Sheraton's brand is tall. On the day of arrival, since the ship arrived at Rhode Island early in the morning, we arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock, and there were no vacant rooms to check in. The little brother at the front desk informed the room to be prepared first, and would clean up and arrange for us to check in as soon as a guest checks out. The guy at the front desk saw that we were bored while waiting, so he took the initiative to ask us if we needed breakfast, and then took us to have breakfast, that is to say, he gave us a free breakfast, because the order did not include breakfast on the day of check-in, very user-friendly, great Thumbs up!

Even though the water was already a bit cool at the end of September, we still used it and enjoyed the privacy a lot. The beach is sandy and very pleasant, and the food was tasty with good variety. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel felt relaxing and well-organized. The animation team kept a very low profile and was barely noticeable throughout our stay. In contrast, we would like to give a very special thanks to Stefi, the lifeguard at the big water slides. She is an incredibly kind, warm and smiling person, always attentive and positive. She truly made our experience even better. She even congratulated me on my birthday in such a kind and thoughtful way — it meant a lot to me. Wishing her all the best and great success in the future. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and would gladly consider returning in the future.
