This was our 1st stay in the resort and it turned out to an interesting & awesome experience! We checked-in on 11th of March & checked-out on 13th of March. I booked a 2-single bed room but the hotel given us a king bed room at the upper floor. After talking to the front desk. I was told only king bed room was available. However, my wife didn't have a good night sleep as she was having light sleep, so easily waken-up due to noise & movement. The upper floor somehow was noisy due to the traffic outside the hotel. We have no choice but to feedback to the hotel manager on the 2nd day. The manager Ms Su was kind enough and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite on the ground floor, with 2 single beds & a king bed. That made our 2nd night slept peacefully. Thanks Ms Su of her attentiveness. The morning breakfast was a ala carte menu of Malaysian & western cuisine. Not a fantastic food but the service given by the professional F&B staffs made the experience so pleasant! Sincere thanks to F&B supervisor Santhosh & staff Myint of their attentive service.

At first they provided 2 single bed room instead of my booking with 2 queens bed. The hotel said based on the rates it was single beds room. The booking of the hotel breakfast is not clear end up is not buffet but 2 sets meal. The big breakfast set was kinda lousy as the scramble egg was too salty.

The apartment is spacious and well-suited for families or small groups, offering three separate bedrooms, a living area, and basic kitchen amenities. Its location is convenient, directly above a shopping arcade with eateries, a convenience store, and tourist attractions like the butterfly garden nearby. Overall, our stay was comfortable, though there are areas for improvement. Cleanliness was average, and some furnishings showed signs of wear. The unit could benefit from better maintenance, particularly in the bathrooms. Noise from the surrounding area can also be heard in the evenings. However, the view from the balcony and the cool mountain air made up for it. It’s a decent, no-frills option for travelers looking for space and accessibility without expecting luxury.

The room is located on the 1st floor. There is no lift to the room, thus you need to carry your own luggage bag walking up the staircase. The highest floor is 2nd floor (3rd level). The room is spacious. There is a balcony and living room is with 3+1 couch. There is only a rain shower and no handheld shower jet. This makes shower not as convenient as if there have both. Overall a good choice for a holiday in Cameron Highlands.

I’ve been to Cameron Highlands many times, and every time my family would complain about the room cleanliness. But this was honestly the best homestay we’ve stayed in so far! Even though it was just for one night, we felt super comfortable. The rooms were really clean and tidy, which made a big difference. We really enjoyed our stay! We could even see the sunrise in the morning, and it was absolutely beautiful. It made the whole experience even more special.

Near roadside and mosque, noisy, can’t sleep well at night Old hotel, old carpet, shower may a problem, water not hot enough in cold weather.
