Good location. Walkable from train station - about 5 mins. Actually you can walk to most places from here. Room is very bright with white lights which I like. And breakfast spread is great too. You get to choose a wine or fruit juice as a welcome drink at breakfast. However there is no gym.

The hotel's reception is quite peculiar. You have to walk through a narrow hallway to get to it, and it's not a traditional lobby, just a small front desk. I'm not sure if this is an intentional design choice. It feels a bit small-scale, which doesn't quite match the price point of this hotel. Breakfast: Absolutely amazing! It's connected to the reception, but the setting is incredibly beautiful. Definitely worthy of being in the top three design rankings; you can take beautiful photos effortlessly. Taste: Even better, truly exceptional. Location: Many attractions in the old town are within walking distance, which is very convenient.

We had a great stay at Grand Hotel Prague Towers. The service was phenomenal from start to finish, and the rooms were very well cleaned every day, which really stood out. Food and drinks at the hotel are a bit more expensive compared to prices in the city, but the convenience and wide selection make it worthwhile, especially after a long day. The elevators are fast, so staying on a higher floor is no issue at all. The room was spacious, with large comfortable beds and a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. If you stay higher up, the views are open and very enjoyable. The spa located at the top of the building is a highlight, and having access to Thai massage on site is a big plus. There is also a gym with modern equipment. It is not very large, but more than enough to stay active during a trip. Parking is plentiful at the hotel and included, which is a big advantage. There is also a metro station right outside the hotel, making it very easy and quick to get into the city center. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and honestly nothing to complain about. Overall, a high-quality hotel with great comfort, service, and facilities. I would happily stay here again.

Exceptional stay at the Fairmont Prague. The welcome was warm, the service outstanding, and the staff consistently attentive to every need. Amenities were excellent and true to the Fairmont standard. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the overall experience left us feeling relaxed and well cared for. A perfect complement to the charm of Prague. If you wish to elevate your Prague vacation experience, the Fairmont is an exceptional choice

Right in front & OPPOSITE of the hotel's ENTRANCE, there is a LIFT that goes down to the GREEN & YELLOW metro line. Literally brings you to any popular tourist destination within 2 or 3 stops. The supermarket is at the metro basement too and within 5 minutes of walking back to the hotel. Staff there were helpful in giving advices to the places that you needed to go to.

The staff were really friendly. The room was spacious and clean, though a little humid. For the price, I think it's a great deal. The only downside is that it's a bit of a lottery who your roommates will be. Getting to the beach by tram takes about 20 minutes. I definitely recommend staying here over being in the city center.

Had such a wonderful stay at this hotel 🏨✨ The room was very clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. The bed was super comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The location was also perfect — convenient and close to restaurants and attractions. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and aesthetic vibes, perfect for relaxing and taking photos 📸 Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it was definitely worth the stay, and I would absolutely come back again 💖

Pros: 1. Airport pick-up is available for a fee. It's about 100 RMB more expensive than taking a taxi yourself. If you email them to arrange a time, they'll meet you in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. 2. It's very close to the Florence bus station. Currently, there's road construction, so you need to cross the road, turn left at McDonald's, walk straight, and then turn left at the intersection. It's less than a ten-minute walk. It's also right outside Exit E6 of the B or C metro lines. 3. There's a large chain supermarket directly opposite the hotel. It's very convenient and reasonably priced for picking up any food or supplies you might need. Next to the hotel, there's a shopping mall with a DM cosmetics store, which is great for buying souvenirs. 4. There's a bus stop right outside and a metro station across the street, making transportation very convenient. Cons: It's a bit far from the old town. Walking there takes a little while, but the distance is manageable.

The hotel has a very nice design and visual identity. The room was spacious and the amenities provided were nice given the price point. The location is nice, not close to the center, but close to many restaurants and cafes for dinner and breakfast. The staff was helpful when needed, but certainly not smiling or friendly. Overall a nice experience.

We had a great stay at ibis Old Town Prague. The room was very comfortable, clean, and the air conditioning was working very well, which made our stay even better. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. When we asked to use the luggage storage after check-out, they opened it for us quickly and were very kind. The location of the hotel is excellent. You can easily walk to the Old Town Square, and there is a huge shopping mall right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Prague.

There's only a small trash can in the bathroom, but none in the room, which is really inconvenient. There's a small wardrobe, but it's not enough, and the walls are empty with no place to hang clothes. No fridge either. The room's soundproofing is also poor; you can hear people entering, leaving, and talking from the room across the hall. The location requires a ride to the old town, about half an hour away. There aren't many attractions nearby, but there's a large shopping mall with a huge Tesco.

This hotel is situated around Prague's shopping areas and attractions. It's within walking distance to Charles Bridge and the Astronomical Clock Tower. The room is also clean and very spacious. I love their delicious breakfast spread too! I had a wonderful stay in this nice hotel.

Getting to the hotel from the main train station wasn't as straightforward as the website suggested... but a €30 taxi ride got us there in the end. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – a really positive first impression! Our room was exceptionally quiet, spacious, practical, and thanks to the air conditioning, perfectly temperate without any drafts. We were overwhelmed by the breakfast spread: very rich, nicely presented, and with good coffee. However, the dining area was far too cold for our liking and had music playing that was too loud and unpleasant. In the evenings, the bar staff were wonderfully attentive and served us with a friendly and cheerful demeanor. We also had dinner at the hotel one night: the food was delicious, and the wine was served at the perfect temperature. To top it all off, we even received a complimentary BECHEROVKA – wonderful! By the way, once you figure out the public transport system, the hotel's connections are excellent!

Mixed feelings during this stay: Pro: - Great location if you travel by train, just footsteps from central station and old town - The entrance and lobby are beautiful - Frontdesk acts really good an efficient on problems during the stay, was wonderful! Cons during stay: - The first room had problem with airco, room temperature was over 30 degrees Celsius. We got instant another room so was managed very quickly. - The shower wall was leaking so when showering the bathroom floor was completely wet - Cleaning was “so/so”, bathroom floor was never cleaned and second day forgot towels and toilet paper. Towels had stripes and holes in it. - Bread at breakfast had bake off breadrolls which they did not proper bake-off so the are white and very dry. If you are a bread lover I recommend not to add breakfast and dine at the lovely bakeries. So mixed feelings with the stay. Had a quite comfortable stay but for the price we paid we had to many difficulties.

Ibis Praha Wenceslas Square is ideally located very close to the I.P. Pavlova tram and metro stations and literally neighbours the Novotel Wenceslas square. Check-in process was straightforward, with city tax paid upon check-out. The room was very comfortable and there was 0 sound leakage between the corridor and the rooms or between the rooms whilst we were staying there. The room came equipped with a kettle and a set of teas and coffees (instant). Bed was comfortable and the blinds kept out the very bright mornings in Prague until ready to awake. The only slight issue we faced was that the thermostat in the room faces the bed and features a quite bright touchscreen panel: the panel does not appear to be dimmable, meaning you will face an annoying bright light in the otherwise completely dark and relaxing room, emanating from the wall... Whilst the ibis has no gym or swimming pool of its own, you can pay to access the gym in the neighbouring Novotel. The prices don't seem too expensive, if you make the most of it! The hotel also offers a water cooler on each floor, where you can go and fill up your water bottles and at reception, there is a small shop where you can purchase certain amenities and snacks.
