my wife and I visited the hotel during winter. It was not crowded and we were the only ones who had dinner at the hotel restaurant that night. The food is good. what i want to stress the most is that the view from my lakeview room is stunning. i believe it has the best view out of all the hotels in Bellagio given its location and altitude. With the room, view and service we got, it is safe to say it has the greatest value for money out all my 9-day stay in Italy.

Family hotel, looks very historic courtyard and pavilion, Wifi speed to force. The owner is an old gentleman. He is very enthusiastic and kind. Even though he has a sore knee, he personally takes us upstairs into the room to introduce every detail. The location is good and it takes only 2 minutes to walk to the pier. The hotel is conveniently located around the hotel and there are several delicious restaurants around.

This farm hotel is definitely recommended and likes everything about it. The room is spacious and bright, the breakfast is high value and tastes good. The hotel itself has a vegetable garden, and the tomatoes are picked and put on the breakfast table to pick up the ready meals. Stay here, take the hotel business card to visit the nearby Melchi Garden for free.

The apartment is in a great location, very beautiful, and the service is great. They sent a basket of food for breakfast, and there is a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The staff even let us use the swimming pool of another apartment building :)

This hotel is actually not a standard hotel, it is more accurate to say that the bed and breakfast. There are not many rooms in the hotel. Some of them are still being renovated. The whole building seems to be handed down from the store family, with a strong Italian style. The hotel facilities are not perfect, especially the shower, the water droplets from the sprinklers are ticking, the amount of water is very small, and all the items in the bathroom are relatively old; also, we are traveling in winter, the heating is not sufficient, and it is not very hot at night Two quilts are enough. The service is very unenthusiastic, and fresh bread croissants are limited at breakfast, one per person.

Me & my girlfriend stayed at the hotel for 3 nights from 12/09 - 15/09. We arrived 3 hours prior to the specified check in time (1400) but the polite receptionist was very welcoming and managed to check us in which was a bonus. The hotel itself is set around a 20 minute walk up a hill outside the hustle and bustle of Bellagio, so it is very tranquil & quiet. The rooms are extremely modern and very clean. The shower was perfect. Breakfast, as previously mentioned on other reviews is at a small bakery around a 5 minute stroll away & you can get beautiful pastry and a coffee/water! The views from the hotel balcony and the rooftop terrace are breathtaking! The staff at the hotel do everything they possibly can to accommodate your requests! The only thing I would say is that you have to be prepared to walk back to the hotel of an evening as we found nothing as such in the form of taxi’s! However, the hotel staff do endeavour to provide a shuttle service where possible! Overall, we had an amazing stay in Bellagio and the hotel itself, and would highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking to not pay the premium of stopping in the centre, but not compromising on the standard of a quality hotel!
