An amazing ecological resort experience! Chimelong Hotel truly is the top choice for a vacation. From January 11th to 14th, 2026, I stayed at the Guangzhou Chimelong Hotel with my family for a four-day trip, and we were completely captivated! As the flagship hotel of the Chimelong Resort, it perfectly blends an ecological atmosphere, family-friendliness, and convenient access, making it an absolute ideal choice for family travel. The hotel's ecological theme is striking. Surrounded by lush greenery, it feels like being in a forest. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with playful animal-themed decor. Even the toiletries feature Chimelong mascots, and they thoughtfully provide cartoon postcards you can take home. The biggest surprise was the White Tiger Buffet Restaurant. We managed to snag a window seat in advance, enjoying a rich selection of Chinese and Western breakfast while watching white tigers and flamingos leisurely stroll by. Character mascots even came over for photos – an unforgettable dining experience. I have to highlight the incredible convenience! The hotel is located in the heart of the resort, with exclusive VIP通道 (VIP passages) that get you to Chimelong Safari Park and Chimelong Paradise in just 5 minutes, saving tons of time on long queues. The free shuttle bus to Chimelong Bird Park runs frequently, so there's no need to stress about transport; getting around is completely hassle-free. Even more thoughtfully, during our stay, we enjoyed the 'multi-park entry with one ticket' privilege, allowing unlimited re-entry to the three major parks for two consecutive days. We were able to flexibly plan our itinerary each day, playing with ease and having a blast. The hotel staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was efficient, and they proactively offered kids' bathrobes and slippers. Any questions we had were answered promptly, showing their thoughtful attention to detail. This stay was impeccable in terms of environment, facilities, and service. My family was completely satisfied throughout. If you're planning a trip to Chimelong, choosing Chimelong Hotel will definitely enhance your vacation experience. We will definitely stay here again next time!

Extremely satisfied, super satisfied! 😁 Seven years ago, I stayed at the Panda Hotel with my first child, and as soon as we entered the lobby, my child exclaimed, 'Wow… it's like stepping into a fairy tale world!' 😃 Everywhere you look, there are panda elements. We really didn't want to leave 😂 and wished we could stay forever. This time, I brought my second child, so they wouldn't have to just admire their older sibling's photos. My second child also got to experience the fantastical wonder of the Panda Hotel! 🤩 There are peacocks to see in front of the lobby and pelicans elegantly preening their feathers 🪶😁 in the buffet restaurant. The buffet is highly, highly recommended. You absolutely must eat there for two consecutive days, otherwise, you'll be full before you've tried everything. It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience; after having the buffet breakfast at the Panda Hotel, no other buffet restaurant can impress me anymore. Oh, and during meals, pandas come around for photos with the kids! 🤣 After finishing the buffet breakfast, there's still plenty of time to visit the Chimelong Safari Park and Chimelong Paradise. There's a free shuttle bus on the second floor that goes directly to the scenic area, the subway station entrance, and the south entrance of the Safari Park. It rained on Saturday, and while we were waiting for the rain to stop after dinner, we actually stumbled upon a performance in the hotel! 🥰 On the first night of our stay, watching the Grand Circus is a must. It's a world-class show and absolutely fantastic! It's different from seven years ago, but just as spectacular. Now, China's best is the world's best – no exaggeration, it truly feels like all nations are coming to visit. On the second day, you can take the free shuttle bus to the Safari Park. On the third day, Chimelong Paradise is just a short walk past the Grand Circus. Happy Chimelong, happiness is everywhere!

Our stay at Xiangjiang Hotel was truly wonderful! First off, the location is incredibly close to the Safari Park. If you don't want to rush for the shuttle, you can even walk there in about fifteen minutes. Check-in was super fast, and they even upgraded us to a giraffe-themed room. It was on a high floor with fantastic views, very quiet, and even had a small balcony. There's also a kids' play area on the first floor that our little one absolutely loved. The room amenities were incredibly comprehensive. Baby slippers, toothbrushes, toilet seat covers, and a small stool – they had everything! It's so family-friendly, especially the children's toilet seat cover, which was super useful and even better than the ones I have at home. I regret not taking a picture of it. We also ate at the Xiangjiang Chinese Restaurant in the hotel for two consecutive days. The food was not only delicious but also very generous in portion size. Remember to get a dining card for some great discounts! Overall, our entire family was extremely satisfied with our stay, our playtime, and our meals. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit!

My daughter's birthday happened to fall on a weekend, so we drove from Panyu University Town to this resort. I had specifically asked the front desk to decorate the room for the occasion. We opted for a ground-floor room with a garden view, and I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful it felt to bask in the morning sun on the balcony lounge chair! It's truly rare to find such a tranquil retreat so close to a first-tier city like Guangzhou. The hot spring facilities were absolutely fantastic too!

Our family stayed in your two-bedroom suite for the Christmas holidays, and the overall experience was absolutely wonderful. We wanted to express our sincere gratitude. Even before we checked in, the hotel noted that our daughter's birthday was the day before and thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake in advance. This surprise made us feel incredibly warm and welcomed. Upon arrival, Amy's check-in arrangements were thorough and well-organized. She not only meticulously explained all the facilities but also specially presented our daughter with a lovely doll, which made our child very happy. Throughout our stay, the instant service provided via WeChat made us feel consistently and attentively cared for. What's particularly noteworthy is that due to our late travel schedule, Amy also assisted us with arranging a late check-out and luggage storage, which greatly eased our departure rush. This considerate gesture left a deep impression on us. Furthermore, the hotel's environment was elegant and tranquil, with the Christmas atmosphere perfectly set. The cleanliness and comfort of both the guest rooms and public areas were consistently maintained, providing us with a truly relaxing and high-quality holiday experience. My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou was truly memorable, even though it was just for one night. What stood out most was how attentive and thoughtful the team was. Before arrival, I mentioned that I hoped for a Canton Tower view, fully understanding that the room category did not guarantee it. To my surprise, they genuinely listened and managed to arrange a room with that view for us, which already set the tone for the stay. I also noted that we were celebrating our anniversary, and despite the short stay, the hotel went the extra mile with lovely in-room decorations, along with complimentary red wine and chocolates. These small but meaningful touches made the celebration feel very special. From the moment we stepped out of the car, the welcome was warm and sincere, and that level of hospitality was consistent throughout our stay. The staff were responsive, caring, and clearly attentive to guest needs. Overall, the level of service here is truly top-notch. This is hospitality done right, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Guangzhou.

My stay this time was absolutely delightful! I have to commend the hotel's incredibly thoughtful staff. A big thanks to Vera for readily helping to arrange a late check-out, which perfectly aligned with my travel schedule. Joplin proactively added me on WeChat to follow up on my needs, and was super reliable, always addressing any questions promptly. Gerrard from concierge even specially helped deliver daily essentials to my room – such meticulous and attentive service! The little desserts prepared by Holt from room service were a pleasant surprise, with just the right amount of sweetness to cure my travel fatigue! And thanks also to Sophia and Julie for their warm care. The entire experience was fantastic, and I've already added this hotel to my travel list!

The environment is great, quiet, and conducive to rest. I had a slight issue and communicated with the front desk. The lady at the front desk responded quickly, and the polite young man promptly came upstairs and resolved it. My impression of the hotel comes partly from its facilities, and partly from the warm housekeeping aunt who offered to adjust my mattress, the timely problem-solving by the front desk staff (both the lady and the young man), and the restaurant staff – although they weren't very communicative (I pointed out that several tables didn't have napkins, and other guests were taking them from adjacent tables. The waitress didn't respond to me verbally, but she quickly replenished the napkins at all the tables). The breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular in terms of local specialties. It's worth coming back to.

To be honest, my experience at Guangzhou MO this time wasn't very satisfying. We arrived at the hotel at 3:13 PM, and were told by the hotel staff that we couldn't check in because our room wasn't ready. So, my girlfriend and I went to grab a bite to eat. We returned to the hotel around 5 PM, only to be informed that we still needed to wait at the front desk as the room was still being finalized. This was a full two hours past the official check-in time of 3 PM. There were a few other issues as well. My requests on Ctrip for extra water and towels were not fulfilled. It also took 25 minutes for our luggage to be delivered to the room, during which my phone was critically low on battery, and there was nothing I could do. However, Guangzhou MO is, after all, an established hotel, and their service response is very prompt, with all staff members being very friendly and always smiling. The duty manager also responded quickly, which somewhat made up for the shortcomings. All in all, Guangzhou MO is still a hotel worth experiencing, and I hope they can improve on their drawbacks.
