A model of luxury hotel, located by the sea, the location is first-rate. The hotel can be rated as a six-star hotel, the room is big enough, there is a garden, you can lie down by the hotel pool to sunbathe, the service is superb, there is valet parking service, you don't have to stand and wait when checking in, if the full score is 100, I will give it 120 points! The breakfast is also very rich, impeccable!

The hotel service is very good, the swimming pool is great. The coastal trail is suitable for running, there are sea fishing experts along the way, and the beach is also great.

Beautiful hotel with great beachside location, the staff were fantastic, super helpful and friendly, but very professional. Nice pool and spa facilities. Room was very clean, with good facilities and a massive bed! Breakfast was really good, with if anything, too much choice. Can't really fault this hotel. Would recommend and definitely stay again on future trips.

If you like waiting this place is for you! Whilst most of the staff are friendly, there is a serious lack of urgency in their service. Whether it was checking-in, ordering drinks, or asking for a towel by the pool, you’d always have to wait. the hotel was amazing, I could not fault it, however Trip.com are complete and utter dishonest thieves that do everything to miss sell. We were charged for a room for 3 people, when we arrived at the hotel it was only booked for two people (despite the fact that they confirmed and charged me for 3 people).
Trip.com tried blamed me for booking the wrong room, I showed them the confirmation according to their own website and the confirmation sent to me stating 3 people. Then they said it was the hotels fault, again the hotel showed me the confirmation that they sent to the hotel, it Wass for two people.
The hotel fixed the problem the following day at no extra charge, while Trip.com proceed to deny doing anything wrong.
Long story short, they refused to refund me for the mistake, insisting it was my fault and the hotels fault. They are disgusting and are a bunch on criminals operating out of china and know they can't be touched. Scum FromKRW 409,706

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically the two girls on duty during my check-in at 9 PM. Despite my reservation, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a room, which turned out to be different from the one I booked. Despite informing them of our anniversary, the staff's response was unhelpful. The initial room's view was changed without acknowledgment, and the alternative offered was worse. Only after speaking to the manager ( it's worth noting that the manager I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and understanding) did we receive a better room, but it still wasn't the one we booked. One of the best hotels in the world in terms of service, facilities and food. La Mamounia is so rich in culture and heritage that there is a unique story in every part of the hotel. We visited the Royal Mansour and other 5 star establishments but nothing compares to the warmth and hospitality of the staff at this hotel. A truly remarkable experience and our only disappointment was the lack of time to further explore the various restaurants, cinema, activities area, ****** and wine cellar. Hotel is conveniently located near Marrakech city centre - the fact that we had a car helped. If you don’t have your own transportation then it is about 2/3 KM from the Jemaah El Fnaa. The hotel was nice and clean although it could do better with new corridor carpet and a lick of paint in the exterior. The service is good but could be better as the bathroom light did not get fixed and towel rail came off despite reporting to receptionist. 😀 a spacious hotel with a well-maintained internal area with trees, a swimming pool and sunbathing areas;

😀 a good breakfast with several types of freshly squeezed juices;
😀 in the dining room there is an excellent wood-burning fireplace, which creates coziness, gives a wonderful smell and warmth in the room on cool days;
😫 the hotel is located far from the main attractions of the city, walking to them from 40 minutes to 1 hour, if you are by car or on an excursion, then no problem;
😡 when checking in, they charged me double the amount of city tax, it was unfair, because I was alone, unfortunately, I did not immediately notice it, be careful so that they do not do the same to you;

A super comfortable hotel with very friendly employees who gave us good service and were attentive to everything. We also wanted to find out about various quad tours, camel tours, dinner shows and they took care of everything and above all at reasonable prices with charming people on each excursion. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Close to an ancient tomb that is more than 500 years old. There are many people visiting every day. This hotel can be said to be called Taoyuan in the city, but the surrounding environment is not very good. According to the waiter, the hotel started building a new building in 2002 and first bought a house, and later bought eight more. The owner, a Frenchman, renovated the nine houses as a whole and connected them together. The design is very elegant, reflecting the Moroccan national style. Every detail is very delicate and can be called a work of art. The three-story roof is covered with flowers and various layouts. Very novel. It feels extremely cozy.
The hotel's food and beverage varieties are relatively small and the taste is average, not as good as other nine points. The price is not cheap either.

After check-in, the socket in the room suddenly exploded, and the whole room was out of power!
Then I changed the room a little better.
Both rooms are not very clean!
In addition, at breakfast, after eating, sit and rest for a while! As a result, a fat waiter came over and said that if he finished eating, he went out to rest outside the restaurant and didn't use some polite language. Even the French beauty next to me heard me speak and asked why they wanted to do this to me! And then the French beauty let me sit!

Definitely a very very old heritage hotel with a lot of history! The hotel premises are stunning. The reception and lounge staff were so nice and helpful.
I do think, the hotel could do with a litte but of refurbishing especially for the rooms. But I cannot complain! Got the best deal, and had a really good time and the breakfast out in the garden under orange trees was like straight out of a movie! Loved it!!!

Regarding the room, a mixed start to my stay and a first evening, being very manic and looking at cleanliness, my first room was very dusty and poorly insulated, the next day, the reception team told me about it. changed rooms, much less dust but not up to my expectations, I think the rooms need a little more maintenance and refreshing.
Regarding the common areas, cleanliness is excellent and hydroalcoholic gel is available.
As for the gym and the swimming pool, great I have nothing to say, very well maintained.
The catering is correct too bad some of the hotel's restaurants are closed due to the Covid.
The agents at the reception, catering, SPA and swimming pool are attentive and are very responsive.
Too bad there is no possibility of transfer from the airport which is very nice when you land at 11:50 pm.
Finally, the stay went well despite some improvements to be made and a sense of detail to be developed.
