A perfect choice for a family trip to Chengdu with kids, staying at Kuanzhai Yuntu felt like home. Bringing my kids and family to Chengdu to visit Wuhou Temple, Du Fu Thatched Cottage, Jinli, and Kuanzhai Alley, choosing the large three-bedroom suite at Kuanzhai Yuntu was arguably the best decision we made for this trip. The location is incredibly convenient: The B&B is practically right at the subway exit. It's just a couple of steps to get upstairs, so getting around for sightseeing was absolutely no problem. What's even more remarkable is that in such a convenient location, it also boasts a huge terrace. The moment we stepped in, all the fatigue from the day melted away, instantly separating us from the hustle and bustle outside. Since we checked in quite late, the butler provided continuous online service, from guiding us with directions to explaining how to use the facilities. They even prepared a generous snack pack, and crucially, all the items were from Sam's Club, which immediately showed their appreciation for a good life and a clean ingredient list – so important for those of us traveling with kids. This level of detail and thoughtfulness is truly rare. The room was spacious and felt warm and homey. After showering in the evening, our family snuggled up in the room to read picture books. There were many books available inside, and the warm yellow lighting created a particularly cozy atmosphere. A constant feeling of being well taken care of: The butler's attentiveness was consistent throughout. During the day, they kindly reminded us that it was going to rain and had umbrellas ready in advance. They also asked if we needed help booking attraction tickets and recommended nearby restaurants. They truly thought of every detail for us. Staying here felt just like being in a home in Chengdu – comfortable, thoughtful, and relaxing. For friends bringing their kids to Chengdu, you can't go wrong with this choice!

The room features warm natural wood textures paired with simple soft furnishings, and low-saturation colors create a tranquil and healing atmosphere. Every detail exudes Zen aesthetics, making every casual photo look like a high-quality shot. The entire space is spotless, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom is dry and odor-free, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. The one-on-one butler service is warm and attentive, sending location details in advance and responding to messages instantly throughout our stay, making check-in and check-out efficient and hassle-free. The guesthouse's location is exceptional, situated in the core business district of Chunxi Road / Taikoo Li. It's within walking distance to the subway station, offering easy access to all parts of the city. There's also a 24-hour convenience store downstairs for super easy replenishment anytime. The high-floor 270° floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic city views, perfectly blending the bustling city with peaceful tranquility.

The overall experience was excellent! The guesthouse was clean and tidy, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. It was easy to find and conveniently located for getting around and dining. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the staff were genuinely kind. The room facilities were complete, and the bed was soft and clean, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. It's incredibly good value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Stayed for two nights and overall it was very comfortable. The living room was spacious and bright, with wooden floors and large windows that made it feel so cozy. The sofa was soft and comfortable, even after sitting for a long time. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it convenient to cook our own meals. Everything was clean, the service was responsive, and the attention to detail was excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 🏡✨👏👏

The location of the apartment is excellent. The complex is right in the center of the IFS area, with the metro, shops, and main attractions nearby. The neighborhood itself is calm and feels safe. As for the apartment, overall it was okay. Communication with the manager was excellent and very smooth. However, when we checked in, there was still a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment. We also didn’t have proper towels, only some disposable ones, which was disappointing. The style of the apartment felt a little cold and not very cozy. There were also no dishes or cutlery, although this may be quite common for apartments in China. Overall, it’s a decent option mainly because of the great location and good communication with the manager, but the apartment itself could be improved in terms of comfort and basic amenities.

It was a great stay at the Fairy Tale Twin room. It was spacious, close to major shopping areas, train station. On a daily basis, we will also be asked if we'd like the room to be cleaned. Whenever we require any clarification, it was duly provided. If I were to ever come to Chengdu again, will definitely make a booking at Qian's Apartment again.

I had a wonderful time in Chengdu this trip, and the apartment I stayed in was spotlessly clean. I got a really good vibe as soon as I walked in. I just love this kind of simple, comfortable style – definitely not one of those overdone, trendy influencer spots. The soft furnishings in the apartment were great, and the toiletries provided were really good quality. The hairdryer had a powerful airflow, and all the disposable amenities were well-stocked. The host, seeing that we were from out of town and staying for a few days, asked if we wanted some travel tips. The food recommendations he gave were fantastic and saved us from any tourist traps in Chengdu. The host was incredibly nice, a really handsome young man, haha! 😀

Definitely a five-star review! This apartment is in a fantastic location, right next to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, making it incredibly convenient to get to all the city's attractions. We drove, so we didn't even need the subway. The apartment has a two-story design, with a bathroom on both floors, and all the beds are 1.8 meters wide. It was perfect for our family, providing both convenience and personal space. The concierge, a sweet young lady, was very attentive; we just had to send a message if we needed anything and it was delivered. We promptly extended our stay for another night, and they even cleaned the room daily!

Excellent location, right downstairs from Taikoo Li. The view from the window is also beautiful. It's convenient for dining, drinking, and getting around. The room is clean and tidy, and the in-room facilities are comprehensive. It's very quiet at night, perfect for a family trip. Highly recommended!
