When we booked our room (for 3 nights), we specified two adults and a 12-year-old child. However, when we checked in, reception asked us for a child surcharge of $585 instead of the stated $204. We were told we should have booked the room for three adults!!! This is specific to this hotel; we didn't know; it wasn't stated anywhere. But why three adults when we always indicate we have a child and select their age in the system? We ended up paying $360. Trip.com refunded the difference, $156, to our account. Incidentally, the operator responded quickly (we called directly from the app) and tried their best to help resolve the issue. We booked four hotels in Sharm, and this was the only one with an error with the age. Due to a glitch in the software, the hotel also made concessions. Mostafa Adel, the manager at reception, discounted the child's surcharge of $225 for all three days (we still had to pay the adult rate). We were given a luxurious two-room suite with a huge bathroom and walk-in closet. The hotel is very beautiful, with lots of greenery. The food is the same every day for some reason. But there is always fish, delicious and fresh – fillets, whole fish, cold-smoked. Ice cream, lollipops, popcorn. One of the restaurants serves delicious Turkish sweets every day, as well as a large selection of pastries and cakes. We went to the sea; it's a 10-minute walk to the Albatros Aqua Blue beach, as well as the bus (runs once an hour). There's a foam party for kids there. The hotel has plenty of entertainment: a water park, a heated wave pool, water cars, gondola rides, boat rides, bike rides, bumper cars, and a VR room. In the evening, during dinner, there's live entertainment near the main restaurant. There's also a mini-disco, an evening show featuring Mr. and Miss Hotel guests, belly dancing, and tanoura (a male dance in colorful sun skirts). We walked to the Old Town and Farsha Cafe; everything is very close. Entrance to the water slides at the neighboring hotel is from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Attention:
It's called Jaz Mirabel Resort, but this consists of Park, Club and Beach.
The price was the same whether we booked Club or Beach Standard Room, but with Standard Beach Room you are closer to the sea and can use the adults only area. If you pay the same amount, you don't get access to the adults only area at the Club and you have to walk at least 800 meters to the beach. I think that's a rip-off for the same price, especially since you can't find this out anywhere.
In addition, the jetty for snorkeling was only open from 3 or 4 p.m. and closed again at 6 p.m. You book a beach holiday for snorkeling and can go snorkeling for exactly 2 hours a day on the hotel's own reef.
Food:
Varied, especially lots of desserts. We liked the BBQ area (fish or meat). Drinks took at least 15 minutes and were only served in small glasses with the meal, so we had to keep ordering again. We could sit outside, but the tables were never set and we had to find staff or cutlery first.
Bar:
The beach bar was a disaster, far too many people (from three hotels) for 1-3 people. No self-service soft drinks and the vending machine at the snack restaurant didn't work. If you go to the beach in the morning you don't even have water until 10:00.
In the evening there was only the lobby bar, everything was overcrowded and there were long waits for drinks, even though the hotel was far from fully booked. Unimaginable when you consider that many more guests could come!
Drinks, well, okay
Snack restaurant: There was one on the beach and one on the opposite side. Both served exactly the same thing. And clearly only junk food (fried food and bread)! What is the logic of two identical snack bars next to each other with the same offer? Why not another grill restaurant or one international and one Egyptian / Arabic / North African? Junk food, no thanks!
Room: Everything worked, cleaning was OK, nothing special.
After 4 days we changed hotels because it was OK for a short stay but it would have been really boring if we had stayed longer, especially if you were planning on snorkeling and swimming!FromBRL 1,175

This is the best of the cheap hotels where we were in Egypt. The most important plus is a chic choice in the buffet, especially seafood: crabs, medieval, shrimp, 4-5 fish species. However, the crabs ended very quickly, late at the beginning of the dinner was not enough. And sometimes the fish was cooked very delicious, and sometimes bad - that dry, that overheated. Once every 3 days gave a strawberry, the rest of the fruit - guava, phinica, oranges, bananas - without limits. Very liked the mango cake on breakfast. The cakes were unpleasant for me, but it is not critical at all.
The beach was taken to Charmillion Sea Life, there is a huge area and lots of places on the beach, but the snorkeling pier was one, and was only opened after lunch because of strong waves. The rife is good, but because of the waves and flows, everyone is only swimming along the rope. It was nice that the staff of the hotel fixed the problems: The destroyed part of the pier is repaired, and on the volleyball platform, after several players scratched - added enough sand.
The biggest minus, as in other hotels, was that we were settled near the restaurant, and once I was prevented from sleeping loud music until 23:00.FromBRL 714

Excellent hotel, stayed for several days. The food is good, there are entertainers, and various activities are held throughout the day. There is a separate playground for children. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They clean well, the room is clean. I recommend the paid shuttle service with the Fanar reefs. The shuttle runs frequently and regularly, four times a day, and the ride is 5 minutes. A taxi is $1. The nearby beach with a reef is free, but there are no toilets or showers, and the sun loungers are located very close to each other.FromBRL 216

First of all, the hotel is very clean, the sea and the pools are incredibly beautiful. You see all kinds of fish in the sea. There are hot pools for children. They are very good at cleaning. I think the restaurants are sufficient, you can find something to eat and drink. I would like to thank Mohammed Ali, Ahmed Yahia and Ahmed Essam who work at the restaurant. They took special care of us every day. The Animation Team is an excellent, very friendly team.
I also thank them.

Highly recommended this hotel. When you check in they will give you a bracelet and you have to wear it till you check out. Breakfast is included for all guests, however they have a special “all inclusive packages” for some guests with different prices which i couldn’t find in trip.com. Lunch buffet is 560 EGP, dinner buffet is 750 EGP. If you want to eat outside I would recommend Al Hariri restaurant with 15mins walking distance. The first day when I arrived i ordered room services which comes to a surprise because it was a huge portion! Super worth it. Water heater works well but have to turn on for 5mins before it gets warm. HOWEVER, I wanted to buy ice cream at the pool bar but the staff charge me 100 EGP but when my friend bought it they only charge her 40 EGP. It was exactly the same ice cream…I guess in Egypt they could open any price they want, they will charge you for air too if they want…FromBRL 253

Hotel in the Hadaba area. Good reef. Average food, not all dishes are good and always uneaten for lunch turns into a new dish for dinner. However, in general you will not go hungry. Old rooms, vintage furniture, a bathtub repainted several times, but everything will be clean. There is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. There are no slippers, robes, toothbrushes and toothpaste. But the Mango Market is a 10-minute walk away.
In the lobby at the reception there is an ATM where you can exchange dollars and euros for Egyptian pounds at a good bank rate. Next to the ATM is a taxi and transfer desk - to the Old Market $ 3, to the airport $ 15 per car.
Large, green, blooming and well-kept territory.
Excellent attitude of the staff and a clean sea pull the hotel to a confident 4 *. But nothing more.

A wonderful vacation with incredible service!
We stayed for a week, and it wasn't enough.
Room. We stayed in two rooms in different buildings, buildings 2 and 4, and both were in good condition. There were a few minor issues, like a crack in the wall, but that's nothing special. The room was cleaned daily, and they cleaned it well, bringing water and clean towels every day.
Grounds. They're constantly cleaning, painting, tidying, and mowing, so the grounds are perfect, clean, and well-maintained. There's plenty of room to walk, incredible palm trees, and lighting.
The sea. It's beyond praise, with a perfect, gently sloping entrance, perfect for children, coral and incredible fish nearby. The staff cleaned the beach every evening, leaving no cigarette butts or dirt behind. Even at low tide, the water is right off the shore, and you can swim perfectly.
Food. Excellent! Our first lunch was crab. The food was delicious and varied. There are a lot of Italians at the hotel, which is the main indicator that the food is top-notch. There's always meat, fish, and seafood, plenty of fruit, and surprisingly delicious desserts. We didn't have a single case of food poisoning or any upset stomach throughout our entire vacation, and everyone felt fine (there were five of us).
Entertainment. We don't have children, so I can't comment on the children's section, but the kids were happy. The entertainment is unobtrusive; no one forces you to dance or participate in competitions, but there are plenty of activities, including Zumba, yoga, aerobics, pool parties on the beach, a fire show, evening shows in the amphitheater, Mr. and Mrs. Hotel contests, and karaoke. The entertainers are very pleasant and charismatic. Younger guests can also enjoy a club with entertainment staff.
Staff Every single staff member was wonderful to us, from the cleaners to the cooks, they were simply super kind, always smiling, somehow magically remembering guests and understanding their preferences. The waiters were simply incredible, bringing everything quickly and working constantly. The restaurant was in perfect condition.
Overall, I recommend this hotel to everyone. We loved everything, we'll definitely be back, and we left with tears in our eyes.FromBRL 534

Location is weird, doesn't feel like there's too much local. I was here for only the 2 days. Cannot fault the cleanliness or the facilities. The service was a little frustrating, having to pay extra to get access to my room earlier, then of course knowing that the room is already ready for me. Еле нашли ресепшен, нет указателей никаких. Из главного входа до конца направо, потом налево. Заселили не в 14.00, а в 11.00 без доплаты. Довезли на голфкаре до номера. Красивая ухоженная территория. Деревья, цветы разные. На территории очень много котиков 🤗. В основном местные здесь отдыхают. Русских тоже видели, не поняла через Trip.com или через туроператоров заселяют сюда. До моря трансфера нет, только такси у отеля или через InDrive за свой счет. Проживали без питания. Брали на сутки -2686 рублей за 3 взрослых. Есть проживание с питанием, но, тут почему-то только проживание нам было предложено. Номера, конечно, старые. Прибраны не очень хорошо. Поэтому сюда приходили только поспать, находиться там не хотелось. В номере кухня с плитой и 2 комнаты - в одной спальня, в другой телевизор, диван и столик.
