This was our 1st stay in the resort and it turned out to an interesting & awesome experience! We checked-in on 11th of March & checked-out on 13th of March. I booked a 2-single bed room but the hotel given us a king bed room at the upper floor. After talking to the front desk. I was told only king bed room was available. However, my wife didn't have a good night sleep as she was having light sleep, so easily waken-up due to noise & movement. The upper floor somehow was noisy due to the traffic outside the hotel. We have no choice but to feedback to the hotel manager on the 2nd day. The manager Ms Su was kind enough and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite on the ground floor, with 2 single beds & a king bed. That made our 2nd night slept peacefully. Thanks Ms Su of her attentiveness. The morning breakfast was a ala carte menu of Malaysian & western cuisine. Not a fantastic food but the service given by the professional F&B staffs made the experience so pleasant! Sincere thanks to F&B supervisor Santhosh & staff Myint of their attentive service.

The hotel’s location is very strategic, especially for visitors who want easy access to Kea Farm and other nearby attractions. For guests staying in the house units, parking is much better as it is available directly in front of the room, making it very convenient. The check-in process was fair, with a reasonable waiting time, while the checkout experience was smooth and efficient. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The amenities provided could be enhanced to offer a better guest experience. Room cleanliness also requires more attention, as housekeeping standards should be improved to ensure guests enjoy a more comfortable and pleasant stay. Overall, Copthorne Cameron Highlands offers a great location and convenient parking options, but improvements in amenities and room cleanliness would significantly enhance the overall stay experience.

It’s pretty well located: near Brinchang, quite close to attractions like Kea Farm, tea plantations, markets, and scenic areas. The hotel is also linked or very near a mall/shopping arcade, convenience stores are just a short walk. That can be very helpful with children. Noise from outside or from adjacent rooms/apartments can be bothersome, but is fine since we come here for outing and attractions. Finally the traffic outside is too congested, not the hotels fault but too many visitors come to cameron highlands nowaday, it's an hour drive from one place to another within short distance.

The room is spacious. There is a balcony and living room is with 3+1 couch. There is only a rain shower and no handheld shower jet. This makes shower not as convenient as if there have both. Overall a good choice for a holiday in Cameron Highlands.

The air quality is excellent, and having trash cans everywhere is a great plus. Ample parking space is also provided. For checkout, the host inspected the room and refunded our deposit on the spot. However, there are several issues: • Deposit & Lift: Paid RM200 deposit with no receipt. The lift is extremely slow; it only goes up from the ground floor and ignores buttons pressed from upper floors. • Cleanliness: The sofa and uncovered, smelly duvet caused skin and nose itchiness. The carpet felt sticky. • Facilities: The hair dryer was broken, and the table fan was faulty. Suggest to provide Indoor and anti-slip toilet slippers. • Pests: There are mosquitoes. Visitors should bring mosquito repellent.
