I’ll give you a fair assessment of our trip having returned from a week away with my wife and two children (16).  Firstly the hotel is of a good standard - not 5 star in my opinion (probably 3/4) having stayed in Turkey on a number of other occasions.  The location is marred by the surrendering area which is “scruffy”. It’s a 5 minute courtesy bus to the beach which is OK and provides decent snack food. Side is about a 20 minute walk and is a must to see the spectacular ruins. The main restaurant is mediocre at best - the food is although varied with plenty of choice, unfortunately the not warm. The outside grill area is okay with a few choices - chicken, burgers, steak etc but again not warm at all. The pool area is nice however the water was extremely cold (might be warmer in July or August). The water slides were good and the pool snack bar offered the best choice of food - fresh and hot!! The drinks were again pretty standard - no fancy cocktails unless you paid extra for this at the vitamin bar around €6 for a frozen strawberry dac.  All in all a pleasant stay - rooms are of a good standard, entertainment was pretty non existent and all the staff were friendly and polite (Mermet especially in the lobby bar!).

Хорошо обустроенный стильный пляж. Из минусов рядом находится шумный отель у которого клубная зона прям перед окнами. В первый день когда мы приехали там была музыка до 1.30 ночи. Мы не выспались ночь до этого из-за перелета и хотелось пораньше лечь спать. Но уснуть не удавалось, музыка играла очень громко. На просьбу переселить в более тихий номер на ресепшене сказали что отель забит полностью, продано больше номеров чем есть и переселить не могут. На следующий день на ресепшене тоже сказали что переселить не могут - все занято. Кроме того ни один бассейн не подогревается, хотя по прогнозу обещали ближайшие дни 19 градусов. Шоу в отеле интересные, есть большой экран и огромные колонки. Но басы в них играют очень громко, как в клубе. Моя жена беременна ей вредно находиться в таком шумном месте и купаться в не подогреваемых бассейнах и мы попросили, выселиться из отеля пораньше на несколько дней пораньше. Чтобы переехать в более тихий отель и с подогреваемыми бассейнами. На ресепшене сказали что с этими вопросами обращаться в трип ком. Я написал туда, сервис сразу же включился в решение вопроса. Но отель им не отвечал 2 суток. По прошествии которых отель сообщил в сервис что отказывает в запросе. К трип.кому вопросов нет, они все время были на связи и дали от себя компенсацию. Но к отелю в этом плане большие вопросы. Только на 4ый день проживания нам предложили альтернативный вариант номера, но он оказался с видом на водную горку, хотя мы изначально оплачивали более дорогой с видом на море, который оказался очень шумный. Компенсировать разницу в номерах отель так же отказался.

The hardware facilities are impeccable, three meals a day, just eat! Downstairs there is a swimming pool, a water park, and its own private beach, the rooms are clean and tidy. However, the five-star hotel, the front desk attendant basically couldn't understand English, which caused me a lot of trouble, and actually tore my Turkish e-printed print file from the passport. I originally stayed for two consecutive nights. After returning to the room the next afternoon, I found that I could not open the door. The original quilt was very thin. I asked for a thick quilt on the way forward and told the front desk in various ways. The final result was to stack the quilt. Heart shaped. . . Overall, not very satisfied.

Все понравилось. Бронировали самостоятельно, поэтому при заселение попросили распечатанный ваучер на турецком языке и забрали его. Замечательное питание, богатый шведский стол. Большой номер, у нашего номера окно и балкон выходили вплотную на окна соседнего отеля, но для нас это было не важно, может для кого-то это будет критично. Мы были на арендованном авто, поэтому месторасположение отеля не влияло, а так наверно не удобно, так как до Сиде надо добираться на автобусе. До моря тоже идти пешком по ухоженной дорожке, для тех кто не любит ходить пешком, курсирует шаттл. Убираются в номерах странно, когда захотят, могут заглянуть и уйти, не забрав мусор, так не поняла их систему уборки. На руку крепят браслет, и на входе охранник прям кидается, смотрит браслет, слегка нервирует его поведение. Есть два бассейна, очень красивых, проводятся мероприятия.

Breakfast is rich, there is a parking lot, it is a parent-child hotel, with a place to play with the baby. The children are fully equipped and have a wide variety of meals. There is also a Western food, you can eat Western food and drinks all day, value for money, it is recommended to stay for at least three days, a completely relaxing holiday! In addition to our one Chinese tourists, the rest have Russian, European and American tourists. It’s awkward to play with, it’s a family with children, and a leisure vacation. This resort was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. Every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor—honestly, everything was spot on. What really made the visit special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout the entire meal. Their service elevated the whole experience. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the entertainment team. While everything else was excellent, the entertainment didn’t quite match the same high standard as the rest of the experience. Overall, a wonderful place that I’d happily recommend and return to!

Quiet hotel, animation on the beach, a 10-minute walk from the hotel to Revy’s singing, a sharp water inlet, no soles of feet 2 meters from the shore, no free sunbeds, 90% broken or even insufficient food regulations4, It can be seen that the hotel used to be very good, but in a hurry and covid repairs (staff on the beach, animators, towels and sunbeds are kept) killed the desire to come here again. We made a good discount, so the price/quality ratio is very satisfactory.
