Честно отель приятный. Очень играет человеческий фактор. Мы подошли на стойку регистрации в 13:45, а заселение с 14:00, нам сказали что не будут заселять, ещё нет 14:00… жена сказала, что пока мы будем документы заполнять будет не то что 14:00, а 14:30… милая девушка одарила нас улыбкой, начала сканировать паспорта и заполнять бланк заселения. 27 был день рождения, а с 28 по 30 решили отдохнуть. Номер шикарный, не без нюансов… В номере, с видом на горы и без балкона воистину шикарный вид с 5 этажа! На 6 этаже открытый бассейн, не большой но очень классно выглядит. Вернёмся к номеру: комплект полотенец как в 5 звёздах: два комплекта: для лица, для ног, для тела, банные халаты, набор щетки и пасты (сплат), тапочки маленькие одноразовые, прям жидкие очень, мыло, шампунь, гель для душа… кайфанул от того, что пол с подогревом, не только в ванной, но и в комнате, возле кровати, окна. Телевизор маленький, старая плазма, но есть. Не знаю плюс или минус, на потолке отсутствуют светильники. Совсем. Один настольный светильник под потолком при входе, ну и такие же по комнате: между зеркалом и телевизором, и по сторонам на прикованных тумбочках. Мебель массивная, качественная. Как новая, есть мини холодильник, шкаф, обувная сидушка и вешалка для верхней одежды. Парковка перед гостиницей, тоже огромный плюс. Теперь о том, что можно было бы улучшить: перетянуть подголовники кровати. И лучше тканью, это долговечнее. У прекрасного панорамного окна заменить ковёр. Не думаю что это дорого, можно даже обыграть это как-то в других цветах если такой же ковёр не найти. Проверить обои на целостность и приклеить если они отходят. Цена вопроса: банка ПВА на всю гостиницу. И впечатление и отношение уже совсем другое. Теперь немного о приключениях: подошел на ресепшен, спросить могут ли они погреть еду и предоставить дополнительную посуду (ко мне приходили друзья, семья) меня отправили в столовую к девочкам. В столовой девочки отзывчевые и помогли с разогреванием и посуду дали и приборы. Посидели покушали и пошли гулять. Семья друзей останавливалась в соседней гостинице напротив. У них только завтраки у нас же и завтраки и обед и ужин. Жаль но по их правилам нельзя брать еду с собой. Странно, не понятно ну ладно. Зато есть. На ресепшене спросили про ужин, нам сказали, чтобы попасть на ужин нужно заранее заказывать. Спросили а что будет на ужин, чтобы понять заказывать или нет, нам ответили: что повар приготовит. То есть сюрприз будет. Это тоже ооочень странно, ну ладно. Зато есть. Фотографии почему-то не подгружаются…

A great Oscar hotel. Come here for the second time and feel like we're coming home. Beautiful, clean, perfect location five minutes from the embankment. Breakfasts are very delicious and varied, according to the type of Swedish, no one will remain hungry) comfortable beds, bed linen white, change towels daily. Thanks for hospitality ❤️ We will definitely return, Helenzhik - the city of the soul. 🫶🫶

Очень близко к набережной. Красивый эстетичный холл, нарядный и помпезный отель, красивый лифт. В номере полотенца, халат, тапочки, чайник, чай/кофе/водичка, мыло и шампуни. Окно в пол. Сного света. Большая шведская линия: есть и закуски, и каша, и даже вторые блюда. Со стола все убирают молниеносно, обслуживание на высоком уровне. Но номер, ну, камон, ребят, ну это не 10 тыс за ночь. Очень маленький. Кровать, стол и 1 стул. Всё. В туалете коленки упираются в дверь. Вдвоём не умыться, места нет. Ни коврика, ни пуфика. Вид на дорогу, очень шумно. И балкончики вообще не ограждены друг от друга. Сидишь, пьёшь кофе и наслаждаешься видом соседа (а то и трёх, из каждого номера), пьющих свой кофе. Вешалки привязаны. Ребят, ну за 10 тыс номер, ну если и у тащат, ну купите новую вешалку. А мне с моим небольшим ростом оооочень неудобно было вешать и снимать одежду, вообще молчу про платье, которое на вешалку нужно надеть через горло. Его не повесить совсем. Фото не соответствуют: пол в номере - плитка, а не ковровое покрытие. Ну и у отеля совсем нет территории.
