I think this is the best hotel in Johannesburg. I would say the Saxon far superior than the four seasons west cliff as the service and attention to detail by staff is top of the line? The restaurant is amazing. I would personally like to thank Sabelo Ngubeni for his amazing service during my visit to SA.

The hotel environment is beautiful. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant once before, and I wanted to experience it once. The location of the restaurant is great, the view is expansive, the autumn scenery is beautiful, and the meal is also very good. The room is spacious and comfortable. The room I booked has two balconies with beautiful views on both sides. The attitude of the service staff is very good, and the service is very considerate and meticulous. Very recommended to stay.

Our stay at The Peech was more than just a comfortable stopover; it was the perfect launchpad for our beach-hopping adventure (we were headed to Mozambique Southern Beaches so we had to fly into Vilankulos via Johannesburg for a night) and whether you're flying via Joburg (like us) or seeking a tranquil escape, this gem of a hotel offers everything you need and more. The spacious and tastefully decorated rooms provided a sanctuary after a day of exploration ( read shopping 😊). The room and bathroom was a luxurious haven, adding to the overall ambiance of relaxation and comfort. Yet, what truly sets The Peech apart is its exceptional staff. Their warmth and thoughtfulness were evident in every interaction, as they anticipated our every need with care and attention to detail, from Ben, our lovely driver upon arrival, to the porter on our departure. Each member of the team seemed to embody the ethos of hospitality, making us feel not just like guests, but like valued friends. In conclusion, The Peech isn't just a hotel; it's a destination in itself—a place where comfort, culinary delights (our dinner was a mouth watering rumps steak grilled to perfection), and amazing service meet to create an experience that stays with you long after check-out.

Set in the beautiful waterfall equestrian estate, a five-star destination, Riboville boutique hotel, flaunting a picturesque castellan barn architecture, overlooking the greenest polo field, makes for a scenic spot to enjoy a sundowner just before delighting your palate with a delicious meal prepared by their uber talented chef. I opted for the springbok carpaccio roses as a starter and the duck as a main, and the flavours and textures were perfection. Mike ordered the sushi, which was so fresh and delicious, it melted in your mouth. Dessert, was too good to turn down, every calorie Riboville goes beyond being just a restaurant and boutique hotel, as they provide a glimpse into the quintessential lifestyle, boasting an exclusive range of premium local and international wine collections, and leaving you in the very capable hands of Brian, their sommelier, who is there to guide you when looking for the perfect wine to pair with your meal. And if you have a keen eye for art, the Riboville Art Gallery exhibits works from the continents emerging contemporary artists and designers. All in all our experience at Riboville was elegant and relaxing, and we were well taken care of by their very efficient staff.
