In short, the low price is justified. I changed to a hotel near the airport mainly to catch a flight. The appearance and environment look good, but the room quality is not as good as that of Hanting. If you have requirements for hygiene, it is recommended not to consider it.

A huge appreciation as well to Joanne from the F&B team, whose impeccable service and cheerful personality enhanced every dining experience. She made each meal a pleasure, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. And of course, our sincere thanks to Chef Budi, whose culinary creations were absolutely divine. Each dish was a masterpiece – a perfect blend of flavors, presentation, and freshness. He made dining at The Sanchaya not just a meal, but a memorable experience. Everything was great but please learn to delivery ”no” message to your customer instead of stalling tactic. We requested for early checkin as the ferry disembarked at close to 12pm. The concierge told us it was subjected to availability. They will try to clean up room quickly. We waited close to 3hrs, 15mins before official check in time to get the room. But we noticed neighboring units were empty.. and due to low occupancy, the breakfast was ala-carte instead of buffet.

I stayed at the Banyan Tree for two nights and it was truly comfortable and delightful. The entire service team was incredibly warm and polite, especially the lovely lady at the front desk who spoke Chinese; she was so gentle and attentive. The Rainforest Seaview Villa truly amazed me. I saw monkeys and creepers, among other wild animals, within the resort grounds, making it feel very close to nature. From the room, you can call the front desk to arrange a buggy service to the restaurant, beach, or for a massage. The breakfast was rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western options available. The private beach boasts white sands and crystal-clear turquoise waters. The food at the stunning Cove cliffside restaurant was genuinely delicious. All of the hotel's facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, feeling as good as new. Highly recommended!
