The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. When they found out it was my birthday during my stay, they surprised me with chocolates and complimentary parking for a day. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a washing machine, dryer, and a small kitchenette. However, the cleanliness was a bit disappointing; the cutlery and cups were greasy and needed to be washed before use.

Second time staying. It's a nice stay. Clean room, nice design, nice view of the sky during sunrise and sunset. Good service. The parking at the street is AUD16 for 2 hours. To park inside the hotel is AUD30 whole day multiple entry. They do not provide water bottle in the room. You can take a reusable bottle from the F&b area and fill up filtered water or sparkling water for free. Location wise is just next to Kingspark, not far from the city.

I came here for the balcony view. It's across from King's Park. It's very comfortable overall. It has a washing machine and dryer. The decor is relatively new. Dining and shopping are all within the starting price of a taxi. Very convenient. Highly recommended.

There is no hidden consumption, the little brother is handsome and enthusiastic, and he is very intimate before and after running. There is also a charging cable to lend you. There is mineral water in the room. There is no air conditioning in the room, but the air conditioning in the living room is very cold, and there is no mobile phone induction card swiping machine. You must bring a local bank card and deposit 300. Return within 5 working days.

This is not a normal hotel - it is a beautifully designed boutique hotel, combining different eras of culture, nature and modern amenities. The owner has a natural talent for identifying what people value in accommodation, and has turned these traditional buildings into a special and comfortable place to stay. The rooms have a 1940s base architecture, but with modern bathrooms, kitchens, lighting etc, and classic furniture such as leather seats. Downstairs there is a great restaurant (open breakfast, lunch and dinner) which serves quality meals with local ingredients - people from the neighborhood come just to use the restaurant. There is also an inbuilt bookshop full to the brim with unique, high quality and beautiful versions of books - many are sealed so can't be read, but looking at them all is quite fun. Buildings and gardens have been merged, allowing space for the trees to grow through balconies, adding to the authentic character. Location is near the bottom of a hill - at the top is Kings park, and at the bottom is a pedestrian bridge to the edge of the CBD, so it may take 5 minutes more to reach some city venues, but well worth it for the quality experience.

Place is old, and somewhat outdated, and u do hear the traffic from the freeway. But, for the cost for the night, which was $120, overall, it was good value for money. When I first arrived, as it was after hours, I dealt with the caretaker, who was friendly, and also helped me get into my room, cos I was having trouble with the door lock, which was my fault! I didn't use the kitchen facilities, except the fridge, but kitchen was equipped with enough items to be able to cook a meal easily. Bathroom was good, with shower over bath, (and big size bath too), so with not having a bath at home, I soaked for ages! I was informed before arrival, that only mini soap and toilet paper was provided, so I knew to bring body wash, hair conditioner, and other toiletries. Bed was comfy, and bedroom is quite large. TV maybe a little small, but the room had a couple of cupboards, and some hangers for clothes. Place was fairly clean, keeping in mind that it is an older property. Check out was easy, and I was met by a friendly receptionist behind the desk. I would definately stay again, if the price was as good, I'd just bring some earplugs for sleep, cos of traffic noise, which is no fault of the apartments of course!

Please avoid at all cost. Hidden charges, broken lift, and you be told to read the fine print if you question them about hidden charges.
