First,I was upset, because of confusion with the room size) but then, the trip.com customer service solved the issue fast! The hotel's free of charge offers like laundry or scanner, steam iron were just a nice surprise! As I travelled alots and such service is chargeable in most of the hotels around the world! Quite,relaxing atmosphere! The stay was pleasant,the weather was wonderful,the people in Korea are very friendly and helpful!

The location is not bad because it is near Anyang Station. Cleaning requires requests. The parking lot is not big but it is not a problem.
