We had a wonderful stay at Sireempan. The hotel itself is quiet and beautiful, with a koi pond and lots of nice sitting nooks throughout the property. But what makes this hotel stand out from the rest is the amazing hospitality provided by the staff. New was our “host” during our stay (basically our go-to person if we ever had questions, etc), and he went out of his way to make sure we had the most comfortable, seamless stay. E.g., we had to get covid tests the morning of our flight back to the US, and he was able to locate a hospital that offered the service and coordinate a driver to take us there and back. They also provide a lot of thoughtful touches, like having delicious snacks and drinks ready upon arrival, complimentary transportation to and from the airport, making a photo souvenir of us standing in front of the resort with a cute Sireempan picture frame, etc. I didn’t catch the names of the other hotel staff, but each one of them was so friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. Anyway, I thought the customer service/hospitality aspect deserved its own highlight, but here are some other quick pros and cons: Pros: -The food at this hotel (especially breakfast) is AMAZING. They offer complimentary breakfast at any time of day, anywhere of your choosing on the property. We would usually choose to eat breakfast by the koi pond and it was so peaceful and serene. Also, the coffee was delicious! -Clean rooms with the most comfortable bed. Another big plus was that there weren’t any bugs in the rooms, which was not the case with the other resorts we’ve stayed at in Thailand (especially resorts like this, where each room opens up to the outside). -Has a spa, fitness center, swimming pool, etc. Unfortunately, we were only in Chiang Mai for 3 days and were out and about sightseeing most of the day, so we didn’t have time to use these facilities. But they looked like they’d be amazing and it was nice to know there was that option if we did want to use them. -Complimentary features like free water bottles/mini bar items, slippers they provide during your stay, transportation into the city, etc. were nice and convenient. Cons: -WiFi for our specific room wasn’t the fastest, but you can use any of Sireempan’s WiFi networks using the same password (the other ones were quicker for us). -You’re relatively close to the airport, so you’ll hear planes flying by every once in a while. This was barely noticeable to us, but worth mentioning for people sensitive to noise. -Toilet flush was a bit weak/you had to hold it down for several seconds to actually flush it. Again, just a small nitpicky thing because it’s hard to think of many other cons with Sireempan. Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely return!

This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in! Here you are the master! The hotel is very special, the service staff is very warm and the service is meticulous. Whether it's greeting, eating, or any other time, it is very ritual. We are taking children out, and there is also a seesaw kid who likes it very much. The hotel is not big, but the service you want can basically be satisfied at any time, very luxurious! We like it very much. As for whether it is partial, I think it's okay. The hotel can arrange car delivery at 10, 12, and 5 o'clock. The grab taxi farther away is also very convenient! The driver took us to the Saturday night market for free, and returned 130 baht TUTU car. Did not feel any inconvenience. Massage is also very comfortable! In short, this is a low-key luxury hotel worth staying at!

Better than anything we could have imagined. Truly one of the best parts of our honeymoon. The attention to detail in the room and around the resort, the quality and friendliness of the staff, service, and food, and the general relaxing atmosphere are all things we will remember for the rest of our lives.

The environment is very good and the service is in place The only breakfast is relatively simple. It is a fixed set meal. If you stay for many days in a row, you will not be able to eat well. After staying for four days, the child had diarrhea, so we prepared white porridge for two days in a row, which was very considerate👍

This is the best hotel in Chiang Mai that I have ever stayed in in terms of service and environment! The in-room drinks and snacks provided by the hotel every day are so high-end! Excellent value for money. My family is satisfied and will stay again.

The pool is really super luxurious. This is the largest pool villa I have ever lived in. The environment is really good. The house is in the villa area. The surrounding area is full of villas. The security measures of the community are very good. Since there are beach chairs next to the pool, the sunbathing is not too cool. There is also a living room next to it. It’s really cool to play with friends and listen to music and drink wine. The landlord is Chinese and the people are very good. Help us call the car to pick us up at the airport.

Facilities: very complete Hygiene: Very clean. The staff is cleaning the yard at around 4:00 in the morning. Because I get up to meditate at this time every day, I happen to see sweeping the floor in front of the door. Environment: beautiful and atmospheric Service: normal stand-alone service (there is no such thing as kneeling and licking), but when you find them, they will help you solve them in a new way. When I know that I need mosquito coils to burn out every day, I will add them without reminder Before I checked in, I saw that the air conditioner and service were complained about by the above. I was also worried that the air conditioner was not cooling enough. After all, it was too hot at noon, but after I checked in, I found that the air conditioner was very good. There is also a fan. The fan is also sufficient for girls who are afraid of the cold. Early in the morning It's cool without air conditioner at night~ Let’s focus on the toiletries. I personally think it’s better than Hermès and some other big brands. I’m going to buy their toiletries for home use. My hair and skin are very soft after washing. Disadvantages: The toothbrush is not easy to use, too hard and too big. My boyfriend went to the gym for a run. I didn't go in to see it. It should be pretty good. The swimming pool is very nice. There are sunscreen and ice water next to it. The key point is that the surrounding area of the swimming pool seems to be air-conditioned and shaded. It is different from the outdoor swimming pools of other hotels. Swimming at noon is still very relaxing~ Finally, praise my beloved breakfast. I am a vegetarian and like to eat raw food and green juice. This hotel perfectly exceeds my expectations. Breakfast green juice, vegetables soaked in olive oil, steamed vegetables, salads, etc. are all available, and bread It’s delicious, and the little yogurt cup is also delicious. Normal Thai food is cooked differently for you every day. It’s super authentic and delicious. Because the ingredients and seasoning are good, it’s much more delicious than Thai restaurants outside. In addition, the restaurant offers Thai food and Western food for lunch and dinner, which can be ordered a la carte, which is also very delicious. Next to it is the Warorot Market where you can visit during the day, and walk along the river at night to watch the sunset. There is also a Saiping restaurant with a high Google score by the river. The singer sings very well, and the Thai food is also authentic, but it is not as delicious as the hotel. There are also several great designer shops nearby to visit. There is a bar street at night, and there is also a yoga shop during the day~ Compared with the hotel on Manning Road and the Pigeon Wall, I love this place the most. It can be placed at the same level as dhard dhevi, another very Nalan-style hotel that closed down due to the epidemic. It is more cost-effective in terms of cost performance I haven't stayed in a heritage hotel before, so I don't really want to try it. I will definitely choose this hotel when I come to Chiang Mai in the future.

I came here just because of the reputation, and stayed for four nights in a row. After returning to China, I took a closer look. I should make a serious and responsible review, which can provide an objective review with reference value. First of all, it is indeed an online celebrity hotel, with exquisite scenery, smart garden planning, and many photo spots. If you don’t care about the budget, you can stay for one night. It’s meaningless to stay too much. Andana not far away is much more cost-effective . Secondly, the service is very average. The man who speaks Chinese is just for checking in. The male waiter at the front desk is very cold, and the hotel is very stingy. Except for the ice, everything else needs money. You can’t take away the worn slippers, otherwise you need to pay the bill. In fact, I don’t want to take it away. However, this kind of haggling, and the price is too high, I really feel conflicted in my heart. There is no customer service delivery service after nine o'clock in the evening, so bring your own instant noodles. Finally, regarding the price, the room is not big, and the area is large in the bathroom and balcony. In Chiang Mai, the price/performance ratio is not high. Looking at the house, I think it is small. I upgraded the suite on the spot for 6,000 yuan a day, and the price/performance ratio is really low. Compared with the four seasons, it is ok I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel, because I went to live in the Four Seasons Pool Villa later, the price was only a few hundred, but the scale, refinement, service, and rooms were very different. Therefore, from the perspective of affordability, it is not recommended to choose to stay. If you want to take pictures, you can go to a restaurant for a meal. If you have financial strength, it is recommended to suite, because the other bedrooms are a bit cramped. The point is, the breakfast is simple and not worth getting up early to eat. In addition, Ctrip has an advantage, the on-site upgrade is more than 100 more expensive than Ctrip, because the order cannot be modified, there is no way but to upgrade at the hotel price. Cleaning is not professional enough, and I saw insects when I went back to my room at night. I stayed in the Golden Triangle Tent Hotel, in the deep mountains and old forests, and there were no rooms. It can only be said that this is a local Thai brand, and there is a gap between it and the international five-star hotel. The Chinese service will only say hello, and only one of the three service requirements will be completed. The hotel's hardware investment is insufficient, and the rain shower room is not small, but the water is like teardrops, and it is uncomfortable to wash. It is proposed to repair, and the water output is a bit larger, but it should not be so small for low floors. In short, you can live there, just for a day or two. Men, please pay attention. There is a balcony and you can smoke.

Very good The four family members were very happy and stayed for three nights today. I am really reluctant to leave the huge yard swimming pool around 120. Throw the four bald boys into the swimming pool and drink tea in the adult house. They have their own way. The big kitchen can cook. The landlord is very good. Ctrip writes no early but in fact Some make appointments with the landlord every day for the opening of the meal, she will send someone to prepare in advance, and it is not repeated every day. It is suitable for friends and family trips.

It is a villa that is very suitable for family travel or calling friends for a holiday. The interior is simple and warm, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is well prepared. Thank you manager Kat, because we arrived very late, she waited for us to introduce the hotel facilities. Booked us a trip to the elephant camp during the day, very enthusiastic.

I am a regular visitor to Chiangmai and thought I should try out this new hotel in town. What a fabulous experience it was The room is very spacious and the hotel is decorated in a modern style, with plenty of Thai touches. The lighting is good and the mirrors in the room are great if you love a mirror selfie as much as I do. The club lounge, (known as the level) is one of the best I have experienced I loved the cocktails of the day especially the Chao Phraya one made with local rum, very delicious, and so much fun to have it made in front of us in a fabulous copper coloured shaker. The service in the club is excellent, the manager Taemasin is very charming and super helpful. He had so much passion for the hotel My only regret is that I did not get to dine in the Mai restaurant. I had seen some beautiful pictures of the food on instagram, and after I talked to Taemasin, who told me that the food is so much more special then the photos can show, I know that I will definitely be back.

Its rather noisy in the morning as my room is facing to the school, however trouist like us usually wake up early so no big deal. All snackssss/drinksss in the mini bar are free👍👍 includes cokes, beers, 6 bottles of water, lemon tea, chipsss, chocolate. 😅 😁 Afternoon tea by the pool is free too! A beautiful boutique hotel hidden in a quiet street. I like the location because you don’t get noise from the street. Chiangmai in General is not a big city, so wherever you stay it won’t be too far from where you want to go. Once you step into the hotel, you will be amazed by the entire environment. Beautiful pool, beautiful houses, and beautiful rooms. The service may be the best in Chiangmai. The girls at front desk are very friendly, professional, and attentive. Ms. Art speaks perfect English that makes our stay more enjoyable. Breakfast is delicious and varieties. The only thing needs to be addressed is the bed frame in the room. It is a wooden frame with sharp corners and mattress sit on top of the frame but not fully cover the corner of the frame. So be careful when moving around, otherwise it is easy to get hit on your legs. Overall, I love this hotel. I will definitely come back next time back to Chiangmai. You won’t be disappointed.

I came there with my family in December 2015. The view from our room was great (we booked 3 rooms) and the rooms were clean. This hotel is best for relaxation as the area is very quiet. Breakfast was delicious too, but they didn't specify the name of the food (it was a bit difficult for us to identify halal food). Another problem was that there were no restaurants or (similar to 7-11 convenience stores) shops nearby (the nearest restaurant takes 10-15 minutes to walk). Besides that, the overall experience was great.

We spent a few days in August in this hotel and the truth is that it was excellent value for money. The friendly and decisive staff. Location in the square of Chiang Mai, totally central. On the other hand, the room was cozy, and the pool, although logical because we are in Thailand in the north, there were a lot of mosquitoes, it was clean and the same as the room, cozy and clean. There is a kitten that is part of the hotel super funny We recommend it to spend a few days in Chiang Mai it meets the essential requirements of quality price location We would return for sure

Stopped here a few times, mainly because my Thai in-laws love the place, only because it is so close to the airport. Every visit something was wrong!! Not exactly the cheapest accommodation either. The toilet would not flush in one room, the taps at the bathroom sink turned with the handles in another room. We could not sleep because of the road noise (we were on the 5th floor!) in another room. The wi-fi was non-existent in one room. There was no hot water in another room. Every room the shower trays filled up with soapy water and was very slippery; dangerous in fact. The breakfast was OK for me, nothing flash. Toast, jam, juice, tea, coffee, milo, all the basics. Not real sure why people were climbing through the window to get here though. One lady I saw scraped all the brown off her toast, so that is was just white!!?? (Something to do with Thais believing that toast causes cancer I was told). Loved the sign beside the toaster that actually worked (the other one was broken on every visit and was just sitting there collecting dust). No cancer from that one! Words to this effect: ”Please do not put butter and jam on bread before placing in toaster.” At least the beer from reception 'fridge was cheaper than most shops. Nice and cold too. Gotta love it!

Stay again for sure Reserve a family room, a spacious room, a comfortable bed, 2 rubber pillows, open the door to see the pool view. It is a salt water pool, not very deep, so children can play. very like children The service personnel are good, friendly, there are services and facilities that are convenient and ready. The only disadvantage is that the entrance is quite narrow. Because coming to the Fortuner car, the entrance is very suitable for the car, there is a risk of scratching the car And if it's still a rather sharp curve But inside the hotel is very ok It's private, not loud at all. Needed a place in Chiang Mai for 4 nights. Didn't care about luxury but didn't want the cheapest place I could find either. Came across this on Agoda and thought it might be worth a try. It's 150 Baht ride from The Chiang Mai Airport. I arrived Check in Was quick and easy. The room is immaculate. Small but very clean. Great bed flat screen TV many many channels. The air condition is fantastic. It's a hostile but it also has. Individual rooms Which is what I booked. It's unbelievable value. 22.50 a night. They don't advertise free breakfast. But they have a common area just behind reception. With a big screen TV and it's got a full kitchen that everybody is welcome to use. If you clean up after yourself, they have all the utensils. They do have a small breakfast in the morning, which is free to everybody who stays here. Although they don't advertise. It waffles cereal coffee tea toast. Basic But very nice. They also have four or five bicycles that are available free of charge to use which is a tremendous perk. There are a couple of negatives but based on the value for money. I can work around them. Number one no room safe number two When you take the key card out when you leave the room the refrigerator also loses electricity. First I've seen this most hotels I've stayed at. Had the refrigerator socket wired to stay hot, even when the key card was out. And it would be nice if they had a chair. In the room nothing fancy just a basic chair. Should I find myself in Chiang Mai again? I will definitely use this hotel again. The staff here are very very friendly. From the reception to the room cleaners everyone always smiling willing to help out answer any questions. Making sure everybody has a nice day. I can't recommend this place enough.
