I was very disappointed with customer service. I have sent email requesting early Check In but no one bothered to respond back.
During check in, full payment was made but during check out they charged me again for accommodation as they don’t have record that I have made payment. They took so long to verify that.

We did have problem during check in as they couldn’t locate booking but after a while they did allocate 2 adjacent hill view rooms for us.
