Upon arrival we had a free upgrade to our suite! Spacious room with a small kitchen with a kettle, coffee machine, fridge and microwave and the bathroom was great too. Appreciate that there was a built in vanity space. The service was lovely and we made use of the spa and got well needed massages. If we were staying for longer I would definitely have made more use of the other treatments and amenities available. Staff were very friendly and helpful at both the hotel and spa. Being in East London there was plenty of food places nearby and access to public transport. Makes it pretty Muslim friendly considering the location. Best hotel experience I've had so far and well worth the price. Got the £100 insurance deposit back the same day as well which was lovely.

My stay this time was absolutely fantastic, definitely five stars! The bedding was a real surprise – the mattress was just the right firmness, the sheets and duvet covers were skin-friendly, clean, and odorless, and the pillows were fluffy and supportive. Lying down was incredibly comfortable, and all my travel fatigue just melted away after a good night's sleep. The hotel's service was even more thoughtful and attentive; from check-in to any daily needs, the staff responded incredibly promptly, showing meticulous care in every detail. The room itself was tidy and airy, with excellent facilities, making for a very pleasant stay. The view was great too. I've stayed here many times and honestly haven't considered any other hotel when I visit London. The entire experience was perfect, offering incredible value for money. It's suitable for both leisure and business travel. Highly recommend!

We booked two rooms for a 2-night family stay in London—a Devonshire Suite and a Classic Room. The hotel’s cleanliness, amenities and location were excellent, with plenty of eateries nearby, as well as a Tesco express and Liverpool Street Station just a short walk away. However, there was a small hiccup during our stay. We had extended our check-out to 2 PM due to late flight, but it seems this wasn’t communicated to housekeeping or room service, as they followed up twice to ask if we were checking out. We also had dinner at Straits Kitchen for one of our dinner, service was a little slow. Other than that, we were very pleased with our rooms.

Very close to the airport, and the front desk staff were attentive. They offered a welcome drink. There's parking available in the back for £15 a day. The room wasn't huge, but it was clean. Overall, it's a decent place with a restaurant and bar downstairs.

I and my friends lodge for one night, I must recommend every other thing was okay aside from the customer service which is too poor, we realize no single shower gel was in the bathroom the bottles were all emptied, we called the customer service for shower gel and toothpaste to be brought to the room. we where told the paste wasn’t free it was sold,I told them never to bother about the paste and just bring the shower gel. we waited for 1 hour and it still wasn’t brought, we called over and over just for them to bring shower gel to the room, but they kept putting us on hold for over 3 hours, I had to go to the reception to collect the shower gel myself and they kept me waiting at the reception for over 5 minutes before it was handed over to me, this experience was terrible.

Windowless, damp basement double room, not at all as advertised on the site. Be mindful that you will end up in the basement, with no chance to move if any of the standard double rooms with windows are occupied. They should make it clear that you're booking a basement room with no windows, mis-selling, in my opinion. Other hotels are quite clear that you're booking a windowless room upfront. Damp smell was prevalent, particularly at check-in before turning the air-conditioning on. Morning was dark since it's the basement. It's good if you like that, and want to sleep. Hopefully, you don't miss your checkout.

The restaurant is at the highest floor, very nice view and I was lucky enough to have one breakfast with a view on the window side during my stay. The staff were very friendly and nice, although the mornings were very busy as everyone had breakfast at the same time and have to queue up and wait for a table. I would like to thank Ms. Aline and Alina, very kind and sincere to support the operation of the breakfast session, to me and the others. The nice thing here is not just the view, but the staff are so friendly and helpful, I believe they love and enjoy working at Novotel and Novotel values their staff. Food is good, above standard of Novotel. Regret that I was too busy and could not enjoy the swimming pool and gym at the -1 level. Happy to stay here again if I have to come over to the trade shows around.

Staff were friendly, just the water temperature is not stable, it was sometimes cold and sometimes hot. I caught a cold after having first shower. I reported it to the staff after first night, they promised to fix it when I was out of room, but when I was back, it was not fixed. So I have to use extra time to wait for the staff to fix it. Other than that, everything was ok, given the price.

I chose this hotel because I had to catch an early train from King's Cross Station. It's really close to the station. The facilities are pretty standard, and there's no fridge in the room or complimentary bottled water. The shampoo/body wash is an all-in-one dispenser. I'd recommend it for anyone who prioritizes location.

The hotel was decent, but nothing special. I did appreciate the relaxation facilities they offer (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, gym), although the cleanliness was a bit lacking. That said, it was consistent with the hotel's very reasonable prices. However, on our last day, we got the scare of our lives when the fire alarm went off at 1 AM. This was because a couple was smoking in the hallways, and there was utter chaos trying to get out. All in all, I stayed for 11 nights, and it was alright.

Our stay here was a breath of fresh air after our experience in a shoebox hotel room in another hotel closer to London Kings Cross. The hotel has been recently renovated and now has a modern artsy interior. Facilities and interior of the rooms are very new and clean. And we also appreciated the room size which was much more spacious compared to other hotels in London - both of us could open our large size luggages with ample room! Although the location is not in the center of tourist attractions, we appreciated that the area was abit more quiet and peaceful but still very convenient as only a short walk to the tube (west Brompton district line) which connected us to majority of attractions easily and within short distance. It was also easy to get onto the picadilly line for Heathrow at the end of our trip as picadilly line stations are also close by. There were also busstops right outside our hotel & west brompton station is also an overground station if you need to travel to outside central london Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again

This hotel was lovely for a quick business trip! Rooms were comfortable and clean. The reception staff are so lovely and friendly and the location isn’t bad at all but it depends on where your business/planned activities are in London as it takes about an hour to get to central. Overall a great comfortable stay and will definitely visit again.

The hotel's biggest draw is the European-style decor in the lobby! The rooms are a bit small but very clean. When we first checked in, the sink in our room was a bit clogged. We contacted the front desk, and they responded promptly and moved us to a new room. It was Christmas time, and the lobby had lovely decorations like a Christmas tree, creating a wonderful atmosphere. They even provided refreshments, candies, and fresh apples, which was a nice touch! The English welcome pastries in the room were delicious. Plus, it's very close to the subway and super convenient for Hyde Park. Overall, a great stay!
