The facilities are a bit old, such as the light switch is not working. Overall it is good. The restaurant is good.

It's around the 400-500 range in China. The breakfast was good, though. The refrigerator in the room kept turning on every 20 minutes, which was annoying. In short, these 13 hotels in China were horrible compared to the one in China.

My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

Decided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

It is one of the few five-star hotels in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. It is located on the south ring road and is about 4 km from the hotel to the city center. From the hotel, you can easily reach the scenic spots such as Snow Mountain Park on the outskirts of the city. There are Chinese restaurants and hypermarkets not far from the hotel. Shopping and eating are very convenient.

Good hotel, polite staff. Appropriate for business trips

The lighting was relatively bright, and there were a large desk and plenty of electrical outlets, making it ideal for doing office work. It is connected to the neighboring Cafe-bar ”Lesnoy” from inside, so breakfast is served there. There is a wide variety of menu items and it is very delicious, but it starts at 7:30, so it may not be suitable for those who are up early in the morning. On the other hand, it is open until 1am, so it is convenient if you are going out late. It is close to shopping centers such as GUM, TSUMU, and Dordoi Plaza, so you will have no trouble finding something to eat or shop. Ala-Too Square is also within walking distance.

Nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast in a roof top restaurant - a good way to start the day. Location is in a quiet side street; taxi drivers sometimes struggle to find the hotel. A cafe is in the opposite building for a quick coffee before you start the day.

Overall very good and cost-effective. Pay attention to the breakfast time, you won’t be allowed in even one minute early

The second time I came to Bishkek, I stayed at the Sofia Chinese Hotel. I stayed here when I came last summer. It was good in all aspects. 👉The hotel is quite new, the single bed is quite spacious, and the bedding is comfortable, so I slept very well. The service is very good. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know Russian. The hotel has Chinese staff who know Mandarin. Of course, you can also use the translation to communicate with the local waiters. 👉There is free mineral water, tea and coffee. There is a restaurant downstairs. It is not far from the city center and it is very convenient to go everywhere.
