Good location, service? Even if the rooms are emptied and cleaned at 11, they do not give it until 15, They are unsympathetic in this regard, the toilet bowl in the bathroom is very old and black stained inside, Some lights are white like a hospital, some are yellow, some are messy, There are no sockets at the head of the bed, There is no socket in the bathroom No other possibilities than the rooftop pool

The hotel is beautifully located, you can walk straight into the center. We had rooms with a harbor view which was very good, the beds were fine, but the bathroom is outdated and was difficult with the shower in the bath. Breakfast was very good. Definitely will come back.

Kos Aktis Art Hotel is a reasonably priced hotel that provides an unparalled sea view and comfort with a really kind and helpful front desk staff like Sofia. Breakfast served in the open air dining room right by the edge of the sea is delectable with a variety of hot and cold options to choose from. And the hotel is within easy walking distance to all the major attractions like the old town as well as the ferry port. Stay at Kos Aktis was truly a pleasant experience.

Booked a standard graden room, turned out to be a catastrophe: fridge in the mini bar humming so loud one could barely sleep, road directly in front of the room with loud vehicles passing and uncomfortable bed) - slept less than 4hours first night. Then were given the option to move to another standard room which did not have a loud road but for whatever reason had same issue with the fridge. After complaining again were upgraded to better room which was nice (bed nevertheless not comfortable). Lost 2 out of 4 nights to terrible rooms. Overall cannot recommend hotel. If you want to stay make sure only to book higher categories - standard room is absolutely not acceptable - a shame for a supposedly 5* hotel. Other negative aspects: breakfast only okish, food and the restaurant very very mediocre at truly elevated prices & outrageous wine pricing (60€ retail wine sold for 370€..) with no decent drinkable cheaper wines On the positive sides: very nice beach, good service at the beach, nice/cool interior design.

The bed is comfortable, and if you book a room with a balcony, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of both the city and the sea. Rooms are clean with a strong shower, even on the fourth floor, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Staff were very friendly and resort was amazing. Staff organised a birthday cake with candles and a letter for my sister without being made previously aware of the birthday. We asked for dinner recommendations for her birthday and came back to find birthday cake and card. Great selection of food and restaurants with ample sunbeds around the pools and beach for tanning. We had a late flight so staff collected our luggage from rooms and stored safely, allowing us to continue using the resort facilities. Also able to shower and freshen up in the departures lounge before heading to the airport. Overall great experience, would definitely go back.

Best time of our lives :) The hotel is beautiful and the service is amazing, every staff member wants you to have a great experience. We had a room with a private pool, we also had the candlelight dinner in the hotel's restaurant, and the floating breakfast. We additinally oredered pool floats (a giant flamingo). If you want to really treat yourself I would reccomended ordering them, despite the extra cost. It was a great experience for us, we almost didn't go out of our room. The breakfast buffet was included in our reservation and was also great, high quality ingridients and cooking. The hotel's staff was very responsive and helped me plan the dinner reservations and extras i've ordered. Hope to come back again :)

It's the best choice for the cheapest price in kos island. Moreover, the hotel is closer to beach and in a quiet place to have rest ,the staffs are kind and friendly . The bad thing about the hotel is that there is no wifi connection in side the rooms. Finally I had fun there .

The hotel is basically a semi-basement and 0-storey room. The sea view terrace is semi-underground or directly on the street outside. The street is opposite the sea. The private beach has to be fully serviced. You can take the towel to the beach. The beach is facing the wind and waves in the northwest, the northeast is calm and the hotel is facing the northwest. The same price can be found in the northern coastal hotel of Kos, so the price is not high. The pool is very good, the photo is good, The interior furniture of the room is old. The quality of the meal is average, you can eat enough.
