The environment and hygiene are good, and the food is very satisfying. However, when booking, I asked the hotel to prepare roses to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. I was disappointed when there was no reply.

After trekking Yangming Mountain, I went to the hot springs at Tien Lai Resort. There are 1 and 2 buildings, building 1 is an old building and building 2 is a new building. We made a reservation for a slightly cheaper room and stayed in building 1. The staff were really friendly. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot to eat. I booked a room with dinner included, but they said the dinner buffet is only available on weekends. Weekday dinners are just a set menu. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't a dinner buffet. The hot springs are also great.

Location is convenient and directly opposite linkou’s train station. Minimal lugging of luggage and mostly flat terrain which is great news for travelers. Price is definitely reasonable considering the size of room and location. Mins walk to one of their outlet malls though I would recommend Gloria outlets instead. Loved their room and the cleanliness of it too. Would suggest and consider them again if I ever stay around taoyuan again. Staff was friendly too and approachable so do ask them for food and places of interest or even to book cabs from their hotels. Breakfast spread was pretty decent too!

The room is very large and spacious, and the two adults and two children can live comfortably. The ocean hot spring area is very clean and comfortable. The service from the hotel staff was great. We checked in at 3 o'clock, but we arrived at 2 o'clock and were waiting in the lobby. We were wandering around where we wanted to go first, but we had a lot of luggage and it was not convenient to carry it with us. As a result, the service staff immediately took the initiative. Ask if you have the room card. If not, you can check in at the counter. You can go to the room in advance to put your luggage, which is great! It is very close to Fulong Beach. It is very convenient to take your children to the beach to play in the water and sand. After playing, you can take them back to the hotel to freshen up, which is great!

Seeing the sunset scenery is so beautiful and satisfying. There are also many parent-child amusement facilities, and they are already decorated for Christmas, great! The pretty lady at the front desk took the initiative to send me a postcard this morning, thank you! The performer in the cafe also nodded to me before leaving, which felt very warm! Breakfast is also very good! Comfortable walking at night! Thank you for hospitality!

The cleanliness is great, the room is very spacious, and the service is very considerate. All facilities have toilet facilities, which is great. But the bed board is really hard, and the softest place in the house is the sofa! ! ! It makes me want to sleep on the sofa! ! (Maybe this hotel is usually a suitable place for retirement) Young people come and take a bath in the hot springs and then leave, hahaha Breakfast is delivered to the room! The taste is just normal, don’t expect anything else! ! !

The facilities are good. The public soup here is only available for those aged 12 and above. It is the best soup. Family travelers should be careful, but the water quality here is super good.

Room is spacious with luxurious vibe, convenience store is nearby and walkable distance to the train station with HSR/TRA/MRT. Staff was helpful and friendly with hassle free check in/out. Nice swimming pool on the roof with good view of taipei from the top. Definitely will come back to Hilton again for next visit.

Staying in the family room, in addition to the slides that children love, there are also tents, legos, and books. Basically, children don't need to worry about it as soon as they enter the room. If you wear a swimsuit to soak in the hot springs, you can go with the whole family.

The flat parking lot behind the hotel would be even better if it was covered. The basement parking lot has a poor moving line, and no one is directing. After going down, I found that I couldn't return the car after the full space. I hope to improve it. Since the parking space in the basement is too small, it is recommended to only use the locomotive. The room is oversized, the hot spring space in the room is very comfortable, the scenery is great and private. The outdoor spa is very healing, but the shower dressing room is not very good, it is recommended that you wear a swimsuit in the room. Food is acceptable.
