Our room was beautifully designed with an amazing view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pools were clean and not overly crowded. The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the center of Sitges. For those who enjoy walking, it's convenient to note that there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Buses arrive every 20 minutes, so it's advisable to plan ahead and track their schedule using an app or timetable at the station.

Close to the old town. 10mins walk from the train station (for airport and Barcelona trains). This stylish hotel has all the amenities you need - including a lovely spa (€15 day pass). Very helpful staff. Looking forward to coming back!

Yu Hai is the closest, the hygiene is really good, everything in the room is free (slippers, bathing related, toothbrush and toothpaste, two bottles of drinking water per day), they are replenished when they are used up, and the breakfast is also good (it is best to check out early and tell the front desk to prepare breakfast the night before)

The room is separated by a cabinet. The sea view is very beautiful, go out to the sea one step. Suitable for travel. Living is very comfortable and should come again. Four-star hotel, almost four-star standard.

This hotel feels a bit stingy. Communication with the front desk was difficult; I suspect it's Italian-run. It offers very poor value for money. The breakfast is expensive with very few options. The location is quite remote, and public transportation is scarce. For those driving, the parking fees are excessively high.

The hotel is perfect in terms of facilities. The breakfast was delicious. We ate in the restaurant, and it has very good food. I was expecting something different, though. I thought the pool would be a bit quieter, not filled with screaming children like other beach hotels. The location is also very close to the beach, but it's on top of a hill, and walking up and down to the beach isn't easy, especially if you're traveling with older people.

Rooms Facilities: relatively new, the swimming pool is very clean Hygienic: clean and tidy Environment: Very close to the beach, not noisy Service: Breakfast is quite rich, the ingredients are very fresh You can go to the beach to bask in the sun, swim, and there are many restaurants downstairs, which is a very pleasant holiday life.

The location is perfect, close to the beach! On the third line from the sea! The room was adequate! It's beautiful!!! The service in the restaurant has several points to consider for those booking full board: 1) Super strict with schedules! We experienced the time change from Saturday to Sunday, and many missed breakfast (which they had paid for) by just 5-10 minutes. Honestly, there are conditions and then there are conditions – people are on vacation and looking at the clock isn't their intention! If a guest who has been staying for a few days (as happened to a couple) is told they can't enter because they arrived -10 minutes after the scheduled time (this coincided with the time change from 2 AM to 3 AM), I believe customer service and CX play a crucial, very important role here. For example: Check the customer's details at reception and let them in, as they've paid for the meal plan, and also consider that the time change could have affected anyone! It's a shame to see a couple miss breakfast just to adhere to a schedule and not consider the situation (I work in the industry and it upsets me when these things happen while others of us strive to improve the customer experience for special cases like these). 2) It's never mentioned when you make the reservation that drinks are not included with lunch or dinner! And even less so that it's an à la carte menu! As a consumer right, this should be indicated so that one can choose what they deem appropriate! Had I known, I would have only chosen breakfast. Breakfast was a buffet, and I could choose what I wanted to eat! 3) For lunch, I ordered salmon that smelled and tasted bad! As soon as I ate it, I had to ”spit it out” to avoid discomfort. I informed the waiter, and as if he took it for granted, he asked me what I wanted to choose from the menu! No apologies, no 'that's strange,' no offer to make another salmon... which is what I wanted to eat! 4) The service in the restaurant, especially at lunch, was very basic or almost non-existent! You had to search for the waiter, and then when you asked for some bread, they would give you a dirty look! And to pay, which by the way I totally disagree with the extra charge because it's not mentioned anywhere, not even by a waiter! I had to go out to look for them; I could have easily left without paying, although that's not how I travel! Summary: It's a shame that a beautiful location and the desire to unwind in a hotel are marred by situations like those mentioned, which are exclusively due to customer service and kitchen staff (eating bad salmon puts your health at risk, and they don't even bother to show a gesture of humanity with normal attention – not excellent because the issue warranted it, but normal customer service). What a shame! Regards

The balcony view is superb, very good, facing the sea, the room is spacious, the only thing is that the toilet smells a bit, this is a flaw, this kind of low-level mistake should not happen, and the big bed is two single beds put together, there is a gap in the middle, if you get stuck in the gap when sleeping, it will cause the two beds to separate, anyway, it is uncomfortable, I don't understand if the quilt is a Spanish feature, can't you just use a normal quilt cover? The quilt must be sandwiched with a thin cloth, and it will be a mess like a chicken coop when it is pulled. The hotel I stayed in Barcelona was the same, I don't understand their thinking. Finally, everyone must pay attention to anti-theft when going to Spain! ! I wish you all peace!

I sure do like giving good reviews, but I just can’t for Port Sitges that is unless you’re a smoker, because apparently they allow you to smoke about anywhere. I smelled smoke in my room from the patio next door. I smelled it in the lobby and the elevator. I had paid extra to have a room with a view of the marina and a Terrace. The first room they gave me had a view of the parking lot. (See picture) When I first inquired about it, they said that was all they had, after I smelled the smoke I said I can’t stay there and I would leave. They couldn’t find a different room. Only then did they  move me to the other side with a view of the ocean, but no Terrace. They told me they were full, but it seemed pretty clear that they had lots of rooms available. I was there for nights and never saw more than a few lights on.   The original room they had put me in had been recently remodeled. Weird thing is there was no bathroom door. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t wanna see my roommate sitting on the toilet. If I was sitting on the bed against the wall, that’s exactly what I would see. (See picture) Just a little too weird for me. There is lots of lovely places to stay in Sitges and for less money. I recommend you look elsewhere.

There is free coffee and water on the first floor of the lobby. Barcelona is worth leaving sitges one day. The hotel is opposite the sea. The hotel is a bit old, but the price is still super high for one night. It is a gourmet shop. You can also have a drink on the top floor of the hotel. Very good
