We really enjoyed our stay. The service, food & venue were excellent. Thoughtful little spa gifts on our bed. All the staff were extremely friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Spa treatments were superb. If we had to be really picky then the spa bubbles in the shallow end of the swimming pool was far too cold to enjoy & it's a bit of a shame that there isn't more space around the edge of the pool to have the beds facing the pool, but that's being really picky. We had a fabulous time & will be booking again for next year.

We stayed at BB for 2 nights as part of the Girls Night In package. And it was absolutely excellent, the cherry on the cake being the service provided by Ryan, the restaurant manager. He was such an enthusiastic and welcoming guy, and went to great efforts to make the stay memorable. For the last four years we have stayed in another similar hotel on the outskirts of Norwich, but BB is definitely now our hotel of choice and we’ll definitely be returning next year!

I cannot understand the negative remarks regarding this hotel, I very much enjoyed my 4 night stay in this imposing hotel. Bedroom attractively decorated and, the Hotel Grail for solo travellers, a king size bed with a sparkling clean modern en-suite. All staff were extremely helpful and approachable, and if you needed extra coffee, etc reception would readily refill immediately. Food throughout was well cooked with some interesting items not usually found on mass catering menus. Given that while i was there, there were 3 coach parties and 2/3 conferences the kitchen deserves a medal Only problem was the dining room at breakfast which is an extremely well stocked buffet, so much choice. I have arthritis and walk with a stick and unfortunately there were stairs between the food and allocated seating area which I negotiated awkwardly with one hand on bannister and stick in other hand. No hands for food. Ladies serving coffee kindly came to my rescue, but it would have been so much easier and less embarrassing for me if a table on the same level as the food had been allocated. My thanks to all staff.

Beautiful hotel & grounds, lovely setting, porter Paul brilliant really helpful. Food menu same every night, limited choice (hardly any vegetarian/carb free meals) chips with virtually everything, no fresh vegetables, very small portions & dry, sauces charged as extra, overpriced nothing special food, very expensive drinks. Rooms not services under 3 days, only 2 teabags, no biscuits, water, teaspoon missing, water & limescale left in kettle, bulbs gone, insufficient toiletries. Generally lack of attention to detail, very slow forgetful staff.

Reviews From Real Travelers
The host & staff were very polite and engaging. Parking was restricted to small cars, but on street parking was freely available in front of the hotel. I had visited the bar on previous visits to Snetterton Circuit, which was a traditional style of 1970's decor, which I liked. The breakfast was excellent value, with quality items one step up from the high streel economy hotel brands. Plenty of it, with a decent selection of options. The cost of £80 per night for my wife & I was reasonable for a one off stay, but the room was only just wide enough to house the double bed, but had a desk with draws for a few clothes. The bed was comfortable and the pillows sumptuous and clean, but there were a few negatives my wife said I should mention. Now I dont want to sound like a hotel inspector, but the following were obvious oversights.T he first was that the heating was on 24/7 an unable to be controlled in the room, so we had the windows open all the time we were in the room. The outside temperature was about 15 degrees, but using my phone app, the inside more like 25 degrees with the windows shut. The walls were originally decorated with white art ex plaster, which had become stained over its life and the groove in the plaster were dust traps meaning that the cornice areas were full of cobwebs. The paint scheme was in ned of a good clean and make over and the carpet started going threadbare on the stairs from the bar. The toilet needed cleaning round the hinge are of the seat as it was brown and stained. The shower needed a service, as the water control valve was very stiff to operate and the heat control was locked into the 35+ range and could not be switched off. We have a similar shower at home so it was not operator error, probably just scaled up. For me it was acceptable, as I have stayed in much worse, but with a little more due diligence, it should have been a 4* review, never going to get 5* due to the type and age of the property, location and cost. I would not deter anyone staying for a short break, as the host is a nice chap, but any longer than a night or two and the negatives i mentioned above, would annoy me. I hope this gives you an honest overview of our experience. I would probably stay again, as it is convenient for my wife & i to support our son at a Snetterton race weekend.

The hotel is located in the east of the UK, in a town in north-east London, the town is called Attleborough. The hotel is located in the center of the town. The first floor is a tavern. There are several rooms on the second floor. There are two supermarkets near the hotel. It is very convenient to buy things. The hotel's own parking lot is too small, the car can park four or five cars, and the entry and exit are the limit. If you park in the nearby central parking lot, it takes three or four minutes to walk, but it needs to be charged. Moreover, I parked for one night and even crossed a long road at the door. I don't know if there is an alcoholic. The hotel staff is very simple, the room is very comfortable, and the church is outside the window.

I had an early morning appointment in Wymondham so decided to drive up the day before and stay the night. I booked a room at The Townhouse and it was just what I needed. I received a very warm welcome, and the room was spotless and well-equipped. The tea tray was very well-stocked. Yes, the bathroom could do with updating but it was sparklingly clean - absolutely no mould, mildew or limescale - and I had a lovely hot shower. There was no breakfast but that suited me, and the provision of bananas and cereal bars was perfect for my busy morning. There were cafes in walking distance so breakfast wouldn't have been a problem. There were also lots of places to eat dinner (I grabbed a Domino's - less than 5 minutes' walk). If you need somewhere to stay in Wymondham, give this place a call.

A great place to stay right in the centre of Wymondham. Full of old charm and character. Wonderfully helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. A quick walk to all local cafés, shops and pubs. Has its own car park. Absolutely love the place. I’ll be back in a couple of weeks. The Thai restaurant in the same building was top notch too.
