The breakfast here was excellent with a wide variety of selections of decent quality and a fresh juice station. The butlers were nice and friendly. Plenty of amenities were available. However even at what appears to be half occupancy rate at the property, there were noisy and littering guests around the relatively small property. The breakfast restaurant also got quite busy at 9am. The villas themselves are relatively well maintained, but there were rusty vent covers in the restrooms. The rooms were spacious but they offered no view. Bedrooms either had no windows or they faced walls about 6 feet away. Dinner service was slightly intrusive as we were asked 3 separate times how our dinner went. Our dishes were hastily collected and were asked to help pass finished dishes even though we've already asked for the check. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good but overall we didn't think the stay matched their ask and the experience they intended to provide. There are other luxury properties in the area provide oceanview villas and better services for the same or less. The management needs to charge less, or get rid of the glaring shortcomings.

The pool suite I stayed in was equipped with a private butler. The hotel was very quiet and not crowded. There was a different afternoon tea every afternoon and the beach was clean. Recommended!

We really enjoyed our one week stay in this beautiful villa.  All the staffs so attentive and went their way and beyond to assist me with my elderly parents(mom is 75 and dad is 84 who has Parkinson).  Hotel just steps away from beach, hotels breakfasts and all the meals so delicious👍from hotel to town around 15-20 min drive, we booked driver through hotel for a sight seeing day trip. I definitely will come back to this gem in Hua Hin

This hotel has a nice environment and a good breakfast, but the efficiency is too low, which is a common problem for foreigners and is not a disadvantage. However, the water in the outdoor bathtub is very small and cannot be used at all. When checking out, a glass bottle (not a glass cup, but a bottle of free water) was broken and I had to pay 250 spiders. I told the store owner that I spent a lot of time with you to repair the water heater, can I not pay? Well, no, I have to pay. It is still a few steps away from the real high-end hotel.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. As usual, the room is very nice and staff are with good customer services. Location is convenient. We drive our own car with free parking. 7-11 is just located opposite the hotel. We bought wine and drinks and enjoy inside the room with a pool. The room is large and fabulous. Staff are welcoming and friendly with smile on their faces.

Absolutely loved this place. It’s a beautifully restored/ preserved colonial hotel, great location.  Classy features such as the wooden staircase, manicured gardens and interesting topiary trees. Rooms have gorgeous balconies all looking out to the sea. Pools were big and clean. Staff very attentive, breakfast selection is great, ranging from kombucha to freshly made smoothies, cold platters, egg and boat noodle stations.  Will definitely go back.

We (a family of three) have just visited Centara Hua Hin for the second time. It is an amazing place if you miss fresh air, relaxing atmosphere and calm environment. Being the city dwellers, we enjoyed staying here so much. The hotel has much to offer to kids, the kid’s room is a lovely place with kind and attentive staff. Our overall experience has been more than pleasant. Hopefully, we will return here one day.

Water park and pool hours- Water park opens 11-5 pm, I wish the hours are longer for hotel customers. only one infinity pool on 26th floor is available till 7 pm, and it becomes very crowed during 4-7. The view is nice. Overall. Good stay. kids like the park.

This is a 3 star hotel, the decoration of the rooms is mediocre. There is a pool in second floor in which you can get a pool access from your room. I found the pool more of a decoration than a real swimming pool. There is another pretty small pool in fourth floor with a pool bar. We had a room with a jacuzzi and the jacuzzi was worth the money. It worked well like it should be. The breakfast was good but because of the location of the hotel, the noise of the traffic is little bit disturbing. Overall, I liked the hotel but I think it should be 20% cheaper considering it is a 3 star hotel.

It is one of the best hotels we stayed in Hua Hin. The location was great, amazing pool and surrounded by excellent Thai restaurants. The staff were great and very fluent in English. The room was very spacious. However, I feel it's not well-lit. The gym was quite neglected and there were no towels or cleaning sprays to wipe off the equipment. Even the equipments were dusty and not cleaned for a while, I guess. The breakfast was just okay, nothing fancy and not much to talk about. Overall, the experience was great and would love to go back.

The accommodation is beautiful and exactly as advertised. The atmosphere is good. It is suitable for those who want to stay in a quiet place, not crowded. The bed is soft. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. However, the hot water in the bathtub is not very hot. A slight disadvantage is that the swimming pool may have some leaves floating down, even though the staff has come to clean it. And the hotel is quite far from the community. But other than that, it is worth it. I recommend you to try staying there.
