I enjoyed my stay. But there is a strong recommendation I would like to formulate: could you add in your package the service of guiding visitors towards their room and helping them carry their bags? This service is offered in many other hotel of the same caliber, and looking at the hotel rate you are charging, this could be a complimentary service. What happens currently: afuer a guest has check-in, the waiter hand over the room key and says ”the room is that direction...”. Guests, who arrive often tired, have to struggle in finding wehere the room is located, in carrying heavy bags, etc. Honestly, improvement is needed in this regard.
