Very nice private island and unique, the service is very good 👍 all they are very helpful, the food was excellent 👍

this is a unique spot, you can arrive at resort by the resort boat what is very nice. the resort have cosy environment and even they were completely sold out you were no seeing so many persons. the beach is amazing and you can choose your own villa with private pool. the staff is very professional and always there to support you. they some social sustainability activities like planting trees or visit local primary and kindergarten school and give some gifts. they supporting the implementation of system for the children to have water to drink in the school. the involvement of all staff in community is amazing.

It is still under renovation and the experience on the way to the guest room from the front desk is very uncomfortable. On the way, you have to pass the kitchen and toilet, which is greatly compromised and there is no detail at all. The beach is not very clean. The waiters cannot speak English at all and it is difficult to communicate. Don't dare to turn on the lights in the room at night. There will be a lot of huge flying insects. There are also a lot of them next to the swimming pool in the room, making it impossible to swim.

This hotel needs to buy a boat ticket in the royal sand. This is the only two-wave boat that can go directly to the tamu hotel. Although the hotel is on Gaolong Island, it is on the pagoda beach. If you take the boat to Gaolong Island, you actually get to the longset beach instead of the pagoda beach. You need to make a taxi or a motorcycle for about half an hour from longset beach to pagoda beach. So those who want to go directly to the Tam Hotel will need to ask for the hotel mailbox on Ctrip after the booking is completed and then actively contact the hotel. The sea shore is perfect: very nice white sand, comfortable sea entrance that will be very nice for small children. No coral boots needed. Better choose sun beds not close to the sea to avoid sand flies. Very good breakfast - nice choice of fruits. Overall good kitchen at the restaurant - big plates. Trip from the pier costs 5$ per person one way. WC in the room has no ceiling - so you’ll hear your couple doing things from the rest of the room 🙃

Nice room with great bathroom with tub, semi-outdoors. The resort is very pretty with lots of lovely day-beds but they should have waiters coming round for food and drinks orders, which would be perfect. Decent restaurant but it’s dead in the evening since they don’t bother to make the bar up with candles or music and everybody therefore goes to nearby restaurants and bars instead. Beach is quite nice in this area and they leave it quite natural.

This is Sihanoukville's newest and most luxurious hotel, well worth a stay. The beach club on the first floor is a great place to party every night. The service is also excellent. They take great care of your stay and provide prompt service when needed. Mom was especially helpful during my four-day stay. Thank you so much! 👍👍👍 The downside is that the breakfast is a bit ordinary, but it's authentic Indonesian cuisine, so it's worth a try.

The decor is very upscale, though it comes with a high price tag. The first floor hosts a casino, the second floor is dedicated to spa services, and the guest rooms are located on the upper levels. While the service is just average, the facilities are undeniably the best in Sihanoukville. For those who enjoy this type of comprehensive entertainment, I think it's a fantastic spot, as all your dining, entertainment, and gambling needs can be met without even leaving the building.

The resort was lovely. I can see this being the perfect place for family travel. There is a small beach a short walk from the reception. Long set beach is about 15-20 minute walk away. If you land at long set beach I recommend walking to the resort because it's very difficult to find on on a motorcycle. If you do take a motorcycle make sure to arrange for someone to wait at the road to show you the way. Everything else was great.
