This is a luxurious and private hotel. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy a quiet staycation and relax. It feels like a lot of care was put into each and every object, starting from the marble floor. But as you know... food and drinks in the hotel are quite expensive. However, the quality of the free activities is much better than that of the Hilton right next door, so we recommend taking full advantage of the activities. In particular, yoga outdoors while watching the sunrise at 7 a.m. remains one of my best memories! Plus, the spa facilities and massages are of the highest quality, so I recommend you try them. There is a separate space and pool that only spa users can use, and it is really beautiful....

This resort is moderately good, since it is a Hilton brand. All inclusive hotel, but you really can’t expect too much.All inclusive hotel is not including everything you wish.You should be looking for essentials, for example, the steak house only offers subpar steaks,if you want to get some extra, you could asked to pay more. That said, the Italian restaurant is pretty good, we enjoyed it. If you want to get more good dishes, you should make reservations as soon as possible when you check in.Overall we enjoyed our stay very much

LeBlanc will remain a good memory for my wife and I for a long time. I compared several places, including Nijuk and Hyatt, as recommended by acquaintances, and one of the reasons I ultimately chose them was because they had a Korean concierge. They say Mexico has become a lot safer, but there are things you don't know. I chose this as a way to help out and LeBlanc was a godsend during this two week long vacation. I spent time in Tulum before arriving at LeBlanc, and there was a theft at the Azulik Hotel, which is popular for its eco-friendliness. After looking through Trip and Google reviews, I feel really sorry that I was not aware of the frequent Azulic theft incidents. Damage exceeding 4 million won was suffered... I tried my best to find it, but English conversation is difficult in Mexico. Even though there was only one police officer who spoke English, it was very difficult. My husband and I were able to come to our senses, even though the case could not be resolved, with the help of LeBlanc's Korean concierge, Jaeha Kim. If Jeha wasn't there, the rest of my vacation schedule would have been ruined. Even though he was busy, he focused on my wife and I and helped us with our work, and even after returning to Korea, he asked how we were doing and gave us great comfort. The angel concierge at Le Blanc, which was like heaven♡ I have enjoyed all-inclusive experiences in Egypt. First of all, Leblanc's liquor was exceptionally excellent, beyond comparison. Of course, there were some that seemed a bit insincere, but wouldn't one out of a hundred things be lacking to be humane?^^ Even if you are tired, we recommend that you enjoy the meal at one of the many restaurants rather than room service. It’s a lively hotel. The facilities are not very new, but they are very clean. The rooms are relatively large, there are performances, the steakhouse tastes good, and the beach, swimming pool, and scenery are all very good. It is worth recommending!

I don’t have the trembling hands like the cafeteria aunties hahaha. People who don’t drink can make them virgin. It tastes the same but without the alcohol. Beach: A very small beach 🏖️. It was a public beach + pier, with many tourists and a mess. The room was large and clean, and the bathroom and 🚽 were two separate spaces, which I liked very much. However, there was a pungent smell in the room on the day of check-in (a bit like the smell of insecticide) that made me dizzy. The breakfast was not delicious, and only buffet and light meals were provided at noon. The disposable plastic cups were reused and not cleaned properly. Some cups were deformed but still in use. Picture 3 was taken at the entrance of the buffet restaurant. The white one was not a cabinet, but a louvered wooden board. Two wooden boards were spliced ​​at 90 degrees to form a semi-fence. When the wind blew, a wooden board fell to the ground with a clang. Fortunately, no one was walking by at that time. The waiter did not realize that it would be dangerous if it hit someone, so he just picked up the wooden board and put it together casually, as if nothing had happened.

Very nice hotel, choosing an all-inclusive hotel in Cancun is definitely a cost-effective choice, because the price of restaurants in the tourist area of ​​Cancun is similar to the price in the United States. Where do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon.

Very nice hotel, all inclusive of food, lodging and play. The food and beverages are very complete, and you can basically satisfy what you want to eat and drink. The service personnel are also more attentive to meet the needs of customers.

The room was exactly as described. The kitchen was fully equipped, from a peeler to a dishwasher. It felt like home. It was the most fully equipped hotel I've ever stayed in. The swimming pool was right outside the door, and a few steps to the right was the hotel's private beach. It was great.
