The room itself was generally good. However, the lighting system was a bit odd, particularly the bathroom light which couldn't be controlled independently. On the other hand, the room's cleanliness and housekeeping were excellent. The location was also great, very convenient for reaching the pier. While the breakfast selection wasn't vast, it was perfectly sufficient. A really nice touch was that they even gave us two bags of fruit and snacks when they found out we were going to the island. Overall, the service was superb.

Every time I visit Perth for a business trip, I choose to stay here. The hotel facilities and services are of high quality, the environment is very clean, and the front desk staff are exceptionally friendly. From the window, you can admire the Swan River, and it's easy to go downstairs for a walk along its banks. The breakfast spread is fantastic, and there's a great bar at the pier downstairs. It's also super convenient for a city walk. The bar on the 18th floor has an amazing design; you can enjoy it indoors on rainy days and outdoors on sunny days, sipping drinks while taking in panoramic views of the Swan River from above – it's truly wonderful. Plus, the value for money at this hotel is absolutely unbeatable!

Cons: The TV doesn’t have Netflix or YouTube etc. There’s only one cartoon channel to keep the kids entertained. The bathtub area does not have shower head. Only a low-height tap so u need to walk over to the shower area to rinse the soap off. Pros: room is quiet even though we stay at level one. There r 2 washers and 2 dryers free for guests to use. The beds have wheels so I can easily roll one of the beds to be against the wall, since my toddler tends to fall off the bed when sleeping.

All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and classy. I love the beautiful interior colour and design, sofa and bed. Both the sofa and bed were very comfortable. It is very comfortable to sit on the sofa and have the food which was delivered by the in room dining service. Both the room and the toilet are very spacious and luxurious. Toilet interior is very classy with the marble finishing. I love Pan Pacific's Jo Love's Mango Thai Lime toiletries (body lotion, body wash and hand wash). I have to admit that I fell in love with the smell. It was so rejuvenating whenever I smelled it . Pan Pacific Perth's Hainanese Chicken Rice and Red Snapper dishes were so tasty. Overall, my stay in Pan Pacific Perth was a very comfortable and memorable one. I will stay in Pan Pacific Perth next time. I would like to thank the hotel for creating a very pleasant memory for me.

The hotel environment is very good, close to King's Park and the famous Blue House. I booked a parking space from the hotel for 25 a day, which is very convenient. The room facing the sea is very comfortable, the facilities are relatively new and modern, and there is Chinese service, which is very satisfactory. I only regret that I left a bottle of isolation milk 😢

This hotel is ideally located for exploring Perth. It’s close to many restaurants and within walking distance of London Street and Barrack Street Jetty, where you can catch a boat to Rottnest Island. The free Perth CAT buses nearby make getting around easy. Facilities are reliable and well-kept, offering everything you need. The standout is the service—staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is unbeatable for accessing Perth’s attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, excellent service, and prime location. Perfect for tourists and business travelers alike!

This place is fabulous. The only reasons for slightly lower points on amenities are as yet there isn’t an afternoon or evening dining option and the location is at the far end of Adelaide terrace .. which isn’t bad .. just not a lot going on that end at the moment. However it is easy walking distance to east Perth which is good. Also fine for central city shopping .. around a 15 minute walk. I think as more is added in that location it will be even more fabulous. Rooms are very smart and well maintained.

Being around a university means slower and younger vibes. Love the area since we were there for a night on a weekend. The room was huge and everything is good. Love the balcony for sure. It didn’t come with toiletries, not sure if it can be requested. Cleanliness wise, a bit upset that we found an underwear (not sure used or not), at the back of the sofa… Disturbing but negligible. Also they have a rooftop area but doesn’t seem to be accessible…

On Saturday, October 25th, my aunty made three room reservations via Qunar.com for a group of four adults. However, on the morning of our stay, she realized that she had mistakenly booked my room for a later date instead of the same night as the others. According to the booking policy, the reservation was non-refundable. When we arrived at the hotel and explained the situation to Matayus, he was incredibly kind and professional. He comforted us, communicated with Qunar, and successfully arranged for the cancellation fee to be refunded. His passion, empathy, and smooth communication skills truly stood out. The hotel is fortunate to have such a dedicated staff member, which also reflects the high standards the hotel sets for its team. I would strongly recommend this hotel—not only for its convenient location (just 20 minutes from the airport), but also for its excellent facilities. There’s a lovely Italian restaurant just a 2-minute walk away, and a cozy coffee booth within 5 minutes. The hotel also has a bar, which we unfortunately didn’t have time to enjoy during our one-night stay. Thanks to Matayus, our day was made, and we completed our Perth trip with joy and gratitude.
