This is a luxurious and private hotel. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy a quiet staycation and relax. It feels like a lot of care was put into each and every object, starting from the marble floor. But as you know... food and drinks in the hotel are quite expensive. However, the quality of the free activities is much better than that of the Hilton right next door, so we recommend taking full advantage of the activities. In particular, yoga outdoors while watching the sunrise at 7 a.m. remains one of my best memories! Plus, the spa facilities and massages are of the highest quality, so I recommend you try them. There is a separate space and pool that only spa users can use, and it is really beautiful....

The hotel is very new, it just opened last year, and there are not many guests, which just meets our need for quietness. The location is not in the traditional hotel area, it is a bit to the south of the hotel area, relatively more private and quieter, but not far from the airport. Every corner of the hotel reveals the texture, the room is very spacious, the decoration is relatively modern, and it looks very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and there is a tub on the balcony. The beach is okay, not the whitest and most delicate one. The restaurants in the hotel are delicious 😋 the seafood is fresh, and the brunch is also delicious.

This resort is moderately good, since it is a Hilton brand. All inclusive hotel, but you really can’t expect too much. All inclusive hotel is not including everything you wish. You should be looking for essentials, for example, the steak house only offers subpar steaks,if you want to get some extra, you could asked to pay more. That said, the Italian restaurant is pretty good, we enjoyed it. If you want to get more good dishes, you should make reservations as soon as possible when you check in.Overall we enjoyed our stay very much

The facilities felt brand new and were all spotless, which was great. While most amenities were excellent, the only slight disappointment was the beach, which was quite messy with seaweed. However, as this is a natural occurrence, I'm still very satisfied with the hotel.

LeBlanc will remain a good memory for my wife and I for a long time. I compared several places, including Nijuk and Hyatt, as recommended by acquaintances, and one of the reasons I ultimately chose them was because they had a Korean concierge. They say Mexico has become a lot safer, but there are things you don't know. I chose this as a way to help out and LeBlanc was a godsend during this two week long vacation. I spent time in Tulum before arriving at LeBlanc, and there was a theft at the Azulik Hotel, which is popular for its eco-friendliness. After looking through Trip and Google reviews, I feel really sorry that I was not aware of the frequent Azulic theft incidents. Damage exceeding 4 million won was suffered... I tried my best to find it, but English conversation is difficult in Mexico. Even though there was only one police officer who spoke English, it was very difficult. My husband and I were able to come to our senses, even though the case could not be resolved, with the help of LeBlanc's Korean concierge, Jaeha Kim. If Jeha wasn't there, the rest of my vacation schedule would have been ruined. Even though he was busy, he focused on my wife and I and helped us with our work, and even after returning to Korea, he asked how we were doing and gave us great comfort. I was deeply touched by his sincerity toward his guests. He was also very professional in solving the problem and explained in a coherent manner all the things to do and relax at the hotel. Spots and tips inside and outside the hotel, and even tips for selecting clothes at the photo zone.^^ He even showed me pictures of what was delicious, what was good to buy, etc. Where can I meet someone like this? Dear Jaeha, this is the first and last day for the Dink couple, who travel twice a year and focus a large part of their lives on travel. The angel concierge at Le Blanc, which was like heaven♡ I have enjoyed all-inclusive experiences in Egypt. First of all, Leblanc's liquor was exceptionally excellent, beyond comparison. The quality of the dishes also did not lag behind. Of course, there were some that seemed a bit insincere, but wouldn't one out of a hundred things be lacking to be humane?^^ Even if you are tired, we recommend that you enjoy the meal at one of the many restaurants rather than room service. There are a variety of things to enjoy, including classes, spas, laser shows, performances, and more. The private beach is also kept very clean. I think it is a strength that can appeal because it is compared to other places, and I hope that Le Blanc will be established not only in Cancun but also in other places. So much so that my husband is thinking about living at Le Blanc for a month.. haha. When a picky and strict Korean man thinks about the LeBlanc Flex, his mouth hurts. Recalling the various aspects of LeBlanc that are still vivid...♡♡

It's so beautiful, this adult hotel doesn't have too many children running around, it's right in the middle of the 7-shaped beach, and the unobstructed view of the coast is very comfortable. The service is very good and the restaurant is also good.

If the total score is 10 points, I would say this hotel is about 7-7.5. Food: average. There is no highlight but it is not unpalatable. The best restaurant is Blue Water Grill, for Mediterranean food. The second is Vista Prime for steak. Definitely don't order the Picanha. You're right to order beef tenderloin. Let’s just say this for other restaurants, it’s OK to be full and don’t expect too much. Mexicans love to use cream🧈. If you are afraid of getting fat, be careful hahaha. Stay: Very satisfied. Nothing to fault. The 24-hour room service is very convenient. The room is very clean. This time I stayed in a room with a small swimming pool (footbath). It was OK for taking pictures, but it was a really useless facility. Drinks: The drinks are all delicious. The wine was also given generously. I don’t have the trembling hands like the cafeteria aunties hahaha. People who don’t drink can make them virgin. It tastes the same but without the alcohol. Beach: A very small beach 🏖️. Just a few short steps. There are a lot of seaweeds. If you have beach shoes, I recommend bringing them because there are many shells and disintegrated corals in the water🪸. There are some marine activities included but I didn't see anyone using them. It's OK to come here once, but if I had to come back a second time, I wouldn't do it because there are no highlights. Very good for taking pictures~

Overall, it is a good tourist resort. The beach is beautiful, the food is rich, and there are many activities. Of course, it is a little worse than Bali, Indonesia. Maybe the folk customs in North America and Asia are different.

It was a public beach + pier, with many tourists and a mess. The room was large and clean, and the bathroom and 🚽 were two separate spaces, which I liked very much. However, there was a pungent smell in the room on the day of check-in (a bit like the smell of insecticide) that made me dizzy. The breakfast was not delicious, and only buffet and light meals were provided at noon. The disposable plastic cups were reused and not cleaned properly. Some cups were deformed but still in use. Picture 3 was taken at the entrance of the buffet restaurant. The white one was not a cabinet, but a louvered wooden board. Two wooden boards were spliced at 90 degrees to form a semi-fence. When the wind blew, a wooden board fell to the ground with a clang. Fortunately, no one was walking by at that time. The waiter did not realize that it would be dangerous if it hit someone, so he just picked up the wooden board and put it together casually, as if nothing had happened.

The food is really average, not as good as other all-inclusive hotels in Cancun. The hotel is like a nightclub with music everywhere. Those who like DJs and disco can come here. Those who like a quiet resort style can just leave.

Very nice hotel, choosing an all-inclusive hotel in Cancun is definitely a cost-effective choice, because the price of restaurants in the tourist area of Cancun is similar to the price in the United States. There are several restaurants to choose from in this hotel, and I haven't gotten tired of eating for four days.

Where do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon.

My stay at the SLS Hotel in Cancún was simply unforgettable. From the very first moment, I was impressed by the stylish design, the first-class service, and the special atmosphere of this luxurious hotel. The staff was always attentive, friendly, and professional – their every need was practically anticipated. The attention to detail, whether in the room furnishings, housekeeping, or the service at the pool and beach, is particularly noteworthy. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very tastefully decorated, with stunning views of the turquoise sea. The beds are incredibly comfortable and ensure a restful sleep. The hotel's culinary offerings leave nothing to be desired: The breakfast was plentiful and of excellent quality, and dinner in the hotel's restaurant was also a real highlight – creative, fresh, and perfectly coordinated. The location directly on the private beach is ideal, quiet yet central. If you're looking for relaxation, style, and excellent service, this is the place for you. I will definitely return and can wholeheartedly recommend the SLS Hotel Cancun.

The room was exactly as described. The kitchen was fully equipped, from a peeler to a dishwasher. It felt like home. It was the most fully equipped hotel I've ever stayed in. The swimming pool was right outside the door, and a few steps to the right was the hotel's private beach. It was great.

Our first night we sat and dined at 'the Palapa' and had no problems however the next morning for breakfast when we found a table and sat a young lady came and told us that the next time we needed to wait for her to seat us and it felt as if we were being scolded for not knowing that.

I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

There are two prices for 66 square meters. The main difference is the floor. One is 10-19 and the other is 21-27. Pay special attention. The 10th floor of the hotel room is equivalent to the second floor. The room is very large and there is no place to hang clothes. The power socket at the head of the bed is unreasonable and very low. The cabinet must be moved. All-inclusive price. The food is better and tips are given every time. The waiter will be very frustrated and unhappy if he does not receive the tip. The hotel is small and there is nothing to do on the beach.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my recent stay at the JW Marriott Cancun. We booked a Deluxe King Room with a sea view. The balcony offered a side view of the ocean rather than directly facing it, which was a minor disappointment. The room was spotless and odor-free. The hotel's ambiance was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was also large, and the infinity pool beautifully blended with the ocean. For breakfast, we ordered à la carte each day, enjoying a variety of dishes at reasonable prices. For dinner, we dined at a Mexican restaurant across the street. There was quite a bit of seaweed on the hotel beach; it would be perfect if they could have it regularly cleared.

I recommend this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good, surrounded by the sea on three sides, the scenery is beautiful, and the twin beds in the room are large enough, which is very suitable for families with older children. The hotel's meals are also good, including French restaurants, Italian restaurants, Mexican restaurants, American restaurants, and buffets. There are many choices and they taste very good. The key is that our flight is at 7:30 in the evening. After we checked out at 12 o'clock, the hotel allows you to continue to use all facilities, including meals. This is very humane, thumbs up.

The facilities, staff service, etc. are all the best. In particular, the sea in front of the resort is fantastic. There is a facility to rinse with water after playing in the pool or at the beach, and I think the consideration of turning on hot water is the basic mind of the hotel. The various daily events were also good. I will leave with good memories.

Everything was great. We especially loved the pool in the late afternoon when the sun was blocked by the building — it wasn’t too hot. The food was better than we expected. Loved the kids club, and all the activities were really fun. The only downside was that the beach wasn’t as good and gentle as the northern ones, and when it was windy, umbrellas weren’t allowed. The buffet restaurant was also quite hot and stuffy.

Everything was amazing at this hotel except for a couple things. The service was wonderful. Enjoyed that part the most. The food was also very good. Especially enjoyed the gourmet Italian restaurant, Chianti. Service there is the bomb! The pool is small and overcrowded, however. Not much seating around the pool either. The beach was sufficiently stocked with plenty of palapas and chairs, which was nice. Didn't have a problem getting a space on the beach any time of day. The color of the water in this location is absolutely breathtaking, but the roughness of the beach is tremendous. Very difficult to enjoy the water at all. Next time I will have to find a place with calmer waters. Getting a reservation for the gourmet restaurants is daunting, as usual for Mexico. I can never understand why making dinner reservations is so difficult to do at these all inclusive hotels. It is really ridiculous. The day we arrived, the ”concierge” (but really the timeshare sales person) promised to make a reservation for us for a few nights later to eat at the Italian restaurant, and she told us to check with her the day before to confirm the reservation. So I did exactly as she said but I was told that they cannot see what reservations are made until the day of the reservation. So I had to check again the day of, and of course there was no reservation made for us. They were able to give us a reservation for that evening, however. Good thing because I would have really been upset had they not, especially since we were going to be leaving the next day! Soooo very tired of this BS at the all inclusives. It's coming to the point where it's not even worth it to do the all-inclusive anymore. So very ridiculous, I swear. Something so easy has to be so difficult for them. Anyway, I wouldn't stay here again because we were not able to enjoy the pool at all, nor the beach because of the roughness of the water. Almost constantly there is a volleyball game going on in the pool and there's no room for anything else unless you want to get hit in the head by the ball! But the music around the pool was good most of the time.

Booked ocean front on Ctrip The feeling when entering the room was really great☺️ 🥶It was cloudy and cold when we arrived. The wind was strong and the water was cold. The swimming pool was impossible to enter. Fortunately, there was a heated massage pool. We played in the rafting pool without knowing why. The water was cold. We couldn’t quit midway. Why are foreigners not afraid of the cold [black potato question mark R] 🍴App reservation for dinner. Since my boyfriend is a big eater, We made reservations for hana and casa madre. Hana is remarkable. It won’t be a bad deal. Don’t worry. The environment is good. Casa madre Mexican food is a bit salty. The breakfast feels similar to the above two. Mo’s fries are very delicious😋 The burger is not juicy. The pizza shop is a bit salty. If you like the fruit inside, you can take it anytime. 🍸Room serice at night asked for more glasses of wine. Instead, a bottle of red wine was sent. Amigo is really friendly [laughing and crying R] There is no wine list. All the wines are small sweet wines. There is not much alcohol 🥰 Overall, it is still recommended If I must say, there are not many activities Except for the group aerobics in the swimming pool during the day, there are people playing violin in the lobby at night, and I missed the band performance in the bar And there are no activities.

If you're expecting a superlative five-star hotel, you might be disappointed, but if you can book at an all-inclusive and cheap price, you'll be very happy. The air conditioning and facilities in the lobby felt old-fashioned, and the Wi-Fi was weak at times, but the location, pool, and beach view made up for it.

Zona Hotelera Cancun|15.66km from city center
The hardware is good, but the service feels a bit cold and greasy (yes, these two feelings can be combined, the opposite of it is kind and natural), so the stay is not very comfortable. It is not very convenient to take a golf cart when going out for activities inside the hotel. For vacations, you have all the hardware you want, but the only thing missing is a relaxed and relaxing atmosphere, which is often the most needed for vacations. If you want to go out, you can only ask the front desk to help you take a taxi. All the people who come here are huge SUVs. They start at 20 to 30 dollars in a few minutes. The fare for a meal is more expensive than the meal.
