Fantastic central location - couldn't have asked for better. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were brilliant - friendly faces and efficient with everything we asked for. Everyone at the hotel was very kind to us. The location is also very convenient for sightseeing, and everything is within walking distance. They explain the location on a map at the beginning, which makes it very easy to understand. Also, although we weren't able to get a reservation this time, there is a restaurant called Blind, which has an unusual concept and I think it is a space where you can experience something out of the ordinary. Almost all of the rooms are suites, and the space is very stylish and lovely.

The hotel is located at a great location close to Trindade station, the premium room is not so big, there is only a tabouret, the bed is quite hard to sleep on and making noise when you move around. The water pressure in the shower was good.I had an issue with the sink and it was fixed lmmediately. The elevator was making weird noise and it was fixed after I reported it. There is a bar on the 9th floor which is lound late in the evening - the receptioniwt took care of it and they turned the volume down. The staff at the reception (especially Maria) and the restaurant were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was okay - the eggs should be fried properly and juices were really bad. The coffee quality should be better too. I would consider returning to this hotel despite the issues I had.

Service was excellent, they were so nice and gave us a birthday treat when we arrived which was so kind of them! It was convenient to have breakfast and dinner already in the price of booking so we didn't need to worry. Location is excellent, right in the centre and very close to everything!

I liked the most among European hotels I went to this time on my honeymoon. It's a small but lovely and very pretty hotel. When I was curious, it was said that it was built in 1829, but it is in excellent condition. It was rather antique and very good. When you open the window, the view is so pretty as if it were in a fairy tale. In the plaza in front, they perform performances, and they are gathered right in front of the bar restaurant, so the location is the best. If I go back to Porto, I will definitely stay at this hotel!! (Breakfast is tidy, but there are too few eggplants.)

Room was spacious and clean. Room service came everyday and cleaned it up. Highly recommend the place. Price was reasonable.

Very good hotel, but you had to ask for a toothbrush when normally hotels provide them without being asked. Be careful, the hotel records your credit card and will still charge you 3€ without your consent + the tourist tax, while in other 5 star hotels they don't do this.

First of all, we received a very warm welcome. Good thing is the view is stunning at this price. Ok, the bad thing is the wifi is non-existing. Breakfast you might need to queue up for 15-20 mins to be seated, it’s not that the tables are not enough, it’s just the recover is too slow. During the midnight you couldn’t open the windows due to the noise from the car racing in the street almost the whole night. You could walk to the town but not close.
