My accommodation near the old town of Salzburg offers not only great views, but also many family-friendly activities. Up to 8 people can relax in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two toilets, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a fitness / wellness room holiday. Particularly convenient is the convenient location of the house, the old town can easily be reached on foot in a few minutes. Trips can also be made by bus from one of the nearby stops. In 20-40min you can reach by car to Austria's most beautiful lakes, as well as to numerous ski resorts and hiking trails. Especially in summer, it is pleasant to end a successful day in the large garden, or on the terrace with a cool drink.

We gladly reserve for you our villa in trendy style in an elevated and very exclusive residential area in Salzburg-Aigen. In our spacious and detailed villa with a dream view of the city of Salzburg you will find a home away from home.
The price for the Villa Salzburg starts at € 500,- per night (depending on season) for the whole family up to 14 people.
The price includes everything: laundry service, taxes and community taxes. Final cleaning € 350,- extra.
A welcome Gugelhupf cake and a bottle of Prosecco awaits you at arrival.

The family-friendly, cozy, comfortable trendy villa is equipped with a very large high-quality kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee and tea maker, electric stove with oven and much more.

Two bedrooms, a spacious living area with a TV and an additional kitchen and toilet are located on the ground floor. For a particularly relaxing stay, a steam room and a sauna are available. To cool down, two large double doors lead directly into the garden.

A large, slightly curved staircase leads you past the wine cellar to the first floor where you can find the main kitchen, the dining room and a living room. The open fireplace and large flat screen TV invite you to relax after exploring the city and its surroundings. From the terrace you can directly enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama and unparalleled views of the ‘Mozart City’. Only a select few have such an exclusive and unobstructed view of the landmark of Salzburg, the fortress Hohensalzburg.
On the same floor is another bedroom with a nice west-facing terrace and a toilet. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the third floor with two large bathrooms including toilets.

In total, the house has 6 bedrooms with 3 balconies with direct views of the mountains of Salzburg. Plenty of space for your family and friends. 3 bathrooms with bath and toilets provide time for romance or relaxation. When you arrive, everything is prepared for you directly, the beds are made, tablecloths and towels, of course, we have prepared.

Our house is located in a prime location. In just 5 minutes you are in the historic center of Salzburg, where many world-class restaurants, bars, clubs and countless shopping opportunities await you. The villa is surrounded by forests and meadows for walking, hiking, and relaxing. During summer you can rent mountain bikes free of charge to explore the region. Fishermen can cast their fishing rod at the many fish reservoirs (the closest one is only 10min away). We are happy to organize fishing tickets! The nearest golf course is just 15 minutes from our villa and tennis fans can play a match at the nearby courts which are only 5 minutes from the villa.

The famous lakes of the Salzkammergut lake region, such as Wolfgangsee, Fuschlsee or Wallersee can be reached within half an hour. There are many attractive water sports available.
