore feet. The blend of Traditional Chinese history and Mondern architecture, is a feast for the eyes as a former designer!

Booked this hotel because the only hotel have personal hot spring. When check in the staff informed us that they unable to give us the room as need 1 day to prepared the hot spring water. End up we have no choice but to take the normal room which very disappointed as normal room doesn’t have personal hot spring. If we have been informed earlier I would not pick this hotel at all pay 5 star price for this kind of hotel with no hot spring water. Their service is 1 star despite 5 star hotel. The management need to improve the service else there will not have returned customers. Not really cater for those disabled and with kids stroller as you have to push them up which is quite tiring. Some part need to carry up via the staircase.

The environment is pleasant, with a mystical and ethereal ambiance, and the hot springs are great. I didn't try the spring moss dishes; the menu didn't really entice me. Some of the facilities are decent, while others are questionable. The room had central air conditioning, a standing air conditioner, and a radiator. While heating was guaranteed and thoughtful, none of them actually kept the room warm. Considering this is a Six Senses property with prices similar to Songtsam, the service falls far short in comparison. Although Relais & Châteaux isn't solely known for its hotels, the restaurant was too casual, too cold, and the food was just so-so. It's surprising that there's no designated smoking area in the public spaces, which seems unrelated to their brand philosophy. Overall, the environment is good, but the service team is lacking, leading to a subpar overall experience. It could have been much better.

The hotel's location is really convenient for visiting Mount Qingcheng and Jiezi Ancient Town. The ambiance is fantastic, especially when the mountain is shrouded in mist – it truly feels like a fairyland. All the staff are excellent, very genuine and warm, interacting with guests in a wonderfully appropriate and friendly manner. The Chinese restaurant and concierge desk, in particular, stood out. The hotel's design, especially the landscaping and architecture, beautifully complements the mountain's topography, vegetation, and cultural geography, utilizing local materials. However, perhaps precisely because of this natural, 'raw' aesthetic, the exterior of the rooms and some facilities seem to be in need of renovation and updating. The investors really should allocate some budget for this!

Our room type came with a private hot spring bath, and after a tiring day of sightseeing, it was incredibly relaxing to come back and soak in it. The villa was elegantly designed and even featured a mahjong table, which was a huge plus! The beautifully arranged greenery in our private courtyard was a delight to the eyes, and the entire hotel grounds were lush with dense, beautiful plants. My friend and I kept remarking on the lovely osmanthus scent; it was incredibly fragrant as we walked around. A Hanfu photography studio partners with the hotel and is conveniently located on-site. They even offered three complimentary photos, which added a fun and unique element to our trip. The absolute highlight was our butler, Leo. He was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, had an excellent attitude and personality, and was exceptional at resolving any issues. I can't recommend him enough!

I had heard good things, but experiencing the service firsthand still left me amazed. It's truly excellent. We were guided to our room, and a butler even came to give us an introduction to the room. We arrived very late, and the chef had already left for the night. Yet, the butler sister still brought us their homemade roasted chicken! On Christmas Eve, the night we checked in, they even gave us apples! The hotel also provides vouchers for some nearby restaurants, and you can enjoy discounts by showing your room card. Most importantly, we had to leave early the next day and would miss breakfast. The butler thoughtfully prepared a 'breakfast on the go' for us – a huge bag! 🥹 When I mentioned I wanted to borrow a bag for some things, she immediately handed me a whole stack. Any questions I had were also answered very promptly. I hope to have the chance to stay here again next time!

The room was great! I have to give a special shout-out to the cleaning lady. She even tidied up again after turndown service, which was fantastic. The room was spotless! I hope the hotel sees this and gives her a bonus! I also want to commend Fairy. Her service as a butler at Niccolo Chengdu was a prime example of a luxury experience. From accurately understanding my needs before check-in and arranging a room that suited my preferences, to providing attentive guidance and a detailed explanation of the facilities upon arrival, her professionalism shone through in every detail.

The hotel boasts modern facilities. Upon entering the lobby, I was warmly greeted by a friendly staff member, and check-in was handled quickly and efficiently. The lobby design, room lighting, and bathroom decor all feel very contemporary and forward-thinking. The pillows and mattress on the bed were also high-quality and very comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory for the price. Suggestions for improvement: While the lobby service was friendly and enthusiastic, it lacked thoroughness. Staff should proactively inform guests about the hotel's amenities and how to best utilize them. Also, the elevator interiors were too dimly lit, and the button displays were not bright enough.
